We come to this pep boys for all our repairs. The Manager Mark and Matthew are always great and highly recommend both of them. This last visit Kris the new service rep. was rude, demeaning, unprofessional and she provides terrible customer service for Pep Boys. She did not care what our vehicle concerns were or if we left our vehicle for repairs or not. If it was not for the previous service we received from Mark we would not go back if she is there.

Mark, the manager, was excellent. He got my vehicle earlier than he originally quoted. He called me about other issues he noticed on the vehicle to make sure I was aware of them. What I paid for them to fix my head light was less than the original quote they gave me. Very professional and really show concern for their customers. Not just about the money.

This is the second time I've used Pep Boys for new tires for our cars. Both times have been a positive experience, and the pricing has been better than anything else I could find elsewhere. Lindsay helped me quickly and efficiently.I like some of the perks they add to their purchases too, like free roadside assistance for 12 months and free tire rotation. Also they are open on Sundays, which is helpful to get my car serviced outside of the work week.Thanks for a positive experience.

Mark showed me excellent service. I called him when I was less than 5 minutes away. I came in 5 minutes before closing. They took great care of me. I believe the other gentlemen s name was Edwin. Thanks for saving me tonight

This location in Yucaipa has been top notch everytime, I had an issue with a tire for about a month or so, took it elsewhere and they just kept putting air in the tire and call it good, so my light came on this afternoon and this time I decided to take it to this location service has always been great, hadn't been there for a while, they inspected the tires and spotted the issue. Staff was fantastic and offered outstanding customer service, while waiting for my vehicle, got to hear and see interaction with other customers as well, so not only did I get my issue taken care of but got great reference of the type of values this location has towards the customers and the quality of work and the outstanding customer service, definitely a place to recommend will definitely be back.

went in for assistance for a mishap on my drive home different location. Management at that previous location directed me to this location to check out my car and I walked in confident that I would get the amazing service I got at the first location and I was very wrong. The woman at the front desk was beyond disrespectful and rude. Working in the customer service industry, I understand how important delivery is and the impact it can have on a situation. I was laughed at, talked over, and made to feel as though I was incompetent to understand the severity of the issue with my vehicle. The manager was super nice and agreed to check on my car with no hesitation. But as soon as he walked out, the girl at the front desk proceeded with her rude and condescending approach to the situation using phrases such as it s not that hard , it s not that difficult , the splash shield is not even important , and you can remove it by yourself . Needless to say I left that location and will not be returning. The stars on this review are for the supervisor willing to help.

Pep Boys took me in even though they had a full load of other cars to work on. They fixed my flat tire and charged me nothing. I am very appreciative of their wonderful service.

They always provide quality work at a reasonable price. I recently had the brakes changed on my wife's Range Rover. The dealership wanted to change all the brakes and resurface the rotors, and wanted to charge well over $1,500. I took the Range Rover to Pep Boys and after the inspection, turns out that only the rear brakes needed to be replaced. The total cost out the door was a little over $500. Saved myself about $1,000. Thank you Pep Boys!!

Recently visited this car repair shop and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me. The quality of the repair was top-notch, and my car is running smoothly again. Highly recommend for anyone in need of dependable car services!

On November 2021 I took my 2018 Camry for an alignment and new tires. I requested the best tires for my vehicle and was offered the Goodyear Eagle Tourin tires. The vehicle got a tire rotation after 4000 miles. I took it back to Pep Boys Auto the beginning of 2022 due the steering wheel shaking. The vehicle was checked and the alignment was good so they said.Today, after driving the vehicle with these new tires for approximately 12,000 miles, the outer front area of the front tires are now bald. The inside looks even and the rear tires look new. I took it back to Pep Boys Auto to ask why the tires were worn on the outside and they (store manager Steve and his desk representative) said because the tires I purchased were high performance and had no mile warranty. I asked if bad alignment could have caused such wear and the manager said No that the alignment was good just by looking at it!. And became defensive basically saying it was my fault for purchasing those kind tires without mile warranty. You believe these people? They didn't even offer to do an alignment check to verify if the alignment was truly bad on their part.I believe that when a customer asks a desk representative for the best quality tires they should be well trained to know what their selling.BEWARE of this place and don't waste your hard working money on a place that doesn't care about its customers. We own 5 vehicles and we will continue to be Firestone customers in Yucaipa. Pep Boys is trash!

