Very knowledgeable but they will rip you off. If you don't know how easily your item could be fixed first quote was 1500 after I explain to them the only problem with it and they verified that was the only problem with it. They called me back the next day with the quote of 800 then after that, I told them I could find a used unit for 400 they lowered the price even more, be careful

I brought the nav/stereo unit from my 2010 Prius here to be repaired because I read the review before mine (thanks Craig!). I m now another happy customer. Their youtube channel helped me to remove the stereo myself and save money. Moji the tech gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone, and the repair ended up being that exact price. Moji had the stereo ready for me the next day and was overall so helpful. I wish I had found this place sooner instead of putting it off for months!!

Hi-Tech did an excellent repair on my Prius Display and map DVD drive. I was able to use their fine You-Tube video to help me remove the assembly, and once I brought it to them for repair, they fixed it in ONE day, at a price that was great. It would have cost me 5 or 10 times that amount at a Toyota dealer. Now my Prius is back operating like it used to. Yeaaa.

I recently utilized Hi-Tech Electronics to repair the Radio/CD/Nav unit from my 2014 Toyota RAV4 Limited. After easily removing the radio unit, I shipped the unit to Hi-Tech for repair. The entire process was relatively easy. Hi-Tech took 10 days to repair and test the unit prior to shipping back to me. Reinstallation for easy and the unit now runs like it is brand new. I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend Hi-Tech.

Great experience from start to finish. If you watch the video, have the right tools and a little patience the removal of the electronics from your car is not difficult. The representative I spoke to answered all my questions and the price of the repair was very reasonable. Everything works like new again. If you ship your electronics for repair like I did be sure to double box and compare costs from different carriers.

EDITED TO REPLY TO THE OWNER'S REPLY: I pulled my phone records to see if perhaps I had missed a call. You are a liar. You have called my number twice. Once two months after I dropped it off, after I had called you and left messages a half dozen times. You left a voicemail at the time saying you were looking for parts. After that, nothing again until yesterday, after I posted this review. This shop is absolutely not to be trusted. You just as easily could have admitted you made a mistake, and I probably would have considered taking the review down. Instead you attempted to cover your tracks by lying. Completely unacceptable.ALSO - wildly unacceptable for you to publish my phone number. Remove it immediately.I dropped off a 4-track nearly two years ago for a replacement motor. In the months after, I tried several times to contact them by phone for an update. On the rare occasion someone would actually answer, I was told that the technician working on my 4-track wasn't available. After a year, I just gave up. It appears I paid them $45 to have my merchandise stolen. If anyone there is actually interested in looking into helping me, my claim number is 306580.I definitely would not recommend anyone take anything here.

Thanks so much to everyone at Hi Tech Electronics. Your video enabled me to remove my bad display screen without much trouble and I didn't break or mar anything.I called Hi Tech and every time I spoke to them everyone was always were very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. I sent my screen in to Hi Tech for repair. They gave me a ballpark price range for the repair and they repaired it within that range. Got it back and it was even easier to re-install. Everything including the shipping took less than a week. It works like new!!!!!!!! I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Hi Tech Electronics repair it. Thanks again to everyone at HI Tech. Sincerely,Eric Clenney

These people and the shop, specifically Bijan are really good, honest, hard working and very, very knowledgeable, regarding High End vehicles and Electronics. My 2013 Mercedes AMG C63 had a very serious problem with the CD player. It was making a noise as if it was loading a CD or ejecting it. 24 hours a day ! Fried my battery ! They removed the stereo, checked it and quoted my a very decent price to REBUILD it while I waited. They offered me to leave and would rebuild it in a few days but I chose to wait. In 3 hours I had a brand new stereo and I was given the original one in a bag. I watched a lot of people bringing various models of vehicles to them including other things such as, High End stereo components and even what looked like a High End Projector. I would recommend them to EVERYONE !

Fixed the screen on my 2007 BMW 335 radio. Dropped it off and it was fixed and shipped back to me (overnight) within a week. Good price compare to replacing with new ~$250. Well package. ..and it works. Very pleased with the service. !!!!Note: radio was easy for me to remove using YouTube video they have. Check their open times - they are sometimes not open on Friday etc.

Command unit on my 2013 Mercedes failed. Replacement would have been about $5000. No company here in the Seattle area has the repair expertise. Heard about Hi-Tech, shipped the unit to them. Bijan, the owner, kept me informed, going out of his way to make sure I was happy. It is so refreshing to deal with a company who puts customer satisfaction first. The unit was returned, professionally packed, works perfectly, and all for less than $800, with a warranty. These folks are pros.

I found Hi-Tech Electronic Services after watching a YouTube video. I was determined to find an alternative to the dealership because of their inflated prices coupled with technicians who have limited knowledge. I called the company and spoke to Moji and set an appointment the next day. My husband arrived around 11:00 am. Bijon, the Hi-Tech Electronic Mercedes technician, diagnosed the issue within 20 minutes and repaired within the hour. I live in San Diego and am so pleased to have found qualified, knowledgeable and professional Mercedes technicians. It is so refreshing to know that companies like Hi-Tech Electronic Services still exist. The repair cost was reasonable as well. Great experience!

Sent in the radio from my 2009 BMW 528XI. I was having trouble with the display in the car working, and the dealer diagnosed it to be the radio as the cause. They also quoted my $2300 to replace! Shipped unit to Hi-Tech for repair. Got a prompt response and very reasonable quote for replacement ($225). Upon return, the display still didn't function properly, so I called them up. They said I might also have a display problem and asked if I could reship the radio to them and include the display. I did. Again a prompt reply. They indicated that their replacement unit had an issue, my display was fine and they were shipping me another radio, along with my display, at no charge for swap or reshipping charges. I am getting ready to send them a unit from another car for evaluation. Great, great experience!

