The only thing better than the customer service is the work itself! Troy Ray is the second honest mechanic I have ever met, the first being my own father. They did an amazing job on my car after a crash to the point where you can't tell anything ever happened.You also don't have to worry about your car being out of service forever, they finished the work in record time and had me back in my own car over just a couple days.10/10 would definitely recommend

I was recently rear ended and Troy and the staff at TAG Collision made this the easiest process possible! From timely follow up and follow through, to calling the rental car company and assisting with pickup/dropoff the process could not have been better. The completed repairs look wonderful also. Lastly, I really appreciated that no one "pushed" me into trying to make any decisions I may not be conformable with, throughout the process I was provided with information and facts, not pushy sales tactics. Troy even helped me get my car seat out of the back of my rental car that my strong husband installed and I could not budge lol. Thanks Troy and TAG Collision team!Service: Body & Trim

Had my truck fixed here though insurance, looked good at first but after market parts and missing retainer clips, bolts and a hood seal made qualityof work just sub-bar. I will say they are very friendly and always willing to help but I just don't have the time to go back and forth or leave truck .

Went to fix my bumper, they crashed another car into mine after it was ready to go. They did fix it but it was STRESSFUL to say the least.
