Camryn the service advisor was an angel. She answered all our question and went over everything so we understood it. I have gone a couple times for strut problems and tire problems and I have had great service.

Honesty was something I didn't experience here. Took car in and had oil changed and was told I had a nail in my tire and that the other tires were bad. They said due to the location of the nail it could not be patched.WRONG!!The tire could be patched being the puncture was not on the sidewall of the tire. I left there and had the tire patched and just bought 4 tires today from another shop.

Camryn and Greg were extremely helpful and also considerate of my time as I had my infant child with me. Not only did they provide great service as it relates to my vehicle, but they also took time to talk to greet and talk to my infant in the car seat. It seemed genuine and not forced at all. I felt very welcomed by the two of them. This location seems very well managed as the employees seem like they enjoy their jobs and the work environment. Thanks for the outstanding experience!

BEWARE of this place in Yucaipa!. My grandpa went here a month after we changed his brake pads, he forgot because he is 92 years old and this place told him he needed brakes and charged him $500 for new brake pads when they were already brand new.When I brought this up to the manager. He just wanted to give me the money back and told me to keep the brakes. And I said, no I wanted the original brakes that I put on and he said they were thrown away.Steer clear of this place. This is elder abuse and these are scam artists

This was the best Firestone I have ever gone to! The owner treated me like family and staff was amazing. They took me in last minute after an emergency trying to get back to Arizona. The service was amazing and Jose really saved me! Thank you all again!

This shop is fantastic. They are both professional and customer friendly. Our car started vibrating and the check engine light turned on as we were driving home from our Labor Day weekend. Gary, Carlos and the team took care of our car and took the time to suggest activities for our family to do while we waited. I highly recommend Firestone and their team!!

Great place CARLOS is the go to guy , helped my grandmother out with transmission fluid leaked and check engine light , free of charge because we have a transmission leak and knows how tight money is for everyone rn HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Would have been nice to know about an inspection fee and how much before picking up my car. Usually they include that in the repair. Then they can't even fix my car anyway. Frustrating.Update, I brought my car here because it overheated nearby. I was told the head gasket was blown so I had it towed to a full service repair shop. The thermostat had failed, no surprise, but they tested for head gasket leak using multiple tests, including a dye test, and found no leak.I won't be back to this location again.

The young lady service writer is a keeper. Don't lose her. Bought two tires for the front, I read in their own displays that tires should be rotated when doing that. It didn't happen which is fine this time as I'll need to return for front wheel bearings.So yes, I would return. Happy with the tires.

Very good experience, first impressions and all. Dropping off, Gary checked us in. He was extremely helpful and friendly. In our short conversation it was easy to tell he was knowledgeable so I feel good leaving my car in his hands.

First time with this shop and Very organized, it is starting from the appointment, they make sure that you really have an appointment with them by calling you back and confirm, at the location the staff explain and it will take time to get it done.at surrounding there are so many options if u wanna out ,If you decide not to leave, u can just sit there and seeing all technician doing the hard work, and yes u can see coz there s windows and u able to watch them, I had bad experience with other shop and they didn t do. But the good thing with this shop even though I wasn t there they did

Had my car serviced at Firestone, upon receiving the invoice I questioned the amount as it was higher than what I had been told. The service person failed to mention the charge to diagnose my car's problem. I complained but paid the bill anyway. Miscommunications happen; and Firestone contacted me and is reimbursing the diagnostic fee. It's nice to do business with a company that cares. Thanks you Gary.

I highly recommend this Firestone and I have been using them for many years. Consistently GREAT service and very honest. They even cleaned my windshield since we were headed out od town last Saturday. Had them do an oil change and rotate the tires. All appointments were full so I just left it with them to do it when they had time. I had my car back within 2 hrs. They are very courteous and answer any questions I have.
