Andy is an excellent manager. He made sure I was satisfied with the windshield and trim. I am picky about how I wanted everything to look. Andy went out of his way to show me examples to choose from, answer all my questions, and opened the box of parts in front of me to show and explain questions I had. I love how my Ford Explorer turned out. The windshield and trim is exactly how I wanted. Thank you so much Andy!Service: Auto windshield replacement

They are so great! Friendly, accommodating, and reliable. Our windshield was cracked by a flying rock, we called them and set our appointment, a few things came up and we had to reschedule, they were polite and were able to move the appointment to the afternoon. They were able to finish that same afternoon, and with all the flooding from the storms a bunch of roads were closed, they even waited for us to get there (after hours).

Called Don's for a window replacement and as I work locally I wanted to shop locally as well. I spoke to a very cheerful and professional woman by the name of samantha who informed me that the window I was needing is on backorder from their supplier or something like that. I understood that due to covid things are shut down and crazy. She told me she could place an order but would not know when it would be in. Sadly I needed this done asap so I had to find it in stock elsewhere. Hopefully once things resume to normal life people can get thing they need. Don's is super professional and I will do business there in the future provided they are able to get what I need. 110% recommend !!!

I had a leaky windshield. Called them and they had a opening the next day. A really nice guy came out. And he perfected my windshield. Took his time to install it. I recommend them than any other business in Turlock. Great job!

I order by phone and the lady was really nice. I order a glass for my window so they cuter the size I need it. And I pick it up at the office. Good customer service

Wow what a great service I had damaged windshield with a quick phone call to the Turlock location they were able to get my insurance to authorize the repair and found me a closer location in Modesto upon arrival they were ready to work on my car in less 30 minutes I was back on the road the level of service and professionalism was amazing

had a crack on my front windshield of my 2017 Rav 4 that needed to be repaired from January 2019. I'm a firm believer of always using local businesses rather than corporations, so I decided to go with Don's Mobile Glass. I called my insurance and filed a claim, made an appointment with Don's. I took my car in on 08/28/19 and was told that I also needed to get it recalibrated due to the sensors, fine no problem. Dropped my car off at 8:00am, picked it up around 2:30pm. I walked in, was told I had to sign some paperwork, pay my deductible and was given my keys. This is where I have my issue, what am I signing? Are you going to do a walk thru with me? Neither was explained or done.I grabbed my keys, went to my car and did my own walk thru, and I noticed that the molding around my window was not done correctly, so I went back inside and asked if there was a technician to fix the problem. They did not have a technician available, it was 2:30pm and they were open until 5:30pm. You should have a tech there when you know a customer is going to be coming to pick up their vehicle just in case there are any issues. Vanessa, one of the customer service reps in the office came out and said it looks fine, she did not see a problem with the molding, I tried to explain to her that its not suppose to wobble, and its not placed correctly, she went inside to call the tech who told her to take a few pictures and he'll look at it when he can. After looking at the photos, he said that it was correct and there wasn't an issue.When I got home, my neighbor has the same make and model car, I went over and looked at their molding and I was right, Don's Mobile had incorrectly replaced my molding. I called my insurance, Farmer's and filed a complaint and now I have to wait another week and go to Safelite to have them fix what Don's Mobile Glass could not do, which was return my car the way its suppose to be, not with more issues than I had brought it in with.I will never go to Don's Mobile Glass again, and I will never refer anyone to their business. They were unprofessional in the way they were handling the situation, they were unapologetic, and they had zero intentions of trying to fix their mistakes. This is not how you run a locally owned business. I will be posting pictures of their mistake, what its suppose to look like soon.

Awesome folks. In and out, without an appointment, in 45 minutes for a big rock chip. Cost me nothing. And their personal glass cleaner available for purchase is the best stuff ever

They do very good work I believe there a little expensive but you often hear the saying you get what you pay for. I know there's other places out there that do same quality work for a bit less

Went to have a chip fixed in the windshield, and found out it was free, because it was covered under the warranty from when we had to have the whole windshield replaced previously. Great service, done in about 10 minutes.

I had to get my old cracked windshield replaced to start as a rideshare driver. Don's took care of it fast and they helped walk me through the insurance claim. Easy as pie.

Don mobile Glass has be great for us because we have some windows that had lost all the Gases and caused the windows to haze we called to place the part that's needed better than replacing the hole window

I placed an order for a replacement window, I was told it would be in winthin 2-3 days It wasn't. Instead of calling the customer about the dely the I had to keep calling them. A week later the window finally was installed. I will NEVER do business with them again.
