The only reason I gave this rating is because when I went to visit Windshield Express the company had gone out of business and has not reported this to consumers yet But I was given wonderful reviews by a friend who referred me to this very fast, efficient, job well done, reasonably priced company. I'm terribly saddened that a place that is so good at their job and so reasonably priced is even out of business

Bobby and the crew, were awesome, took a couple of days to get my windshield, but was installed in less then 30 minutes, new rubber and seal installed, was done professionalism. Give them a call if you need a windshield, he does mobile service now, awesome prices you'll be happy with.

Horrible customer service, Mobile service ?More like lack of service. Made appt, never heard from them. I had to make calls, then told windshields ordered was cracked. Rescheduled for today, no call or update. Called and the guy who answered had no clue who I was, said he would call back.That was at 3:37 pm it s now 7pm and still no call / or update.This company is off my list of go too.Consumer beware!!!

Eric, the owner was very helpful and does a great job to earn your business. Provides very reasonable prices and provides great communication from initial pricing all the way until the job is done. Amazing customer service from Eric. As far as the job they were ready to go as soon as I arrived. They were quick and professional with no complaints. Not only do they ensure the job is done right they take their time and get it right.This is the first time I ve gotten my windshield replaced and if I had to do it again I would definitely come back. Great place.

Great customer service and affordable prices. Not sure if they do insurance jobs but they took care of 2 cars that got broken into for cheaper than the insurance deductible. They were also fast in fixing both cars the same day. They helped us in the morning and had the cars were done early afternoon.

Something hit and bounced off of my moms windshield on the freeway and cracked it horribly! It was a huge crack that required her windshield to be replaced. It wasn't drivable and we needed to get it fixed ASAP. I found this business and contacted them. Eric texted me since he missed my call and we figured everything out. He was able to schedule us the same day and the replacement was completed within 90 minutes. Neither my mom or I are experts in these things so we'll see how durable this is as time passes. This company quoted me the price and scheduled me for a time to come in to have it done. When I showed up to have my windshield put in they were ready for me. They were kind and very professional they fix my windshield very quick and they did an excellent job on my car. What they quoted me was what I paid tax included.

Went in with an older 1991 Honda Accord. Windshield was cracked all over the place. Seen the great reviews this place had. Called and got a quick text back letting me know the price for the windshield and installation. Took the car in, dropped it off, got a haircut down the street and before I had time to come back, they called letting me know the car was ready. Everything came out flawless. I waited to leave a review to make sure nothing went wrong. Everything has been perfect. One less thing for a cop to pull me over for. Thanks again!

These guys saved our Corolla. Our windshield cracked 2 months after we bought it, and the dealership quoted us 1500$ to fix it. Our insurance deductible is 500$--these fine fellows were able to replace it with the tempered glass Toyota uses for 250$! We're about 3 months out from the repair, and it's still going strong. It was fast and they were super friendly. If you have a windshield problem, these are the guys to visit!

They were the only one's that gave me a quote and told me how long it would take to replace my Windshield. The other guy's, I'm not sure who or how they received their information, but they started asking me about my rear window and which side windows I needed replaced, then I was having a problem replying, when you work 6 days a week and Graveyard to top it off, you kinda sleep during their business hours, but I will be calling them to get things straightened out so I can get an accurate quote and there's one in the running at the top of my list.

They replaced my front windshield years ago and it is still perfect, the work is fast, reliable, affordable and I would recommend them (and have) to anyone that needs their services. Eric is so helpful and I would definitely use them in the future.

Had a windsheild installed in February of 2023. Shortly after it started leaking when it rained i been messaging and haven't received an answer about how this situation will be corrected

I drove by around 10:20am on Saturday to see if W.E. was busy, and I didn't see any cars or trucks in their work area. I parked and went inside and met Eric, one of their employees. I told him what I needed to replace and he took a look at my car. Knowing that my windshield part wasn't inside the store, Eric made a quick phone call and gave me an answer to when it will arrive and its cost. By 12noon to before 2pm, the installation was done with a lot of patience, and care. Also he put back all the parts he removed too and cleaned the windshield inside and outside. Eric's customer service was excellent. I will be going back to do my other windows that need replacing too. I am comfortable knowing that this company, Does it right, the first time!!!

Quick service at a great price. They got me in Saturday Morning and even offered me a discount for driving the car to them. I have a 2006 VW BUG and I was expecting the cost to be over $200. to replace the front windshield. They said that had it in stock and the price was less than what I expected. The guys who worked on my car made it look so easy and I was done in an hour. Will definately be back there soon because on of my power windows has stopped working and they fix those too.

Honestly they did a great job on my windshield and it looks Wai better than factory and I even asked if they could put the rubber trim since my vehicle didn't come with a rubber trim only a metal trim ymthat would pop off allot so I highly recommend this place if you need a Windshield Replaced

I took my car for a windshield replacement and their prices are great. The next time I took them my van for a estimate on a driver side window motor to be replace and they told me one price but change the price when I took it in. They were in the rush to get rid of me. So I didn't get their service with them. I don't thin I'll go back :-(

After several spam calls, I decided to call the number back.Not only was Eric unprofessional, he decided to tell me that he is going to break up with me via text message.Not sure who he is, but I am going to be devastated. He might be too when he realizes he was messaging with a minor.Not only did I ask the person to stop calling, after their message was first, they decided to tell my minor that they were breaking up and on drugs. Then kept proceeding to contact my child after I intervened letting them know to stop messaging a minor. Instead, they kept harassing.Will report this.

This is the very best place you could find to go. They are professional and very reasonable. They went out of their way to fix another completely different problem with my car that even the dealership would not fix! Cannot believe this level of service. Our daughter s van was vandalized Thursday night while she was on vacation in Colorado with her family, including our grandson. Not only was the quoted price for replacement of a rear window in her Toyota Sienna the lowest we found, the job was done in about three hours, a couple of hours before promised. So today, I go out to vacuum the stray glass before she gets home and....... nothing. No glass inside at all. You guys have a customer for life. Which in my case may not be too long, but I ll pass the word along. Thank you!
