GREAT WORK, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION WITH COSTUMER!!After getting rear ended and my car becoming a salvage title, not many places would offer to fix my vehicle. I called J&R Auto and Art was happy to take on the work. Him and his team worked with me to fix what I wanted done. He got me the estimate in a timely manner and offered updates immediately upon having them.It was a great experience with them for a bad situation I had to go through. I would recommend anyone to take their vehicle to their shop! Thank you J&R Auto.

My encounter with J & R Auto Body and Paint was outstanding. My front bumper was fixed quickly, and Art made the whole process go really well. I had a great experience and felt well-informed throughout. Their work is of the highest caliber, and I am delighted with the outcome. They did a fabulous job on my car after somebody rear ended me. They worked easily with the other driver s insurance so I had to do very little. My van looks great!

I broke my driver s side mirror backing out of the garage. I called the Honda dealership for a quote and they said it was going to be just under $1,000 to fix it! I then went and did a Google search for an auto body repair place near me, found these guys, they had a good rating so I decided to give them a call and the next day they fixed my mirror for $229. They did a great job. Everyone was super nice and professional. Hopefully I won t have to return anytime soon but I definitely would if I needed to again.Service: Body & Trim

Update dropped off car Wednesday and was promised work would be done 3 days so pick up Friday end of day. Friday at 1 pm I received an email stating paint was still being matched. I am waiting for a update and response on the delay.Update scheduled an appointment, customer service is still great thank you AlejandraPhone customer service was pleasant, thank you .

This body shop is the BEST in Vista!!! I had some repairs done on my vehicle they helped me handle all the insurance stuff and made my car look like brand new in awesome timing. J&R worked on my jeep after a large branch fell on it. The branch destroyed my soft top and broke the upper frame above the passenger side door. They worked with me on getting the items I wanted and did well when dealing with the insurance adjusters. Alejandra kept me informed every step of the way and the techs did an amazing job. Paint was a perfect match. Owner Ruben and his team was great to work with. They installed aftermarket front lip and rear spoiler for me. And their prices were lower than the corporate owned shops in the area. Highly recommend!

Wow!!! Amazing shop. Alejandra was so sweet, attentive and very kind! Like very very very kind. The shop is family owned and the daughter ( I m sorry I forgot her name) brought me home so that I didn t have to Uber. Like such a caring loving environment. And that s just the customer service. We all know that getting into a car accident is the last thing we wanna deal with and is always a headache to handle when it comes to insurance and finding a reliable auto body shop. The day I got into my accident I was able to drive my car right up to J&R and from start to finish they were incredibly helpful and professional! When my insurance was being difficult, Denisse went out of her way to contact and go above and beyond when it came to taking matters into her own hands so that I didn't have to. HIGHLY recommend J&R Auto Body! These guys are the best in Vista and all of North Country!! My van looks better than before it got into the accident!

I went to J & R AUTO BODY because I saw they were Honda dealership certified and that was important to me with having a Honda. My AC went out and they helped recharge it to how my car was when it was brand new. They were fast and very thorough when also checking for leaks. My AC is working great and I m very pleased.
