Not sure about some of the negative reviews but this shop was the only place that had lug nuts and was able to install my new rims. Went to 2 places in Beaumont that sell rims but had no lug nuts, how does that make sense. Think I ll have this place to my level kit or when a better suspension comes out for my 23 Zr2 Colorado

Tire looked low, possibly damaged. You people took care of me, checked the tire for damage and set the tire pressure on all my wheels while I waited. I'm on oxygen and am ok when sitting but it's hard to walk, so all the kind help you gave me is really appreciated. Best service ever !!!!!

Honest, thorough but quick these guys could've told me I needed a new tire, but were honest in telling me all I needed was a patch to fix my flat.They break the dishonest mechanic stereotype, and were able to get me in for service very quickly.Without a doubt, I'm always going back to Dinosaur Tire for my automobile needs.

Dinosaur Tire has been our go-to tire + center for longer than I remember. Honest people, fair prices, friendly people & a clean store. Wait time can be the the best, fast.. Or are they rebuilding my car! Get there early

My experience at dinasour tires was very good. It took about an hour, the tires were better than I expected and the price was a lot less than any other place that I saw

These people hook you up before you even get in to the parking lot... busy and very well taken care of as i had a 1950s travel trailer and an old split rim with a blown tire. They got me a new tire and a new rim for $80 �ut the door �n less than 45 minutes. I highly recommend them for their Ability to get me back on the road, They Greeted me on the street and guided me where to park, problem solved my dilemma in a price effective and very timely manner to which i arrived home safely. A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE COURTEOUS HARDWORKING PEOPLE WHO KEEP that tire shop and AMERICA GOING STRONG... THANK YOU AND SINCERELY, BRADFORD

Got a wheel and tire package installed on my Subaru Forester today, KMC wheels with Falken Wildpeak A/T Trail tires. As usual, the crew was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. And the prices, well you can't beat them! This is my 4th set of tires and 2nd set of wheels I've purchased from Dinosaur Tire and next time I need tires, I will be back!

I had been a customer for over 20 years, went for a brake job on my Toyota Tundra, I was quoted $1900 for rotors, calipers , brakes, when I declined they told me I could not take my truck because it was unsafe, they told me my front brakes were 20%, rears were 10%?, I had to call a tow truck, extortion is very unethical, I will never return. BTW , I did not recognize any of the staff, so I believe it s not owned by the same people because they never acted this way.

Can't say enough good things about Dino Tire! They're always very friendly and helpful. The staff go far above and beyond to get the job done. They're an honest shop that wastes no time getting you back on the road. Hands down I'll continue to go back for not only tires, but also oil changes, alignments, etc. over a large chain company. Keep up the great work.

If you want a shop where you get treated fairly and like family while also, then this is your place. I ve been going to this company at all old locations and I ve yet to be completely satisfied with the results! Low prices but great work. If there was ever an issue, it was fixed immediately. Tony, Mike and Anne and all the rest of the crew are just amazing people. Thank you Dinosaur Tires for helping keep my family safe daily!

The first time coming, they couldn t figure out how to get my truck aligned. They suggested replacing a control arm, which I bought for them to replace. Waited a week for an appointment, drove 30 miles to their shop for my appointment. I got there and listened to the service counter tell his other customers, he ll get their truck done within a couple hours. I step up and he tells me I ll have to leave my truck.A control arm and alignment doesn t take all day. Maybe an hour at best.Either way, mentioned to him that I don t live in the area, he just shrugged his shoulders and told me that s how we do it here. I asked why this was not mentioned to me over the phone while I made my appointment and he said he didn t know.I took the time off from work, bought the part they say I needed, made an appointment and waited 5 days for that appointment and was told to leave my truck. Not cool at all. Sorry bud, business needs to be flexible for the customers needs. This is why you are getting a one star review.

My husband paid $2,000 to fix air conditioning but 2 weeks later stopped working, they keep coming up with more excuse to pay more money. Stick to tyres. Not happy, waste of money.

Great tire shop. Have great selection of tires. Have great. Receptionists amazing staff. Very friendly and very inviting. No bad vibes in this place. You just go and ask for what you need. They'll take care of you. I've been going here for years. Would highly recommend you guys get your tires done here and they do trailer tires if that's really important for you. Campers but yeah super friendly. Good staff. Nice prices. Good selection

We just dropped off our 70 year old tractor for new rear tires. The people were very knowledgeable and an employee even helped to get the tractor off the trailer. They had to order the tires but will have them installed tomorrow. Great service.

They had high prices and suggested work on my vehicle that didnt need to be performed. Im glad i got a second opinion after leaving here because it saved me over 1k$. Im sure there is good technicians here, but its possible i just got a inexperienced one. I would buy tires here, but skip the service work for someone who knows more about my vehicle. Maybe they will hire some more knowledgeable people before i need to go back.

I ordered brand new rims and tires. It took them 4 days to get my rims and tires. Which was not a big deal. I showed up the day after at 10 o clock in the morning to have them remove the sensors out of my old wheels put them in my new wheels and then mount my new wheels on my new rims I have been sitting here for over three hours. They have not called me to let me know what s going on. They have not told me anything except for that one of their guys had to go somewhere to go pick up some new lug bolts for my car because the stock ones won t fit. Why didn t you guys tell me this when you guys ordered my rims why didn t you guys just order the lug bolts at the time, why am I have to sit here for over three hours for four tires this is very unprofessional and unacceptable they have lost all future business from me and I will never recommend them to anyone.

Very displeased with the service l got here, not once but twice. I was given 3 year old tires, new but 3 years old, and they caused problems with my car. Took the car in another time because when backing up it felt like l was running over something, so they said it needed new bushings, so had them do that, and a front end alignment, cost me $458 for that job, and it still did the same thing while backing up plus the car still pulled to the right like before, it was like l had nothing done at all, so l went and talked with the manager who told me they would guarantee the alignment is all, and bring it back in. After that l don t want them touching the car. The car is a classic and I m trying to keep it in great shape, but with this Mickey Mouse work they did l won t even be going back for the front end alignment. They made out a long list of stuff that needed to be done to the front end, and yes l know it needs some stuff done because of the age of the car, but l won t be hoodwinked again by them. Is this how they treat senior women ? Just curious

Been going to Dinasore Tires for almost 25 years! Wouldn't take our cars anywhere else for tires! We love Dinasore Tires! Hey Tony, Vince you're the best! Carie Lynn If you're not going to Dinasore Tires....you're not getting quality service, and you're getting charged WAY TO MUCH! Go to the tire store that WANTS you're business, and treats you like a valued customer(because you are valued)! That's quite rare these days, indeed!

I had a blowout on the freeway and had no cash on me I went to Dinosaur Tires and talked to Mike and told him what was going on and he got one his guys (Randy) drive to pick up the rim and take it to the shop put a tire on it and I was on my way. Thank you so much guys I greatly appreciate your help.
