We bought a Ford Expedition Max and LOVE it!!!! James (the dealership owner) is a guy with the highest character and surrounds himself with honest, great people that go above and beyond to get you in the perfect vehicle. Josh is the General Sales Manager and is honest, direct, clear, and committed to creating a comfortable experience when buying a vehicle (which my wife greatly appreciated). Their pricing is fair and transparent and their communication is excellent. I really can t say enough good things but my family has purchased over 10 vehicles from them and every time they have figured out a way to improve the process even more. As an aside, I don t work for them and have no family that works for them. But I do trust them and appreciate high quality service and want their dealership to thrive so it is always in Turlock! Their service experience is great too and they make it very convenient!!! If you re looking for a vehicle, I d start at Price Ford, you won t be disappointed!

We're thrilled with this dealership. Purchased a Ford Maverick XL with no markup, unlike most dealers in the Bay Area who add a hefty 4-5k market adjustment. They also avoided pushing unwanted add-ons. Paid MSRP and had a pleasant, hassle-free experience. Despite the drive, highly recommend them.

Amazing, extraordinary, & exceptional customer service! Since the very beginning of the purchase process Juan Ceja provided us with honest advice. As a customer, this is something that I truly appreciate as it build trust. Since the first time we stopped at the dealership, he focused on our needs and wants and maintained them in mind until we had a deal! He even took extra time to guide us through all of the technology and functions in the car. Would definitely encourage everyone to contact Juan!!

Reasonable wait times and excellent customer support. It's best to schedule an appointment via their website even if it's for a basic service. Mechanics are honest about the work needed and -unlike the Heritage Ford people in Modesto- will not use underhanded tactics to overcharge you or upsell you on things you don't need.Good people work here; definitely coming back. A++++

On 12/15 I purchased a 2023 Ford F-150 Tremor at Price Ford in Turlock. This dealer had the best selection of trucks with very competitive pricing that made it well worth traveling to give my business to. I want to thank Dylan Johnson, Paul Binford and the rest of the team for making it such a pleasurable car buying experience. They were accommodating, informative and most importantly honest throughout the entire process. They worked with me to not only find the exact truck with the specifications I wanted but then laid out very clearly what I would be looking at finance wise. They are no pressure, no nonsense, stand up guys and I look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

Ever since I started using Price Ford to service my F150, I haven t found the need to look elsewhere. They are reliable, easy to talk to, and trustworthy. Huge shout- out to service advisor Bryan W. for making sure everything related to my truck is taking care of.Also, I think it s pretty cool that Price Ford offers the shuttle/ pick up service, makes things very convenient.

Sometimes I get thinking I need to move out of California for obvious reasons, then I think of what I would miss if I did. Price Ford of Turlock is one of California's shining stars.I am a senior lady and could easily worry about being taken advantage of with car repair. At Price Ford it seems I get preferential treatment just because I am a senior lady. While sitting in their customer waiting area I can overhear the courteous treatment extended to all.Thank you Price Ford!

Sales personnel and office personnel were very friendly. We received a fair offer on the vehicle that was less than the MSRP. I had researched our vehicle and had values from both Edmonds and Kelly Blue Book for the trade. The best offer for the trade was less than rough condition. We probably should have waited and/ or possibly tried to sell ourselves, but the Maverick has been in short supply. We like the vehicle, but I would advise you to negotiate harder. Was also disappointed with follow up from dealer to our insurance agent. In the past the agent had been contacted by the dealer and in fact while we were signing the paperwork the comment was made that the individual knew our agent. I found out 3 weeks later that no contact had been made and we had been driving without insurance. Will insure we follow up ourselves in the future when purchasing.

Price Ford is a greater dealership. I ordered a truck and they helped me navigate the post Covid ordering world so well. I worked specifically with Masen and Josh, both are very well informed, polite, friendly and make sure the customer is happy and taken care of. It s no mistake that this dealer has a good reputation in the community!

Ford Price Service Department was excellent. They went above and beyond customer service. My F-150 had an unexpected battery problem, and the Service Department was able to check it without an appointment. It was a busy day in the dealership, but they were able to check and fix it. The Service Department even offered me a loaner car so I could have my Saturday errands done while my truck was at service.Thank you so much Price Service Department!

My review is solely based on the service / maintenance department.I took my car in for a standard oil change and tire rotation (they call The Works). I was quoted at $156 when adding 2 filter changes to the job. I agreed and left my car there.2 hours later I get a call informing me my tires need replacing and we end with me getting a quote and agreeing to look at it at a further time, not today. Never was I told my car was ready or the service was completed. I show up at the end of the day to pick up my car and was added $15 more dollars for a oild drain plug. That should be $171 by now, but I was charged $194.When I got home I noticed it says my tires got aired to factory specs (35psi) but driving home my tires are not aired.This was a extremely bad experience with upcharges that shouldn't of been there and work that was not performed. Yes it's small things, but can lead to bigger problems and breaks customers confidence.

