Most parts are available and the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Cam was so great he recommended me to a local diesel mechanic that got my fire engine fixed in no time at all!!! Extremely thankful for his help!!!

I had and issue with the check engine light coming on.They ran a diagnostic test for free.The engine was ok.The gas cap work ed it self loose and an emissions error/gas cap code came back.Needless to say I'm a happy camper where my car is concerned.

These guys are beyond great. The entire staff was as kind, courteous and helpful as could be, and after 3 days in the parking lot replacing and checking every bit of the charging system, I'm in my way again after an employee here called someone and figured out that my problem was a missing fuse. Thank you guys, Robert, Rick, Austen, Sabrina...everyone for putting up with me so pleasantly.

Absolutely helpful and knowledgeable. Loaned me a tool without payment as I was outside the door. Gave me great advise and earned another sale of another battery. These guys are the right fit for the job and I wouldn't mind paying a dollar more per item to ensure that they all get a boost in salary.

So Orilley has really gone down hill on their customer service, I called to make sure they had the oil in stock Bob put me on hold to go see if they had the oil in stock, a few minutes later a young lady comes on the line and I informed her that Bob was helping me and he had gone to see if the oil I needed was in stock, she said that he is helping another customer. So I explained to her I wanted to make sure that the oil was in stock before I drive to town and she said it was in stock, then I asked if they price match and she said yes we do and I asked her do I need to bring a screen shot of the competitors price and she said no I ll just look it up. So I make the drive over 30 miles round trip and grabbed the oil and Bob said that he would help me, when I brought up the price match he said what is the competitors price and I told him and he said that Orilley can t match that and that they don t price match oil, I told him I had just talked to the girl and she had said that they would match the price and he said that he was standing there and she had told me that they don t match price on oils. I wouldn t of made the trip knowing that I was going to pay the extra $10.00 a gallon price I was told that you price match, he said no that s not what she said! It will be a cold day in hell before I step foot back in the Susanville,Ca Orilley store. By the way last month I was in Reno, Nv and Tractor Supply only had 2 gallons of oil in stock and I needed 3 gallons and it was at a great price so I went to the Orilleys and they price matched Tractor Supply.

Customer service was great, I needed to change out my battery in my truck and then jump the new battery. I asked the employee that was working the counter if they had a jump box and he immediately went to grab it. The jump box ended up not having enough juice in it to get my truck going, so the employee helping me volunteered to use his personal vehicle. That kind of customer service is few and far between these days and I truly appreciate the extra effort. I have to appoligize for not thinking to get the employees name, but I'm pretty sure that all the employees at this O'Reilly's store would do the same thing to help someone out.

I had all the helper bees come help. They are ALL wonderful!! In the end they couldn't fix my coolant leak but boy did they try!!! And try!! And try some more! My thanks goes out to ALL but especially Sabrina and her fiance ( Daniel; which doesnt work there) worked on it for over an hour!! Overall I made it home with thier help and expertise.Thank you,Sincere, Chevy owner that made a coolant mess in your parking lotP.s. Power Couple of Susanville (Sabrina & Daniel)

They are always helpful and accommodating. They listen and help when you're not sure. I have always had good success using them. If they don't have my part they get it pretty quickly

I live out of town and twice someone here did not process my order right. Oh sure they were friendly enough but I would have thought that they could get an order right especially since I paid for it in advanced.

This is a hometown auto parts store! Over the years they have tried to help me and when they didn't have my parts in stock, ordered them for delivery the next day. Many of the parts I have purchased are obsolete and hard to find. I have always received the very best service from O'REILLY auto parts!

They scaned the code on my truck and sold me the part. Showed me the engine diagram of where it goes. I fixed it myself and got back on the road.

Six people working, only two looking up parts and checking customers out. Stood in line for 5 minutes waiting to be checked out while 4 employees were bs'ing in the back behind the batteries. I could see them back there so i know they could see me standing and waiting......

These guys are solid. They wrench all the time so they have valuable information to share when one comes in to buy a part that they want to replace on your own. Plus they discount Veterans.

Had alternator failure on a Sunday while enroute to Oregon from Arizona.The alternater was in stock.Staff helped me far beyond what would be the norm, even loaned me tools.They have a customer for life!Ed Phillips

Way overpriced I understand it is out in the middle of nowhere but O'Reilly should be better than this. Below average service. And they wouldn't piss on you if you were on fire.

They did a store to store transfer for me for a kit I needed for my starter. Did not push me to buy a starter for over 100 dollars. Only took a few days to get.
