About 12 years ago I moved to Patterson without any goto shops to do an oil change so I took a chance on going to 10 Minute Lube N Oil for an oil change on my 05 Dodge Durango unfortunately, they forgot to tighten a plug and oil ran on my driveway so we went back and without any hesitation, they fixed the problem AND the supplied us with cleaning products for our driveway so I have been taking my vehicles there and I will always HIGH recommend them for the excellent quality of service

Ive been going here for years and Ive always been happy with the customer service, the technicians are always very kind. Other people in the past few years who left reviews on here were complaining about ridiculous things and its that reason that I go here because they are my kind of business they don t discriminate, they welcome you no matter your race or your religion, political issues are not pushed here.

I come here frequently, I went in last month for an oil change they asked if I wanted my tires rotated and I asked how long they said they would try to get it done in 30-35 minWell they were done before that! Very reliable decent price and their customer service is always great Services: Tires, Oil change

Good experience for me.Professional staff and friendly cashiers. I liked seeing all the artifacts picked up by tires on the road.Someone needs to make a collage out of that stuff...

Best place in town to get what you need and get it done right! Yeah it costs more than Walmart, but your vehicle won't be messed up when it leaves!

Miss not having my nephew Cody Manchester to change my oil. Everyone was very friendly. Thank you to the gentleman I believe is the manager of the 10 Minute Lube. Explained that I would be needing at the next oil change or we could do it today. So I said let's do it. Thank you so much for your Great Customer Service.

The associates were professional, courteous and fast service. They answered my questions in a very friendly, professional manner. The waiting room was spacious, comfortable, and had a Tv to entertain oneself while waiting.

A hundred $ was quoted to me , super ripping people off your better off watching a youtube video doing it yourself for 30$ and DIY or go to Walmart for 40$

If your concerned about covid don't visit this place. Total disregard for mask wearing. Only saw 1 person wearing a mask and that was the guy that took my car for the oil change. Once inside not one person was wearing a mask, the only person protected was the cashier who had a shield between her and the person paying. Also went in for a 10 min oil change and had my cabin filter changed took almost an hour and 20 min .Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

The most I ever paid for oil change but people were cool and it was the fastest oil change I ever had on the other hand , this is not a complaint or stab at the business , I would for sure go back , good fast service

Employees are nice. But none of them are wearing face masks inside the building. They're not protecting us customers that are wearing face masks. Very disappointed

I find it highly funny how every time I come in they try to charge me for a new filter saying it s dirty and needs to be replaced lmfao truck is brand new filters replaced and it s not a commute vehicle but if I stay inside the car while doing an oil change it doesn t need a filter replacement Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Never try to go this place they are all thieves I did just simple did oil change on my car guess what cost me $99 for regular oil I got charge for the skid plate removal which I never ask for it to be change and I got charged environmental fee never heard of that before I almost paid price of diesel truck oil change I usually go to price ford but they didn't have any appt I was in rush I had to it somewhere else
