Everyone here is so friendly and helpful! Evan was my point of contact, and he was great! His initial review of the damages to my car was spot on, and he explained everything in a way I was able to understand with only minimal knowledge of car maintenance. He kept me informed along the way of any updates to pricing and the progress on the work, and my car was even ready before they estimated! Everything is great, my car is practically brand new! Thanks for getting my car back in great condition so quickly! I highly recommend anyone that is involved in an accident being their car to this Caliber!

I went in to get my vehicle repaired and since day one that I dropped of my vehicle everyone was very professional, helpful and communicative. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. Shout out to Gina and Evan for helping me out! My vehicle was ready when promised which I appreciate. Great job everyone! Definitely recommending to family and friends.

Caliber in Vista did an amazing job. Evan was my project manager. He kept me updated daily on the repairs. The car rear fender came back looking amazing. I highly recommend Evan and his team.

Communication could have been better. Scratch was painted over I asked to see my vehicle before I payed. My vehicle took over a month to be returned to me. It had minor front end damage. No paint was damaged, it was all mechanical minus the new bumper. There is a new mounting bracket in my vehicle that was not mounted to my vehicle.

I can not attest to their level of workmanship because we did not get that far. What I can tell you is that they are under the thumb of the insurance companies to minimize your claim. Technician Evan, meet with myself and my mother in law to go over damages to her vehicle. Although the wheel was damaged by the other driver s negligence he stated they would only resurface the wheel and reuse the tire that was subjected to the collision. I agreed to disagree and he went to write his estimate. Upon reviewing the estimate he in fact did not put a single line item to address the wheel, the tire or the alignment, likely leaving these issues for a supplemental estimate down the line. He also stated that wheels are sent out of the shop for repair by another business. Overall unhappy with the treatment received at our insurnace scheduled appointment, will not be using their service or be back. Also found Non OEM parts on the invoice and for a single owner car that s always maintained by the dealer we find the unacceptable and will be taking the car to the dealership to guarantee proper repairs.

I made an appointment with ease. Showed up at my appointment time and was seen right away. The manager, Regina, explained that the technician assigned to my appointment had to leave early, so she would handle my vehicle personally. I showed her the few dings on my brand new Chevrolet Suburban and she said they could handle it with no problem. Within 30 minutes to an hour........DONE! Looks perfect! The customer service was incredible and I know where I'll be bringing my vehicle in the future, if needed!!!Thanks a million to the whole crew!!!!Service: Body & Trim

I would definitely come back to Caliber Collision here at Vista. Everyone there was very nice. Gina and Alan is exceptional at what they do. They had replaced my daughter s bumper on her car and when it was returned to her. It looked so nice and new. This body shop is does awesome work!!

I really appreciate Nate and his great attention to detail. My car got rear ended and my insurance recommended this bodyshop, not only were they fast and efficient but my car looks amazing. Awesome customer service.

I will definitely be recommending Caliber in Vista. Gina, Alan were very helpful, friendly and the process stress-free. Alan would message me daily letting me know how everything was going. My car got done about a week and a half early.

The customer service here is beyond exceptional. They stay in touch with you on a daily basis with updates on the progress of the repairs. They even gave me a ride home when I dropped off my car. Excellent customer service and the repairs to my car turned out beautifully. My advisor kept me informed as to the status of the repairs on a daily basis whether it was by email, text or phone call. Somebody just tried to steal our car and I was calling around panicking trying to get repairs scheduled. Gina @Caliber Collision made the process so easy and coached me what to do with my insurance company and how to get a rental car quickly. Everything fell into place after spending hours on the phone with other collision centers and not being able to get in for over a week or two. I had to bring in my car due to a side collision. They quickly assessed the repair estimate, ordered the parts, completed the repair and processed all the necessary paperwork with my insurance company and assisted me with my car rental company too! The best repair experience ever! I am a single mom with 2 kids and having to pay the car rental out of pocket. They rallied together to get my repair done asap which saved me some money! I have a vehicle that was hit in a parking lot and got a scrape on the left rear fender and I brought it to Caliber Collision for repairs. The service was superb from the moment I walked into the office. My service technician was Tommy and he explained completely the entire process for how our vehicle would be repaired. He called me regularly to keep me abreast on how the repairs were progressing. When the vehicle was done, it was just like a new vehicle.This is a great place to do business with. I had to bring my truck in for an insurance claim. I was rear ended and needed some body work. I choose Caliber Collision from a list of companies because I've always had an exceptional experience with them. From my very first visit, I was impressed with this location. The staff was extremely professional and respectful. They are very knowledgeable on the processes and took care of the communication with my insurance company and the rental company.They had me in and out for my initial consultation very quickly and made sure that I was kept informed throughout the process of ordering parts and scheduling my appointment.My truck was there for a very short amount of time due to their excellent coordination and scheduling. They went out of their way to make sure that I didn't have to wait for rental car and their mechanical work was phenomenal. Overall I think this is an exceptional location. Kudos to not just the management but the entire staff for the positive culture that's been created there.Services: Body & Trim, Welding

Caliber Collision was friendly and realistic at every encounter. They re a promoted USAA Branch and I can definitely see why. Evan was my point of contact throughout the entire experience and he as professional, forthcoming, and set realistic expectations. I always had my questions answered and fully understood what was happening next. I m not happy about being in an accident, but I m so thankful that Caliber Collision got me back on the road so easily.
