I I called this company for road service because my truck kept cutting off after it started, this guys are friendly but not helpful for my issue. They rely on remote assistance. It took them 3 days without finding the cause except guessing and asking me to buy parts . Finally they suggested to change the acm and the harness but since it was very expensive and hard to find , I called my own mechanic in Texas , just by explaining the issue he said it is the turbo actuator, we change that and it works. They could not even install the actuator properly it took them the whole day to get it right. They made me change a year old battery for nothing. If it s not for my mechanic God knows what would have happened. If you know what s wrong with your truck and if it s something simple go to this guys if not stay away. They don t even understand how time is important for truckers . They don t come on time in the morning , in one of the days I have been there they came at noon and the owner said that s because they work until 7 pm the previous day !if you don t speak Spanish you better find a translator. And the lady who works the office her tone changed as soon as a tow truck dropped my truck in her yard. When I ask why she s not responding to my text she said she will when she can in a rude tone . The mechanic are well behaved and friendly but that won t help truckers !!

They replaced an actuator it failed right away and we want to exchange it but They refuse to provide receipt and we have to buy a new one just in 10 days We lost $800 , stay away from these scammers!!

Hard working and honest mechanics. There place doesn t look like it but you won t find more dedicated people anwhere else. Price is reasonable too. Thank you for your service Golden star.

Great mecanic, And very efficient,And they always fix your truck problems.And he always charges you what is fair and never charges you for things that are not.And his helpers are very efficient too.That's why I recommend him as the best mechanic in the area.
