Jacob was very helpful. He s always displayed a knowledgeable and approachable personality. He s made the difference every time I ve been at this location.Overall it s always been a good experience with small bumps into the location not having parts for the cars and waiting time or coming back for finalization of service next day. Nothing major but small inconveniences that team at this location deals with very professionally and with smile.Will continue coming for sure.

Recent changes to store personnel at this location has greatly improved my satisfaction. The previous Manager was in over her head but the new Manager is much more competent. Great service and they fixed a wheel balancing issue that Discount Tire could not resolve after multiple visits. My faith in WW has been restored!

Quick, friendly and professional battery replacement, as well as basic system checks. Good price when compared to other automotive shops in the area. Was able to get an appointment for the very next day - a Sunday no less. I will be a return customer

The shop used to be my go-to place for tires (25 years, for all my 4 cars). No longer.The last two visits would indicate that the shop deteriorated both in workmanship and service to the point it should be avoided.First bad experience in December 2023. Job was 4 tires replacement. Got notified in the afternoon that job is behind schedule and agreed to leave car overnight. Next day noticed a loose wheel lug nut due to a striped lug. Was told ordering a replacement lug would require another day. Went to a local parts shop and bought lug and brought over. Still required another day. Next day was informed they failed to replace the lug. (Took car to independent mechanic who replaced while I waited.)Second bad experience in February 2024. Had to leave the car overnight for tires replacements (In both cases I had a confirmed appointment and arrived on time before noon).Picked up the car next day and low tire pressure warning sign was on. Drove back to shop. Was told to drive until the light will turn off. Told them I already drove over 10 miles. Technician told me he noticed a bad TPMS a day before, but shop DID NOT TELL ME. Asked to replace the TPMS, but shop did not have them in stock (it s a tires shop???). Was told they will order one and call me within 2 days. Well, they did not. (After 4 days went to another shop and got a new TPMS).During those visit, since they were multi-days visits, I noticed that front desk service people were never the same. A new person each time so lacking continuity.Shop should be avoided.

The wheel alignment waiting time was a bit long, about 3 hours and whole process took about 3:30 hours, from 2pm to 5:30pm, although I booked the appointment and had a confirmed appointment online. The manager there was kind and apologized multiple times for the wait. The tire pressure for the car was not also set according to standard psi although the guy told me they set it to standard but later on I checked again and it was over inflated. Other than these I was satisfied and so far so good.

It was quite apparent that the salesman was uninterested. He did not explain what was with the vehicle when he went over the recommendations after the wheel alignment was done.

Zero star is what they deserve! This location has serious customer service issue!I brought my car for a low tire pressure due to a screw. I do have a tire hazard coverage and JACOB wants to charge me for a replacement tire and a labor! I told him Walmart exchanges the tire of it can't be plugged and he sarcastically stated "Go to walmart then!" Man! JACOB ANDRADE is the service manager! I guess don't come here they don't need revenue! They don't care about customers! LANI HAYES you should do something otherwise your store will be the next to close if this is how you treat ur customers!

I'm extremely disappointed by Wheel Works.I brought in my car when my low tire pressure light went on. They repaired my tire same day. Within a couple of days, the light was back on again. It was supposedly a different issue, so I left my car with them again and paid a second time.Within *two weeks*, the tire went completely flat on the freeway and I had to get roadside assistance to come. I asked the manager for a refund since it's clear that either my tire issues were missed or incorrectly repaired. She called in her mechanic and told us to sort it out between us.She refused to refund either of the two tire repairs, even though I now need to get all four of my tires replaced since I have AWD. After 20 mins of discussion, she offered to credit towards a new wheels purchase. But after this experience, I'm not going to sink more time or money here - and neither should you.Service: Tires

I've been a loyal customer for 10 years, never had any complaints.However, when I asked for tires that weren't in stock, I was given a run-around for two weeks until finally they suggested I order my own tires myself.I'll take the advice and also take my business elsewhere. Maybe they want BTC because USD doesn't seem to be good enough anymore.

Horrible customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have been coming here for years. They must of changed ownership. Made an appointment at 11 for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I called at 1 my car had not even been worked on yet. So let me get this straight it takes almost 6hours and to get a simple oil change and tire rotation. Ridiculous! This place sucks all the way around rude staff and horrible customer service. They need to hire people that actually know what they are doing.

I took my car to this store beginning of this year, and then they suggested to take the car to Sunnyvale Toyota store for more inspection. And then it was reveled that Wheel works made some mistakes. Then Wheelworks said us that Toyota is fixing the issue and they will pay to Toyota about all the fixing cost. Now after almost 4 months, Toyota asking for money to me for fixing the issue as they did not receive the money form Wheelworks and Wheelworks is not giving the money. But wheelworks said they paid everything to Toyota. But now after 4 months they are not going to pay. I don't know what type of worst service they provide! They deserve no rating. Never ever go there.

Came to location after calling and confirming services for tire rotation and balance. Was met with a disconcerting tone from the Front Desk upon arrival. After validating the call and confirmation, I waited for about an hour and was informed that they were unable to perform the job but could balance the tire. I addressed that the new tire purchased from Wheel works was shaking upon driving. I received confirmation that they addressed the issue of the tire. As expected, the tire is still shaking when I drive, it is possible that no service was provided at all.

