I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at ALSET AUTO. Being in search of an installer for PPF and Ceramic Coating for my Tesla Model 3 Performance in the SoCal region, I had a range of options due to frequent travel between LA and San Diego. Initially considering a full PPF, I was mindful of cost and sought a solution that offered the coverage I needed without breaking the bank. That's when I discovered ALSET AUTO in San Diego.Kyle, the representative I worked with, was exceptionally attentive. He carefully listened to my requirements and steered me towards the Cyber Shield Combo, encompassing front PPF protection along with a full ceramic coat for both the interior and exterior of the car. Scheduling an appointment in February was swift and convenient.During the process, I had unfortunately curbed one of my wheels right before the scheduled drop-off. At my request, Kyle went above and beyond by arranging for someone to fix the wheel while my car was in the shop. This level of personalized service truly exceeded my expectations. Kyle maintained transparency throughout the entire process, providing daily updates along with pictures which I am including in this review. He accommodated my busy schedule with flexibility during drop-off and pick-up times.The quality of the job exceeded my expectations. The PPF installation was impeccably done, to the point where it's barely noticeable. Moreover, the paint correction they performed left my car looking better than when it first arrived. ALSET AUTO also provided me with supplies to maintain the ceramic coat, further demonstrating their commitment to ensuring the longevity and optimal condition of the coating. With the provided maintenance products, I feel confident in preserving the stunning appearance of my Tesla Model 3 for years to come.ALSET AUTO's commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in their post-installation follow-up appointment. They proactively addressed a minor issue around the mirror area, which was swiftly rectified. Several weeks post-installation, the fix has held up impeccably. I was so impressed with the results and I wholeheartedly recommended ALSET AUTO. I even got both my Dad and my sister to get the same cyber combo for their Tesla s. Not only does my car look amazing, but these guys walked me through what they were doing daily on my car. I picked up a 2 year old CPO S from Tesla. It has a few chips and scratches, but they made it look like a brand new car. I did a stealth PPF, window tint, and they also installed my spoiler at no extra cost!

Alset Auto provided a great experience! Kyle was very thorough in explaining the PPF process and it definitely eases your mind! I have no doubt that Kyle will be very helpful throughout the lifetime of the PPF wrap and if anything were to come up I have full faith Alset Auto would take care of it! The wrap looks great and definitely accentuates the look of my Bronco!

As a brand new Tesla 2024 Model 3 owner I was concerned about rock chips on the front hood of my car. I asked the Carlsbad Tesla Center customer representative for a recommendation and they mentioned Alset Auto. I m so happy with the service and the communication from Kyle regarding the entire process. They even helped me with some extra paint work when they noticed a scuff after washing my car.

Here I was, I just got a brand new Model Y. I was on the fence on getting PPF because I just dropped some cash on my new car. Then again, I see a lot of Teslas with chipped front bumpers. I thought might as well protect my car while the paint is still new. I gotta find a solution that fits my budget. Then I came across Alset from google. I read the great reviews and what really sold me is their cybercombo promo with PPF and ceramic coating. I asked a bunch of other shops for quotes and this is the best deal I found. Kyle took the time to explain what exactly I m getting and provided me with updates every step of the way. I m very happy with the service! I highly recommend Alset!

Kyle and the whole team here is amazing! I got my Model 3 ceramic coated and it needed a pretty good amount of paint correction. Not only did the final results turn out incredible, but they were able to get it all done in 1 day! I had a really awesome experience here and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get work done and protect their investment. Thank you Kyle and team!

Kyle and the crew at Alset Vista are meticulous professionals. I did a lot of shopping around and I'm so glad I went with Alset. The fact that Alset specializes in Teslas was the deciding factor for me. Kyle went above and beyond to accommodate my dropping off and picking the car during non business hours so I didn't have to miss work. He even moved my car into the shop as soon as I dropped it off. The shop is in a safe area and the facility is new, clean and well maintained. I will recommend Alset in Vista to all my family and friends.I went with the combo package and I was glad I did. I LOVE the way my car looks. Thanks Kyle!

Very happy with the way my Tesla Model 3 turned out. There were a couple of minor issues, which were handled by Kyle immediately. Would highly recommend Alset Auto for PPF and window tinting.

Alset has outstanding customer service. They are professional, responsive and accommodating. Their workmanship and attention to detail is great. They keep you updated throughout the process so you know at all times what is being done on your vehicle. The facilities are clean and organized. I would bring future cars for future paint protection installations here.

When deciding to purchase a 2024 Tesla 3 I asked who they would recommend for a color PPF as I was not in love with the colors Tesla offered. I was told to check out Alset Auto and had a great experience through the whole process. From first talking to Perla, who was very knowledgable and friendly, who then got me in touch with Kyle at the Vista location, who was also extremely helpful as well. He listened to what I was looking for and guided me through the whole process from choosing the color to the tint percentages to use. I was given daily updates and pics to see the whole process. I love the look of it and would highly recommend Alset Auto to anyone.

Alset Auto is the best place to take your Tesla to get protected. The process is so simple, all you do is fill out a form on the website and within minutes they call you back. There are some really good videos on their website and YouTube channel that give you information on what the services are. I highly recommend watching the one on the page after filling out the information form. It will answer all of your questions and then you'll really know if it's something that you want to get.The booking staff on the phone is very friendly and very knowledgeable, they answer any questions that you have and help you set up an appointment. They're also really flexible so if you haven't taken delivery yet they can wait until you do and work with you to set that. As such, I highly recommend booking your appointment to coincide with your delivery date so that you can just drive a few miles and drop off your car at Alset Auto straight from the delivery center.The drop off process is so easy. They go over everything that you've ordered and enter any additional questions that you've thought of, they give you a walk around your car and you might notice things that you didn't see at the delivery center. But they always put you at ease. You can feel very taken care of by the staff there knowing that they only hire the best installers to work on the cars. Also, the best part is that the pricing is transparent and there's no cheap sales tactics.Also this is a big tip - don't forget to leave your key card and turn off pin to drive if you set it.While you're waiting for your car to be worked on you'll get regular texts and updates letting you know what the status is.Finally, pickup is a breeze and they go over everything with you to make sure there are no issues. Did I mention that there is a lifetime, in-house warranty?Alset Auto is the only place I would ever take my Tesla for protection, and it's the only place you should too!Thanks Alset team!Update: I just got a new Tesla and I'm going to have it worked on by Alset in about a week or so. I'll post pictures when I have them.

The team at ALSET Auto was great!! They knew their products and were super polite and helpful. We went thinking about just doing tint, but We ended up doing PPF on the car as well. Could not be happier with the results. We ll be back again as soon as our 2nd Tesla arrives!!
