Amazing service! As a mobile dog groomer, a mechanical emergency can put me out of work for days. Not only were they prompt with their response and arrival time, but their prices are fair and convenient. I ve already recommended them to everyone I know and plan to continue using and recommending their services as much as possible. I have to add that although they are located in Vista, they drove all the way down to Carmel Valley to help me on short notice. Thank you so much RC Mobile Truck Service! Although I hope I won t need to call you it s very comforting knowing that I can any time I experience a mechanical issue or emergency.

Drove down to Oceanside from orange on a new work truck. Had one of the tires explode and needed it changed. Carlos was informative, polite and incredible quick at switching out the tire. Excellent service and great prices. Highly recommendService: TiresService: Tires

After we waited over 3 hours we called to find the ETA and he had a bad attitude, rude and worse still quit on us.I think a Mobile service by definition is driving to the client. We prepaid the bill to his company that he subs for. Done ever ever use the company. Greatest Dec 23rd Christmas present, NOT!

We called this business for repair of our AC unit on our work truck.After the work was completed the AC still was not cold, called the company technician he admitted that when he tested the unit it never got below 69 degrees. He stated that he needed to order parts but due to the Pandemic it was hard to get anyone on the phone to order, but he assured me he would and would call me within the week. I immediately called Hawthorne and a live person picked up the phone and confirmed that they had the parts. I waited for RC truck service to call me back and he NEVER did. We then had to take our truck to another AC repair shop and they confirmed that the Refrigerant was over filled. Needless to say this cost us $1000!! in total.Rip off don't use this company

Came out and fixed a flat for us same day. Kept us on the road with limited down time. Overall good guy!

Great business practice telling your customer one thing and then the "owner" tells you another. I have never been lied to that bad ever. What a joke of a business. I'm never requesting these unprofessional so called truck mechanics to ever touch my truck again. Talk about highway robbery.

Had a seal blowout on my trailer, once in there found out there was more to the story, he helped me find what I needed and got the job done good dude knowledgeable in his field . In my line of work I hope I don t have to give him a call anytime soon lol but will do if I m in the area thanks bro for you help I really appreciate it man.

They are responsive, knowledgeable and came out with almost zero notice multiple times to help with my class A large RV Tires. Would definitely recommend!

I do consider this company to be one of the best roadside services in the area very reliable honest and always on time I don't know what the review above us would be talking about maybe you're one of those companies doesn't want to pay or does not even have money to Pay for a high quality repair like the one rc mobile offers , Carlos is always very helpful and Its alwayslooking forward to giving us the best service he can glad to be using them and I'm glad they're in this area I would recommend them 100% my fleet of 25 units is always on the road thanks to them thank you

Bunch of thieves, I called them needed 2 belts and sent mechanic with no belts, so charged extra time because he had to go back. Also I called them at 6am and put belt at 12pm in 15 minutes. All that time waiting.

They're far too expensive. They charged me the service which is fine but then they charged me for labor. Like really? I thought it came with the service ??
