Service was great, and all the employees were fantastic and friendly. My only thing was the price was higher than where I usually go. I came to jiffy lube because I was at Costco and was in need of an oil change. They checked my tire pressure and cleaned my windows, which was great.

The team took really good care of me and my vehicle. Prices were good considering the full oil change, filter replacement and full service care inspection, etc. They gave us the extra attention that other providers have not in the past and in a timely manner. Very personable and made you feel cared for, OUTSTANDING! They will be seeing me back in future for my vehicle maintenance!

The whole staff was super friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Guillermo and Blane! New to the area and they made my first oil change visit out here a breeze. My go to spot for oil changes now on all my vehicles! Highly recommend.

Very professional got us in and out pretty quick. Cleaned glass and top off fluids. Clean waiting room but no coffee.

All the guys were so kind. Pretty quick service. They showed and explained things and didn't dumb it down.I returned today to have headlights replaced, and it was going to be more work than they felt they could do. They apologized and scheduled me to come next day when someone who has more experience with it as they practically have to remove my bumper! They took time and explained while showing me and answering other car questions. I never feel rushed or that they don't want to take time to explain things to a woman. So appreciated!

All the workers were helpful & pleasant. Only drawback is it is expensive.$80 for a convential lube & oil change.

I had never been to Jiffy Lube before and I am glad I stopped by. As soon as I pulled up someone approached and helped me. I was in and out in less than hour. The service was excellent!

Tune up, coolant flush, wiper blades. I would be recommending this store. The tech Timmy and Rene were excellent and told me I would be done in about 1 Hr. I was out in about and 1 hr. and 15 mins. Kept their word. Thank you Jiffy Lube Turlock CA.

Wow, the staff was courteous and fast even though they were inundated on a busy Saturday. Blain was informative and helpful, and communicated with throughout the process, when the auto parts store failed to deliver them my air filter in a timely fashion. I came back two days later and Blain had my air filter installed in the blink of an eye. Such well done customer service, I will take all my oil changes here in the future!Service: Oil change

We were almost broke down when a worker from Jiffy Lube noticed and without hesitation helped us. Darn good people working here which says a lot about the company. This will now AND from here on out will be our Jiffy Lube.

I went there around 5:15pm, to get oil change. All the employees was standing outside and listening to music from they are cars.And Pull the excuse they were out of oil filter because it was closing time soon @ 5:30pm... Grrrrrr

I used this location 2 years ago on regular bases but then I stopped due to poor and unprofessional "customer communication skill" . recently , I decided to go back and use the location again. It is improved but still not a place to get full star rate. It seems to me, just my point of view, after observation- their staff pick & choose to who provide a friendly service and gain their trust and business and who they welcome as "pass on gust". I will go there again just to see maybe I used a wrong day to change oil. :)Service: Oil change

They did not have the oil or filter for my car. In the past they had made a trip to the Autozone across the street or to a dealer to get them. This time they did not want to do that. The manager said their supplier had not sent the oil that I needed.I always do the signature service that includes fluid top off. But they couldn't even do that.Service: Oil change

Got there when they opened, Manny greets you right away even when cars are being worked on. The team acknowledge you right away and take care of my car needs within seconds! Great attitude and helpful!

First time experience and it was a good one! They estimated about an hr wait(2 days before Thanksgiving) which is totally understandable, but they were done within 30 minutes! Very professional, friendly and most of all great customer service! I will be returning and bring my other vehicle! Jiffy Lube you have lifelong customer! My oil change was a success!!

I took my mom's car into Jiffy in Turlock on Powers Court to get the oil changed, I chose this location because it was close to home. I was very impressed with the service I received, so much that I brought my car in later that morning. I had not planned on getting two oil changes completed in the same morning and had to rearrange my day but it was worth it as I was very impressed with the professionalism of the team, Carlos from what I could observe was the team lead and conducted himself and questions from his team very well. It was because of Carlos that I came back and will come back again.Service: Oil change

I've taken 2 cars here for an oil change. I bought both cars new. The car and truck were roughly 6 months old and both times we go through the name,address process and then they tell me it's to new,we don't have filters for them yet. So I went up the street to Spee Dee oil change and they had the filters. If you have a new car, don't waste your time going here. I don't write negative reviews very often but these guys earned one.

Excellent Customer Service all around!! I went when it wasn't busy at all and from the second I drove up, I was greeted warmly by all of the employees, which was awesome! I was fully informed of everything that was going to happen during my oil change and I felt very comfortable handing my car over to them. The service went way quicker than I thought and I was in and out in not even 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube location, and will definitely be going back!
