My trusted mechanic diagnosed that my tie rods needed replacing, so I went to Alignment Pros. Marco was excellent. He assessed the tie rods and replaced them. He communicated clearly, explaining that alignment could only be done after addressing any play or loose joints. After swapping out the tie rods, he apologized for identifying the incorrect worn parts it was actually my rack and pinion that was loose, a highly unusual issue. Since the car couldn't be aligned, he refused to charge me anything because the issue persisted.Replacing a rack and pinion is a much larger job that he preferred not to undertake. He had spent a few hours on my car and was okay with taking the hit, stating that honesty is his policy. I was astounded. This guy is exceptional. His knowledge and skill in his trade are evident; he could probably even align a slinky.It's rare for a mechanic to absorb the cost of a job. I was beyond impressed. I was also impressed with his familiarity with all the mechanics I had visited over the years, knowing them by name and their abilities. Marco's proficiency as he worked was noteworthy. As someone who hires various contractors and is always seeking efficient workers, I would hire Marco in a heartbeat.When I returned to pick up my car, it was still on the lift with the wheels off and parts exposed. I thought it would take another hour, but Marco wanted to show me the issue. After showing me, he quickly reassembled my car and had it ready out front while I was still fumbling to get my wallet out of my Velcro pocket. I tipped him because it felt like he had earned it.Driving back home, my car felt perfect. It drove super straight with no pull like before, and for some reason, there was no loose play either. So, even though it will still need a rack and pinion job, Marco made it drive much better than before. He's a true master of his craft. Thank you, sir!

Hands down best alignment ever. Had my 86 vanagon 5 years now, done all my suspension work myself, and over the years have had maybe 6 alignments done getting this car dialed in after upgrades. Anyways, not only was he professional, but my appointment time was top priority! He pulled my car in right on time, that s rare for repair shops and doctors these days! Top it all off, I m not kidding, but I can feel the difference behind the wheel. I never could notice before, but I drove a half mile down melrose leaving his shop and didn t have to steer at all! And prior to alignment pros I would only go to Clarence brown in sd. Nothing bad to say about them, but the fact that this guy is right down the street, I found my new go to alignment pro(s)!

This place checked out my 1970 bronco a few years back when i was experiencing some wheel shake. It has a custom suspension and definitely not easy to align, they were really good at pointing out that my alignment was on point but I probably had an underlying issue with old bushings (they were right, my front track bar bushing was trash). I can say that they are the most honest alignment shop I ve been to in a long time and I m only leaving this review because they don t deserve 1 star reviews. I have recommended many friends to them as well as one other oceanside shop (who I won t name but who has equal integrity) that i have used for my vehicles. This place is legit and wont gouge you or tell you that things need to be replaced just to make a buck! Solid 5 stars!

Can someone please say, "Old school service"! Holy wow! I was recommended to this place because my tires are wearing weird. I made the appointment with a guy on the phone, last week, who was very nice. I show up, and he's just as nice in person. Marcos, is his name. He walks out to my car, and right away tells me what he thinks about my tires. He was very straightforward, and HONEST. OMG. That is SO rare, anymore! He made his recommendations, and he informed me of the issue causing my wear problems, and was just a fantastic example of a decent human being! I fully expected to get taken for spin on everything in my bank account, because that seems to be so prevalent these post pandemic days. But, what a blessing. Thank you, Marcos!

Marco is a great hard working guy! He did the alignment on my 1965 Ford Mustang and spent his time doing it well and recommended a few things to make it better! Definitely recommend this shop!

Outstanding service and truly honest people. We brought in our Jeep which had a lot of chop on the front tires, which I assumed was from poor alignment. Marcos checked out the alignment and our tires and told me that the alignment was fine, and my problem was probably bad shocks. I tried to pay him for his time, but he said it was no charge. I asked if he could do the work to replace the shocks, and he was willing to do the work using parts I ordered, all for a very fair price. We most definitely recommend this Father/Son business.

Took my 2016 Mercedes Sprinter Van there after having two other experiences with other places that basically cost me my tires wearing unevenly and wearing out prematurely. Marco the father and the son knew exactly what to do with excellent service and integrity. Could have easily talked me into extra services but didn't, because he said I didn't need it. Will definitely use them again and will have no problem referring them to others.Service: Wheel alignment

I scheduled an appointment to get my alignment done at this small family owned shop because I had just replaced my tires and wanted to support a local business. Marcos (the owner) test drove, then checked my car out. He then brought me into the shop, Marcos advised me that the alignment was in factory spec and no adjustments were needed. He charged me a fair price to put the car on the alignment machine and check everything over and he also gave a print out of the measurements. I appreciate his honesty, he could have told me that he did an alignment, changed nothing and I wouldn't have known the difference. Thanks Marcos you and your son are a credit to your profession! I'll bring my wife's car in to see what it needs next.