They were busting butt to get everyone's needs met. I'd probably have complained if I were in a hurry. Only because I didn't have an exact time quote given as to when they'd be done with my car.However, I happened to get the last appointment slot online, and they were behind when I arrived. The front desk gentleman was very pleasant and helpful. I'll be back.

This is the best pepboy I ve ever visited.The lady in the front desk is very nice and very well inform.I Have so many issue in the car, and the mechanic (nick) did the job done very well and Thank you for that And For sure I ll come back to maintain and repair again to this place.Updatecame on regular maintenance andYup, still the best,

Have been coming here for some time. Love how they re honest and they explain things thoroughly, giving me peace of mind. They re truthful about the wait times and they let me know what they ll work on or what they recommend when I return for my next service. Very amazing

I had a short amount of time to get tires during a vacation due to a road hazard destroying a tire. Thanks for getting me a quality set of tires at a good price in an hour and a half. The manager gave me all the options available, didn t try and sell me more that I was looking for, and did it all with a smile. Thanks again!

This pep boys was phenomenal. We had some excitement with our skid plate on the way from Phoenix to LA, and they were able to get us up and going in less than thirty minutes even though I think they might have been close to closing or already closed. Mark was extremely helpful and courteous. Highly recommended, and thank you again to everyone in the shop. Saved the day for sure!

I strongly reccomend this place if you hate yourself, are a fan condensending/rude customer service or love pissing money away into a void for nothing to get fixed. They do not honor their warrenties and blatently make up lies to your face.In short I paid over $1200 dollars in 2022 for my AC to be fixed and it broke each time. After 3 months of replacing my air condenser it broke and it had a year warrenty. They tried to accuse me of putting a wire mesh near my condenser, in their words "farm grade." They were obviously the last ones under my hood. They either wanted to mess with me because they didnt like me for a particular reason or they just do shadey business. If you wanna get screwed over come to Pep Boys Yucaipa.Pretty sure they pay google to remove any negative reviews.

Bad work ethic. Had to locate the mechanic who worked on my truck and clean up after the oil change. It's sad that it couldn't have been handled while on the lift, the first time. Last time I come to this Yuciapa Pep Boys. Hope he's doing a better job cleaning up on the toilet.....

The service and care of our vehicles are above and beyond excellent. Recently, our daughter dropped off her car before opening hours. She and her brother were surprised how effortless it was from start to finish while they were at school. Lindsey kept intouched with us and made sure we got the best deal and price for the tires.

My truck was overdue for maintenance so I shopped around for some pricing. Not only did this Pep Boys have a great price, they were very kind and patient. Mark and Lindsey helped me and were nothing short of amazing. They answered questions and had thorough explanations. They completed the service on my truck in one day. They stayed late to ensure I didn t go without a vehicle and also gave my dog treats. I went to this pepboys about hour and 15 prior to their closing time and the lady said they couldn't change our tire because they was closing in hour. They had no cars in the garage.

Don t go here! My daughter s brake fell off on the freeway in rush hour traffic. She couldn t stop. Cal trans had to get her off the middle of the freeway. They wouldn t even refund her money. Very dismissive. No apologies. They truly do not back their quality of work. Do you want to be next? I stopped going there awhile back because of oil leaks on changes and poor quality work. Bad news.

I ordered some performance tires from Amazon, selected this place for installation, set an appointment time & it looks like they're knowledgeable & personable people. Talked briefly with the technician, & he seems to be taking extra care with my prize possession as it is a high-performance car, sits low as designed by the factory & can be easily damaged.