Second update: unfortunately refund never received.Update jerry called me and apologized for the work not completed and say he would refund that portion. I am grateful for the communication.I have been a ford owner before. I purchased a great used truck and took it in to have some maintenance done that I didn t want to do myself though I am capable. SPECIFICALLY I wanted the intake clean bc it s a known issue with the 3.5 and carbon build up. I specifically asked and confirmed that this would be a manual clean, not just a spray clean (which I could just do myself through air intake). I was ASSURED that they take their brushes and clean it . So I did it. I also had the transmission filter and fluid drain and fill. I came home and was cleaning the MAF sensors and continuing with my maintenance and guess what . They DID NOT clean it manually. They charged me for the service and a 9.99 can of intake cleaner. How do I know they didn t manually clean it? Because it is still noticeably dirty where they would have taken the throttle body and intake cover off. No finger prints anywhere, no screw or bold had been touched, no sign of anyone actually working under the hood. This is why many people feel like dealers rip us off. This is my first experience with price and I can say I am disappointed. I specifically asked if they do a manual clean and I was told yes. Either a tech didn t finish the job ticket or I was misled. I am very disappointed. It makes me second guess my transmission work. It definitely looks worked on at the pan but did they do a drain and fill like i asked? Ugh.

I d avoid this place if possible. The buying process was easy however all the issues came after the sale. The Mustang I bought already has major issues after owning it for less than a month. Hard to get in contact with anyone for help, wish I knew beforehand to avoid purchasing this vehicle and saving myself all the trouble.

I bought my 6th car in the past 2 years and I can honestly say that this was the best experience I've had at any dealer! Daniel H (talk to him if you are considering ordering purchasing!) was my salesman and he helped me through the order process back in late January and made sure that my pricing was kept the same from when we placed the order, even though Ford had raises prices. Communication has been consistent, so I was never left in the dark about anything. Pictures were sent to me as the car arrived as well as after the delivery inspection was done, so it was really painless. I didn't get pressured into anything I didn't want and it was overall a good experience. I'm looking forward to my next order with them! I actually drove an hour and a half from my home to this dealership because they treated me really well throughout the process and were upfront with everything (unlike a lot of dealers these days). A+++

I got scammed few years ago by Ford receiving a letter in the mail saying I have won a prize and to go and pick it up. It turned out the prize was $2 while I had to deal with a creepy guy telling me to smile. There were lots of other people there who had received the same letter and got scammed of their time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I walked in to ford and I did not even get a hello, not even a smile. It was as if I were a ghost. There were at least 7/8 sales reps on oct 2, 2023 and not a single one acknowledged my presence. They all just stared at me when I walked inside to see the mustang on display. They acted like I was walking into ferrari haha. I went and bought a lexus that same day. Loved the mustang 24, but will never step my foot into a ford again. Horrible employees. No customer service.

This rating comes with a mixed bag of experience. But at the end of the day, regardless of the situation, Price ford will make things right for the customer. I wish I didn't have to have some the experiences I did, but the pleasant demeanor of the service department and the team on the floor does make a difference in the quality of customer experience. Ford dealerships are the face of the brand. The Ford company itself has too many issues and I've considered not continuing buying ford vehicles. If this dealership was not willing to make things right I wouldn't keep buying Ford. Price Ford has a number of ways they assist customers with bringing in cars and transportation for customers, that other ford dealerships do not have. They are busy in the service department. But I am willing to wait longer for quality services and quality inspections. Understand that you will pay retail prices for parts but the exchange for higher cost is the guarantee that Ford Service will be done with Brand standards and integrity.

I bought my F150 at Hillier Ford in Escalon, in 2013. I have always had it serviced at Hillier. Owner David Hillier always treated me with respect and cordially asked how things were when I would see him. The service they gave me was always outstanding. When HillierFord closed, I was truly concerned, that I would never find a dealership with the level of service I got at Hillier.I called a few Ford dealerships to inquire about brake service and oil change service. I spoke with Chad at Price Ford in Turlock. I told him of my concerns. He got me in the following morning 8:30am. I was treated with the same level of respect and care I received at Hillier Ford.They performed a brake job and oil change and had me back on the road by lunch time. Thank you Chad and Price Ford for a job well done.

I brought my Ford raptor in to have the sunroof adjusted or repaired due to it leaking water. After making arrangements and not having a vehicle for the day I got my truck back in the same condition. It still leaks. I was told by the service advisorThat he would look into it further with a specialist in this area. He has not contacted me since I spoke with him. I m sure your dealership charged the time to Ford for the warranty work. I would be happy to speak with anyone in management in regard to the repair of my vehicle.10/28/2019 - I took my Ford Raptor back to the dealership to have a specialist again attempt to fix the problem. The service department went above and beyond to remedy the problem. 5 Stars!
