I got a flat tire that was not able to plug or patch. I needed to get up the grade to go home so I had to purchase a new tire. They were able to get it done for me in an hour. Very friendly service.

I am new to California and needed to get my license plate put onto the front of my car (I have never needed a front plate until now) - I did not even have holes for the plate.Louis told me to swing by at lunch and they would squeeze me in. I showed up, they were so friendly! Everyone greeted me as I walked in.They took my car around immediately, drilled the holes (with no problems) and fixed my license plate onto the front. They were done within 10 minutes. Looks great - no harm to the car!Very professional, knowledgable, and fast service. Call Louis for great service!

Very nice and friendly guys That work there. I will be returning to this place when I need my oil changed. Unfortunately I hadit changed that Pep Boys the day beforeand had a not so great experience at Pep Boys. This place is extremely fast and when you have an appointment they take you on time for your appointment. It has tables outside if you want to sit outside While you wait Or a pretty clean Waiting room inside.I will definitely be returning.

Got the oil changed and had a leak from a bad cartridge filter gasket.I called the office and was asked to bring the car in to remedy this situation.The manager Frank greeted me personally and apologized for the inconvenience and mishap.He had his technician check it out and diagnosed the problem quickly.He explained what happened and they did a new oil change and double checked to ensure everything was fine.They gave me a discount for a cooling system service and a free coupon for a future oil change.Frank and his staff were really helpful and friendly. Outstanding service, I'm totally pleased with my experience. I will visit this shop again and again.

Great service and professional. I have a van that has a motor notoriously problematic in accessing and changing the spark plugs. It s well documented on this specific motor. I took it here and they handled that and replaced my serpentine belt, at a reasonable price while providing excellent service.They also had it done and ready at the time I requested so I could pick up my kids from school. These guys are fantastic. They replaced my brake pads and did a great job. They go above and beyond in their service. Gave me a ride home when I drop my car off and then delivered it to me, just because they have the extra time, and they were able to do it. I ve been coming here for a few years now, and everyone I ve ever talked to have always been wonderful and helpful. I ve gotten a variety of work done on my car. Anytime I have a question, the people there are always super helpful, and are very honest with pricing, what was done to the car, what needs to be done to the car in the future, etc.I will continue coming back for sure. Our experience here was Awesome. Great customer service! The person who assisted us was the best! He was professional helpful and friendly as well as co-workers. We originally went to Jiffy-lube but left cause we had to wait so long. We called your establishment and were told that there was no wait. He was right and we are very satisfied and tell everyone we know to go to Meineke. I wish i could remember the guys name. My brother had his Catalytic Converter cut out & stolen Meineke was incredibly helpful in guiding us with the most affordable replacement options & then helped to replace the CAT and add the security cover promptly & for a decent price. They took time with us to explain every step of the process along the way & made us feel like we mattered!! Excellent customer service & great financing options through Car Care Credit.

Meineke team did a great job as usual, always assisting me in keeping my car safe on the road. Auto email response from Meineke proved that whoever sent it out had no idea of my maintenance or repair history at Meineke - just an spam email to get me to do unnecessary work that was already done or just not needed or recommended by my mechanic - I trust the team I repeatedly return to but not the company.

They also changed the left side ignition coil pack. I had to call several times to get status on my vehicle. I wish they were more proactive rather than reactive when it comes to letting clients know the status of their vehicles. First of all, a little background. The reason I choose Meineke. My friend asked me to pick her up from this shop because her car was going to be diagnosed. When they called her,they explained the problem(sorry can't remember what the issue was) but there would be no charge. Integrity is very important thing to me. So I decided to take my car there for an oil change. While I was waiting I downloaded their app and found a $20 coupon for my oil change. When I went to check out, Miguel had already applied the coupon before I even requested it! I am now going to be a regular customer! Thanks, Miguel, and company.Service: Oil change

Every employee I had an encounter with was so polite and helpful. They explained everything before they did the work and got approval on pricing. I never felt pressured to have things done on the car that I didn't need. Always great service! I went in for a tire rotation and since it was my first one with new tires as asked for an alignment as well. To my surprise, they told me they checked the alignment and it was fine so they did not charge me for it. Honesty!! Thank you!!

I bring my car back time and time again. I love this Meineke everyone here is absolutely GREAT! they make you feel very welcomed. They always go above and beyond. They take the time to explain and help with what the best option for you and your car is. I have recommended friends and family members and Ventura meineke is their primary auto car. Arrived with an appointment. Upon arrival for the AC free-on & an oil change, was told weren t able to do free-on service because of not having the correct kind for my vehicle at location. However was told over the phone that it would be no problem. Disappointed in the clarity of what they could/couldn t do. But oil change was completed.

Meineke is amazing, they were very quick about getting me in and fixing my lancer's abs and brake light and it was really affordable too. No hidden fees whatsoever. They were also really good about keeping me updated on the process of everything and my car was ready in 2 hours!Miguel was especially helpful and kind he is the person who helped me and was amazing.Definitely will be returning to Meineke for all my repairs!Service: Auto brake replacement

It's so refreshing to find a repair shop that actually cares about their customers. Meineke of Ventura is that shop. The owners are amazing, and they hire people after their own hearts. I'm so glad I found this place, and they always do an outstanding job on my vehicle.

(posting on behalf of Chris M)I m absolutely thrilled with the service I received. my AC wasn t working and instead of going to the dealer like I usually do, a friend at work recommended Meineke to me. They are very convenient as they are open on Saturdays, they took me right away at my scheduled appointment time, and fixed my AC and replaced my burnt out headlight. They do not try to rip you off. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!Service: Air conditioning
