Been taking my cars here for years. They do good work for a fair price. They really know their cars and won't upsell but will let you know exactly what things need to be fixed in the future. They also stand behind the work they do. Don't expect to call and get your car in that day. Everyone who goes here knows they're busy for a reason - they're the best in town.

I've been going to Neighborhood Car Care for around eight years (maybe longer) and they've always done good work and been honest with me. They'll recommend upcoming services but are never pushy about it- only informative. Prices are fair and the Kim and John are very helpful. I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area. I never even think about going elsewhere. It's nice having a mechanic that you can trust.

I'm always impressed with the friendly and good service that I've been receiving for my 2018 Honda Civic at Neighborhood Car Care. I consistently go there on a regular basis. Have been going there since I bought the car. Special thanks to John Youngerman and Kim for their advice about keeping my car driving well.

I can t speak highly enough about this place. It was recommended to me by a AAA driver who towed my car there and I m happy he did that. Kim was fantastic from start to finish, and they got my car up and running in less than 24 hours (I was dropped off there with my car in the mid-afternoon so it was understandable that my car was there overnight).They are fair, honest, and nice! I went here because of the great reviews but I ended up being sold on services I didn t need; my dad was super angry when he found out I got some fluids and air filter changed for over $300 because he KNEW I didn t need those services I have since learned a little bit about cars (I can do those services and more on my own now and know when they are needed or not) this was a while ago, but I wouldn t return here.

My car broke down so I had it towed to Neighborhood Car Care, they had me up and running the next day. Friendly, Thorough, very reasonable prices and my car is running like new again. Thank you for the great customer service and I made it back home to Arizona safe and sound. My truck had a brake line that broke and could not be driven. Called Neighborhood that day and they were able to get me in the very next day. Had it towed and dropped off. Received daily updates and they only fixed exactly what I asked for, no trying to up charge or make me pay for other services. Being active military, it s tough to find reliable honest car care in each new duty station, but this place is exactly that. Will definitely be taking my vehicles back from now on!

John and his crew have been taking care of my cars for years. Honest, expert car care. Convenient. Thoughtful (recently washed my car when I brought it in after a road trip). Won't try to sell you something you don't need. Five stars!

I've been here a few times. Mechanics aren't cheap, but they're very fair. My trucks get fixed well and quickly. That's all I can ask for, I keep going back

This team is incredible. I worked with Jon and Kim, and they are both incredibly knowledgeable. They don t try to up-sell you, but give you the services you need at very fair prices (they ve twice come in BELOW their original estimate). I ve found my new mechanic.

I recently had to replace my car's electric charging socket then had to replace the front air bag. Both were highly specialized, requiring work to be done by the dealer, which is painfully expensive, takes a long time, and tends toward over-servicing. In contrast, I was glad when the latest repair, replacement of a windshield wiper fluid pump, could be done by Neighborhood Car Care. NCC's friendly service, reasonable prices, and straightforward advice are such a relief.
