Truck got towed in. I received information on the truck when I called them not the "we'll call you" bit.When I was told the truck should be ready, it was, we did an extra without consent to look good. All the extras would have been done at my local shop, during service, with mechanics, not computer jockeys with a rench.I ended up getting the truck back on a Friday afternoon, during rush hour traffic.I would rather limp the truck to the next dealer than deal with them.

really bad experience,new meachanic really dont know anything what they doing to your truck,just guessing the parts and changing it ,truck still hve same problems.it happen wth me 4 diffrent trucks already,plz dont waste your time and money wth thm
