Very nice, very helpful, great customer service. Never had any type of work done to my truck, so this was a first. Cole was great helping me and fitting my truck in time for a winter trip. Would give 10 stars If I could. This is hands down the most trustworthy auto repair shop. We have even been to. They don't try to get you to do unnecessary fixes for an extra buck. They truly look out for their customers and are extremely thorough in explaining what needs to be done in a timely fashion. Sergio and Jason are very friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Sergio and his team are polite, patient and will go the extra mile to help you.Shoutout to Armando the service tech who was extremely helpful and quick. He answered my questions and made sure my car was safe to drive.

I needed a lug key for my truck wheels and they took very good care of me. Since I had purchased the rims from them, they did not charge me for the lug key piece which was a lifesaver! Great guys working there!

James is an absolute legend. 4 Wheel parts was recommended to me to get a new set of wheels and tires on my Ford Mustang Mach E but the guys weren't sure about it. James took charge and turned my car into a beast, it's exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend 4 Wheel parts. Thank you guys for taking on a challenge.

Went to this location after heavily researching the wheels and tires I wanted on my truck, even test driving a rental with the exact set up off of Turo. I knew exactly what I wanted, an easy sell! I went to place an order, the employee mentioned that set up wouldn t fit? I was a bit confused because I knew it would for a fact? He was trying to upsell me with a lift, some overpriced lug nuts and mansplaning all sorts of extras. I couldn t help but notice how condescending the male employee was treating me, a woman, and how much differently all of the male customers were being treated. Needless to say I bought the set up elsewhere and had my tire shop do the install. Crazy, you know it fits and rides exactly how I said it would and I saved $1000-$3000 depending on including the bogus lift. Maybe she s born with it? Maybe it s misogyny?

Hadn't been into this location in a long time. Marlon was quick to help and was super helpful with my need for some ditch lights. He showed me all of the styles and brands available so I could get the right setup. He was a Rockstar. I'll definitely keep using 4WP!

I've been using this store for my vehicles for years, we are a truck, jeep family who love the outdoors and customize our vehicles. The sales staff are helpful and offer options to to us instead of just trying to sell us the most high dollar items out there. Give em a try when your ready to play with the big kids Girls like toy's too!

This store is great! The manager Jason helped me get my warranty in my Bilstein 6112. Iv your off-road rig ever needs any upgrades or help this store is the place to go! No doubt about it. Thank you Jason and to your staff!

The staff was relatively friendly but did not do a great job talking about the differences in the shocks that I purchased.More importantly, the website offered an automatic rebate that was supposed to be sent within 30 days. 90 days after I attempted to call in to find out what happened. The customer service has hours long wait and when I finally got through they said they would send it and another 30 days have passed. I am now trying to contact them again. Terrible experience. I would not recommend 4WP to anyone.

Sergio helped me out and he was amazing! Awesome customer service and his service was paramount as he met all of my needs. I ll be coming back for my tires and compressor in the next few weeks.

The guy at the counter was hopeless. Sure he asked if he can answer any questions. But when I did he seemed really disinterested and just didn't really care to help much. He did Just the minimum, look up the part, "no it doesn't fit your vehicle." And that was about it. I have three different questions two different times and he again just did the minimum to basically tell me no they couldn't help. And this is the place that's supposed to be known for four-wheel drive parts and truck customization. Don't waste your time going there. Maybe another store has better service

Zero stars!!!! Stay away this place will damage your vehicle and deny they did it. And if you use the contact us portal to message them about it because they are closed, you wont get a copy of the message you send! Then they say you didn't contact. Beware of this place. Ive spent over 4 grand here and they wont even pay to fix a dent they did and it was only $250 for a dent guy to fix it. Nope they dont care they care more about that 250. Stay away!! I will for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was informed my front lower control arms and a bushing went bad on my Jeep Grand Cherokee that were installed a year earlier.4 Wheel Parts replaced them under warranty, plus replaced 2 rear lower control arms that were also bad.I m so grateful they found the issue and did a comprehensive repair.I can t believe how well it rides now. I ve had significant suspension upgrades done here and was always impressed with their attention to detail

Nice guys working here and the technicians do great work. They would get 100% of my business if they had more parking. Unfortunately, I have taken a lot of my business elsewhere because it s just too frustrating driving around the block more than once trying to find a place to park my truck. Ownership should find a nearby location that has way more parking. Your business model revolves around people with large vehicles yet they expect us to park in a tiny alleyway. Doesn t make sense.

Very poor customer service. I scheduled an appointment, which I called and confirmed one week prior to the appointment date. However, when I called to confirm my appointment the day before my appointment, I was told I don't have an appointment and that they don't see walk-ins. Nothing was done or said to acknowledge any wrongdoing on their part, which cost me three weeks of waiting for an appointment, which they somehow lost. The best they could do is give me another appointment three weeks later. I got the impression that they don't care about my business. I will therefore take my business elsewhere. I don't know how good their craftsmanship is since this would have been my first time, but if it's anything like their customer service, I would stay clear from this place.

Called to see if they had lifts for my car, they insisted I come in to discuss. When I got there, they told me they don t have lift for my vehicle. Had they been a little more helpful over the phone instead of wanting me in store to close a sale, they would have saved me an hour of my time.

Over-the-Counter guys are great. I saw many wheels and tires in showroom. Other gagets on display. Most people order on-line and pick up at store or ship to home. Mechanics in back for some installations.

I'll never use them again. If I could give less than one star I would. They quoted rims n tires, but only 4 rims, with 1 tire. Not the smartest crew, go elsewhere, this place is a joke. I'd recommend Big John's in Santa Clarita anytime over this place.

This store (12 years ago) used to have a great customer service and staff. The past few months I had to deal with for an order and install and boy, service totally flipped. That's the last I will ever walk into that store. No one ever picks up the phone, I would suggest you all try calling and see for yourself. I had to drive 30 miles to actually speak to someone and find out the store is not even busy and just let the phone ring. Disappointed. I am all in for supporting local businesses but this is off my list.