Discovered these guys by searching You Tube. I bought a 2011 Benz SL 550 with an inoperable Harmon Kardon audio system that my mechanic determined had a failed amplifier from having gotten wet. I couldn't find a single repair tech in the entire state of Washington who would or could fix it. I got quoted an OEM replacement from Mercedes for $2,900. Hi-Tech replaced the mother board, cleaned up the rust and effervescence from the case and it was $496 including shipping both ways. It works perfectly, The tech I spoke with was professional, courteous and they were very prompt. I highly recommend these guys.

After the Lexus dealer quoted me 3200.00 for a new head unit. I started doing some research of my own, I found Hi Tech called them, left a voicemail over the weekend they returned my call Monday morning. I took my car the same day. Charged me 85.00 to remove the head unit.Called me 8 days later which was yesterday that my radio/navigation unit was fixed and paid 850.00 it s a bit expensive, but not as much as Lexus was trying to charge me. I hope the radio last a good while and it does come with a warranty

Found Hi-Tech Electronic Services on a google search looking for Entertainment / Navigation System repair on my 2010 Buick Enclave. Their website is terrific. Easy to navigate and set up repair right down to a tutorial on packaging your unit for shipping. Great communication from Hi-Tech. Fast turn around on the repair. Shout out to OMAR !! who did a terrific job on the repair. I reinstalled the unit and all functions worked as they should, just like new. Very happy with the cost of repair. Keep up the great work. Many businesses should use Hi-Tech as a role model.

My Navigation in my Lexus is350 broke, and Bijan was able to help me out , even though I lived in Canada, communicating with him was extremely easy. Highly recommended, for locals or international customers.

I was somewhat leery about sending in my factory Shaker 500/6-CD changer to this company that I never heard of. The reviews were good, so I decided to try them. I was more than pleased with the service and attention I received. I sent my unit via UPS so I know when it arrived. The very nextday I received a quote and decided to go ahead with the repair. To my surprise, the radio was repaired and shipped back the next day. Talk about fast service. The repair was excellent and everything turned out fine. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who might need radio/CD repair.

I had a problem with my Lexus radio and CD Changer. I got a quote from the dealership to replace them and it was much more than I was willing to pay. I searched online to locate a place where I could send these units. After speaking to a technician, I was comfortable in sending my units for repair. It took approximately 2 weeks to get my units back. When I received my units, the radio was not completely fixed. I phoned the company about the problem and they guaranteed their work. They supplied the shipping label so that I could send my unit back. This time around they worked on my unit right away and I received it in a week. Their customer service was Exceptional. I paid more than I should have repairing these units, but I am VERY Satisfied. I would highly recommend their service.

Thank god for Bijan and the crew at Hi-Tech. We bought a used Lexus, within 30 days the stereo and navigation system went out on us. Naturally the warranty didn t cover the luxury goodies in the vehicle.Lexus quoted us nearly $10,000 dollars to have the whole unit replaced. From everything I ve read, they take the stereo out, ship it back to Japan, fix the faulty part, and then sell it again as a new $10k unit. After spending the last year without a stereo system, we finally found Hi-Tech. Today, just a week later, our electronics are back to how they should be. For less than $1000.Everyone at Hi-Tech has been friendly, helpful, and genuine. It is easy to see why they have been in business here for over 35 years. Dont go to the dealership to get your car electronics fixed, come straight to Bijan!

My media display screen in my car went dark and I found an troubleshoot/repair video on YouTube from Hi-Tech Electronics. I found the problem, repaired it ,put it all back together and it still didn't work. I emailed Hi-Tech to inquire about possibly sending my unit in for repair. They responded with "Did you replace the fuse?". I did and know my screen works again. I cant believe that I missed that step.Hi-Tech saved me a lot of $$$$. Thanks again!

These guys are great. Talked to Moji and Bijan and they were able to fix my wifes Lexus. The touch screen went blank and we were not able to use the navigation or stereo. These guys fixed our screen and now everything is working from stereo, back up camera, ac and gps. These guys are a must when you run into issues.

Hi-Tech is seriously the BEST and most knowledgeable group I've ever dealt with when it comes to my car. I live in Minnesota and sent them my amp rather than deal with anyone locally. I trust them and Bijan is wonderful to deal with. He's always there if I have a question or problem. You MUST give them a try.

Repaired navigation unit for 2003 Lexus LX 470 for several hundred dollars when dealer said it would be thousands. BTW, it's located under passenger front seat. Quick turn around. Gave me information over the phone and instructions on how to take out the unit, and called when it was repaired. I brought my unit to Kinkos and they packaged and shipped for me. At Hi- Tech electronics, I spoke with the individual (Moji) who did the work! How refreshing to have old-fashioned service again. Really feel confident about their knowledge base. If you own a 100 series Toyota Land Cruiser or Lexus LX 470, and you are particular about your vehicle, I would trust these folks.

Hi-Tech is fantastic. All of their people are friendly, knowledgeable and just overall frankly amazing. I needed replacement needles for my car's instrument gauges; they replaced them within several hours at an inexpensive cost with perfect results. I imagine the dealer would have charged at least three times what they did, perhaps more - and not have been so pleasant about it. Consider Hi-Tech first if you have any instrument gauge or navigation system issues with your car. Five stars, and thank you to Bijan and everyone at Hi-Tech!
