I had exactly the kind of experience you hear about from small towns. Everyone was super nice, super attentive. Brian answered all calls personally and provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had, especially on a weekend. While towing me to their little town at midnight, I thought I was stuck for many days. They went above and beyond to take excellent care of me and my vehicle. These are the kind of people I would go to for every service I needed. Thank you guys!!

Brian was kind, competent, and compassionate when I called 3 minutes before closing time, freaked out by my first ever blowout on the highway in a car crammed with camping gear and multiple pets on a road trip.Bright and early the next morning, we were back on the road again. Did I mention that I drive a '07 Dodge Grand Caravan?Four sweet young men were under my car, figuring out how to remount my emergency spare. None of them made me feel bad about buying a car with this design flaw.I just hope their mothers, sisters, and wives are as proud of them as I am.

We were traveling to Whiskeytown Lake, and we blew a trailer tire just before Susanville. We put the spare on and continued to Les Schwab in Susanville. We then discovered that one of our truck tires was going down. It was a Monday, and Les Schwab was slammed and told us that it would be a 2 hours+ wait, so we called Lassen Tire. They got us in right away, and repaired our tire for free! We were so pleased with their service that we went back to Les Schwab, picked up our trailer tire, and took it over to Lassen Tire. Again, they took it in right away and replaced the tire for us at a reasonable price. We highly recommend Lassen Tire!

Had a flat around 9:30 got picked up by these guys && they took us to their tire shop opened up shop and sent us on our way!! Honestly great service!! Super nice guys, heard we had kids with us and was willing to go out of their way to help more than needed. I would recommend!!

Lassen Tires is a great business. That's the only place I go for tires, etc. They're always very nice and helpful and their prices are very reasonable. I had my set of snow tires put on my car today. They were very quick and efficient and the price was about half of what the other tire places have charged me.

These guys are a lifesaver in a pinch! We had a rough day with a rental truck, and these guys were ready to help at a moment's notice. First thing in the morning, our truck had a flat and they were able to get it right in. When it was done, they came over to our motel to let us know. Later that day, we got two more flat tires! We hurried from our job site with a slow leak, hoping we'd make it to Susanville before closing time. We made it with almost no time to spare, and they hurried to help us again. Great service, and almost no wait time! I highly recommend these guys!

Awful experience! Got a flat after we left Alturas on our way to Reno we called them to see if they would open and give us a rim and tire they said yes we drove on our way there half an hour out of our way on a donut to come to find out that they don't have rims at all and they don't have 19 inch tires in stock and didn't tell us till we got to Susanville. Traveling with a toddler as well. Also, drove all the way to susanville and when we called to tell them we were close like they asked, told us they would not open there doors today. Could have been 20 miles closer to Reno... Thanks.

I was on a massive road trip around California and Oregon when I found myself in susanville, driving on a spare in desperate need of new tires. Stoped at Lassen Tire with no notice and Jeremy and the guys took my car right in. Thirty minutes later I was back on the road with very reasonably priced tires. These guys were seriously awesome. Friendly, quick and overall just amazing customer service! Thanks a lot guys!

I would like to thank the young man in the tire shop. I had a blow out on my car tow dolly. Put a new tire right on, and at a fair price.

Still have not had any service for an oil change. I really miss Glen the main mechanic who did an outstanding job every single day! So sorry that he's gone!

DBA Susanville Towing - HORRID customer service. Asked for explanation of services and owner asked me to take my business elsewhere because he thought I had an attitude. Unless you are a local, I suggest choosing a different place in town for any car needs.Comparable pricing to most other AAA locations, but not worth the headache or the lack or urgency to help the customer.

I went in there to get a slow tire leak patched thinking I had bought the tires from them, but I hadn't. They were very helpful and still fixed it for free!

THEY DON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS. AFTER GOING BY THE OFFICE 4 TIMES TO TALK TO THE PERSON IN CHARGE AND LEFT MESSAGES I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY RETURN CALLS!!!