Great owner Marcos is a seasoned automotive engineer he knows and has dealt with almost everything with suspensions, so he is a wealth of knowledge and trustworthy.

Not sure what to think? They are super friendly & attentive. My appt was canceled due to a personal issue they had in their family, but never called me back to reschedule. Then when I called they seen me for a free alignment, and dismissed that finding another small issue with my car, so alignment was never done. Sometimes I wonder???

A couple years ago I had recently purchased a used vehicle. The front tires had uneven wear, so before getting new tires I took the vehicle here to get an alignment. They put the vehicle on the rack and said the alignment was fine. Even though they put the vehicle on the rack and took time in their day to look at it, they didn't charge me a dime! I've found my new assignment shop.Update: I took another vehicle there and they said they'd charge me even if the alignment wasn't needed. Still very friendly and fast!

In most cases hard (if not impossible) to find honest mechanics. Alignment Proes really surprised me with their honesty. I received their information from Discount Tires for an alignment. I then had a few other questions about my truck and he didn't charge me unless he was able to directly fix the issue. He also told me when other things could be held off on fixing. Really impressive.

Their prices for an alignment were very reasonable. Staff was pleasant, respectful, and explained what they were doing and what was wrong with my vehicle. I ended up not needing an alignment on my vehicle, and they didn't charge me for checking the alignment. When I was hesitant to go to the dealership for the needed fix, they took the time to find and refer me to someone who was able to do the needed work.

Quick service, fair prices, trustworthy employees. I went in suspecting a bad bearing, and not only did the mechanic confirm it for me in a few minutes, he brought me back to my car to show me exactly what he was seeing, and then during the replacement he made a point to show me the bad piece he removed. Will definitely return.

They just raised their price so they re not the cheapest around anymore but the service is still excellent and you will not find a more honest man than the father whose shop it is. I would make it a point to drive my vehicles over there to vista but now that the price is up, I only bring the cars I need guaranteed honest input. But still 5 star service!

They are indeed "PROS"I have a lifted truck witch I was struggling with for an alignment. My tires place ask me to change a couple parts in order to make an alignment, what I did, I know a lot about cars moreover when it's mine, they did an alignment they made me pay for it when I came back, even if the price include the alignment!!!! I was desperate and my alignment was still OFF. This guy did a 15 minutes diagnos and showed me what they missed. Few days after, I came back to alignment pros. They did a PERFECT job! I will definitely comeback there and recommend this place.

Honest quotes and really cares for the customers! They'll let you know if they can do the alignment, because you may have to correct, or fix something on the veichle first before they can do the alignment. It happen to me, and I was great ful. Once I get the a bottom ball joints fixed I'm going back to get the alignment! Great pricing as well!

Great honest people. They offer advice to save you money, not to try to screw you over like is so common now days. They looked at my truck and said I needed ball joints first otherwise I'd be wasting money on two alignments. They didn't even charge for their time.

Very bad experience!! I took my silver 2001 Mustang GT and the worker that took my car in the shop slammed my cars front bumper with the ramp and now my front bumper is all loose, he acted like nothing happened, this is a very disappointing experience, they weren't careful at all and they didn't tell me if they could get it fixed or something, i guess i can't do anything about it..worse experience ever!!! I don't recommend this place

Manager Marcos is very knowledgeable on all automotive problems.. Very professional and trustworthy..and you wont get overcharged. Bottom line. You wont get ripped off..SC.

Can't say enough good things. Marcos was able to source parts and repair my 1968 AMX. Great all around mechanic that doesn't need a computer to tell him what to do.

I m not happy at all this people are really short on time work on my car less than 25 minutes and they didn t put the tire knobs on back straight. After they worked on my car my engine cover came up missing. I was sketched out to begin with because they take the car to a room without allowing us to see what they are doing like at other car shops.

I didn't get work here because they do not have the capability to work on lowered cars but the owner was honest and straightforward and gave me a great recommendation. I recommend this shop because I was referred to him by a trust family mechanic in the area.
