Absolutely amazing! Super welcoming, very thorough and thoughtful. They found answers to what s going on with my 2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse that 4 other auto shops and the dealership couldn t find after only having the car for about 5 hours. They even had a loaner car for while they had mine. Hands down the best customer service from Joseph.

I love this place! The entire team is very friendly, honest, and professional. They know exactly what they are doing. They give you a detailed report of what your car needs and even include photos. Also, their guarantees are better than the dealership. My car feels wonderful to drive after having visited them. It is the second time that they have helped me and I don't see myself going to another shop. Thank you all very much!

Joseph and his team did a fantastic job with pricing and speed. They beat a competitive offer by a substantial amount, and then honored a recent coupon, they provided me with a free a loaner car and finished the 2 day job in one day! I highly recommend this team!

Sixto and his staff has always been very efficient and professional. He is taking care of three of my vehicles one currently has over 260,000 miles that runs like a gem. That s why I take both my newer cars and will continue to have them serviced with this team, the pricing is fair and comparable they stand behind their work. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Had the best mechanic experience here. Sixto who was attending me was extremely helpful and made a note of all my concerns and was very reasonable. They fixed an issue with my steering column for a couple hundred bucks while I was being charged a couple grands by a Hyundai dealer. Will go back again!

Unbelievably high prices ! Called for a quote on a timing chain and water pump job. Part for part and hour for hour they were $1,000 higher than the 3 other shops (all with good reviews) I called. I was also told that it was just an estimate and it could end up being more, HA !

So glad I found these guys! Initially impressed with their inspection report, with photos! Discussed issues with them and was impressed with their knowledge of my car. Chris was very fair and pleasant to work with. My Lexus was due a timing belt replacement. Not only did they save me money, their work has a 3 year warranty! They will be servicing my Lexus from now on!

I was impressed by the professionalism and technical skills of the staff at Asian Auto Tech. I m so glad I took my Subaru to them. I would recommend them to anyone who has a Subaru . They are truly the experts.

They seem like they care (by doing odds and ends), but I really get the feeling from the place that it's all about the money. Almost like their extra repairs are just to cushion the blow so you won't question the prices. They charge a LOT, and it's usually easily $200+ more than most other repair shops. This mechanic shop also repeatedly will mention $500+ worth of repairs you need, even when you don't. They'll want the shirt off your back. Please do your research and get a mechanic you can trust.Edit: The review was from an experience we had several years ago. My username is not the same as my customer name. I'm positive the experience was with this business.

I drive an old Toyota and not many shops will work on it. Their service is one of the best in Ventura and its surrounding cities. Their diagnosis are accurate and the quality of work is top-notch.

I had an old Honda diagnosed and repaired here recently. Christian did a great job explaining the best recommendations for repairs. The garage is clean and the techs take pictures of what is wrong and share them by text. Great experience overall.

The team at Asian AutoTech were beyond fantastic - they are professional, courteous, friendly, and generous with great customer service. I ve never been treated so well as a customer and made to feel like I m a valued member of the Ventura community. This place is the best! Right when I arrived in was greeted by Chris and Diane, I also met the manager Sixto and they changed my brake pads and fixed a few other things, the coolest part was the online report they sent me that showed all the things that needed attention in order by priority. I'm so happy with the service I received and I'll definitely be returning! Thanks Asian Autotech!

Very friendly, thorough and professional. The maintenance process is all digital with detailed photos of the car. Very reasonably priced and trustworthy team. Will definitely be taking my car here for regular check ups.

I don't know how JR manages to hire the best of the best, but he does. Christian was my service advisor today while having some work done on my car, and as usual he is very knowledgeable, honest and a pleasure to work with. I'm very pleased that he works here and look forward to a long continued relationship with him at Asian AutoTech. He always seems to be a step ahead, suggesting future work that should be performed in order tokeep my car inexcellent condition. It's a nice feeling not having to worry about my car and Christian, as well as the others, never suggest, or do work, that doesn't needs to be done. Very trustworthy group of employees. I would never think of taking my car anywhere else for service.Thanks Asian AutoTech,...!

Update: My review is about the shoddy workmanship and deceptive pricing. Not the fact that my warranty claim was denied. I was aware it could have been denied and prepared to pay the price they quoted me originally NOT the crazy price they tried to charge me after. Asian Auto Tech didn't want to repair their mistakes and After back and forth with them, they finally fixed the oil leak they created and a axle boot they damaged. I still say STAY AWAY from this place if you care about your vehicle.This is the place to go to if you want mediocre work done. To start they quoted me $2,300 for a diagnostic that required an engine tear down. They tried to bait and switch the price for no reason. They tried to make me pay $3,300. Then said the $2,300 was just for the tear down and the final $3,300 was for reassembly. How convenient that they left that information out. If they would had told me the $3,300 from the start I would have never agreed. Then, they tried to act like they were helping me out or hooking me up because I paid the price I was originally told. I definitely did pay the price, after the diagnostic when I got my car back it had a bolt to the starter that was not installed properly, missing bolts, stripped bolts, missing plastic clips, coolant splashes all over the engine bay, oil lines "secured" with zip ties, a plastic clip inside the air intake box and a MASSIVE oil leak. On top of all this they were telling me I had to fix the oil leak. What a joke of a "repair shop". They ended up "fixing" their mistakes but there is still white smoke coming out of my car's engine bay. This had never happened before. My car is still having issues and it was not this way before coming to this shop. Definitely stay away from this place.

Sixto and Chris provide excellent customer service. Whomever is at the front desk acknowledges you when you walk in. Sixto thoroughly reviewed the repairs recommended and the cost. They honor their warranties. There are no surprises. Keep up the amazing customer service. You have a great group of employees. My adult kids bring their cars for repairs here too. We trust them with our cars and trucks. We have been bringing our vehicles here for years and will continue to do so. Initial contact was with Service Writer Jessica. She was cordial and professional and bonded with my dog immediately. She has a better understanding of cars than any other Service Writer I ve ever met. The shop did a great overall vehicle inspection that turned up a few things besides the transmission work I brought the car in for, all legitimate and backed by photos. The work was accomplished in an appropriate amount of time indicating no rushing or dawdling. The transmission is perfect and then Jessica did another great job of explaining how the work was done and by whom. A great experience, and when my Asian cars need work in the future that I can t handle on my own, I ll be back!Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission repair

Came to these guys because my 2004 Tacoma was having an inconsistent misfiring issue that my regular garage couldn't figure out.Sixto was super helpful and kind, and even entertained my theory of what was wrong with the truck (I went down numerous rabbit holes on the various message boards in the weeks leading up to my appointment). While the repair took a couple days, I liked their online platform for inspections and work being performed they actually took video of the performance of my fuel injectors and created a list of what is good on my truck, and what will need work eventually.Even though the total wasn't cheap, Sixto was always upfront about parts and labor costs so there was no guessing, and I'm very satisfied with the end result. Still cheaper than car payments and my truck is running great now. I never felt misled or played with these guys, their work was worth every dollar.Will definitely be back for future work on my truck. If you have a Toyota or any other Japanese/Asian car, definitely check these guys out. Thank you!Service: Engine repair