They lied about the work and just wanted you to pay for more money for nothing.I Having been using this store for car maintenance for years. Don't do larger repair work there. They replaced my front brakes to fix wheel shaking issue, but after 8 month The problem comes back. Since it is within the part warranty, I went back and they checked and told me I need to replace the rear brakes then. I went another garage and was told the problem is with front brakes actually, not rear brakes. I then went back to wheel work and told them my findings. They eventually agreed the problem is with front brakes and fixed it for free because it is still within warranty. If I blindly trusted them, i would have paid them to replace rear brakes for nothing.

Came in via recommendation to get my car inspected for a check engine light. Service rep. was courteous and welcoming, got my information needed and let me know when the car should be done. Car was brought in that morning and serviced and given back in the same day- fairly speedy! I had thought initially after the service that there was something wrong since my check engine light had come back on shortly after. I took my car back just in case and no-questions-asked they said they'd take a look at it again for quality assurance. Within a couple hours (as they were busy that day) I had my car back to find it was simply a loose gas cap. The technician was thorough and very gracious in letting me know it was simply that small issue, even though they had to go through their entire checks again. He accepted my thanks and left it at that- I was expecting to pay or at least provide some tip, but my thanks was all he needed. I am very grateful for their service and their dedication to professional work. Superb job y'all and thanks so much! Great place to get your car worked on- you won't be sorry.

Great experience. Got an alignment here with a free brake inspection. Took their time with my Porsche and got all the measurement in spec.No pushy sales either, just what was needed for the car.

Don't waste your time or money here. I came in thinking I had a tire problem, otherwise I would have gone to a mechanic. It turned out to be an issue with my control arms which is pretty serious. After they checked the car for just a few minutes a guy comes to the front desk basically barking at me all the repairs I seem to urgently need. Aside from charging above market rate for the actual issue, they found about 2 pages worth of other completely unnecessary or minor repairs that would cost $2,000.They tried to pressure me into opening a line of credit with them to pay for all these repairs and made the whole situation feel pretty dire, and had an air of assumption that doing all these repairs is a non-negotiable thing that I'll just have to do. They spent more time talking about all the price promotions if I sign up immediately than about the car.I was more interested to hear about the actual line items they suggested. Some of the reported problems were false, for example my headlights work just fine. The last one was a double charged line item for: "Road test vehicle before and after alignment" totaling $218.The only good thing was a fairly cheap diagnosis of just $21 but I immediately left these pushy salesmen and drove to a reputable mechanic. For a third of price Wheel Works quoted me I got my issue worked out and a couple of the other repairs (that they wanted hundreds of dollars for) got fixed for free.

I came to this wheel works for new tires and alignment. The manager there Jason is new and he was very welcoming and cordial. When I came in my alignment and tires were very bad. When I drove off my car felt like I just got it from the dealer and my alignment feels perfect now. I really recommend this service shop. My car feels safe to drive again!

Brought my CR-V in for an oil change, no appointment, mid-afternoon on a Monday. I was told the work would take 90 minutes, but the next nearest place said they couldn't even get me in for an hour and I had a good feeling about this Wheel Works guy, so I stuck around. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable. They had chairs, magazines, a mini-fridge stocked with bottled water, and a TV running what might have been the History channel at a moderate volume - audible if you wanted to watch, not distracting if you didn't. Restroom was very clean and well-stocked with a lovely bonus oil painting hung over the throne. The guys were all very clean and professional and addressed other customers immediately as they came in - no one stood ignored at any point. The oil change was done in thirty-five minutes. I pointed out the discrepancy and he said it was better to err on the side of caution and give a high time estimate. It worked; I left happy. They checked my fluids and tires, topped off my wiper fluid, and let me know that my front treads were getting a bit low. I paid $38 for the work and am considering going back to have my tires replaced, even though it's out of my way.

Went in 2 days ago for some standard work. The customer service was incredible, walked me through everything that had to be done and made the process super easy, got my car back in 2 days and was ready to go. Would highly recommend for all service. Was told management changed and the new manager has this place back on track. 10/10

I leave my car there for oil change, alignment and replacing brake pads. they are relatively nice, but two issues: 1) the repairing fee keeps increasing to 1100$ eventually, which I would feel are they trustful? 2) when I pick up the car, the cashier seems don't want to talk even I asked questions regarding to invoice, he just say he don't know.

As I am writing this from wheelworks location , I came here at 3Pm as per my well ahead scheduled appointment just for a standard oil change and after is creating my invoice they asked me to wait while they get the oil change done.After 1 hour, when I asked why this delay for oil change, they told me that its done and they are not able to find paperwork and keys.However throughout this 1hour I was waiting and watching my car Parked outside and no one took it inside for oil change.So basically they were clearly lying on the face about the service that is been not yet done.When I told them I was watching my car throughout this time and no one even touched it they they realized their mistake & started to clear the bushes and asked me to wait another hour...By this time I got angry by waiting and their poor coordination and trying to lie about the service.I can now just imagine how many time they have pulled this trick with how many customers which god only knows....So finally after so much argument they decided to do it after 15 mins while I was watching it.This will be my last visit here..........You should be also aware about this......PLEASE STAY AWAY........

When I arrived at the shop, they didn't have the exact model of my tires right away, so the manager had it ordered overnight from Nevada at no extra cost. I had a flat tire and it was raining, so it was a bit inconvenient. The store manager Justin voluntarily offered to let me drive with a temporary new tire which they installed at no cost, so I could get to work and come back the next day when the tires arrive! I'm sure this is not standard policy, but Justin assessed the situation, thought about my safety and gave me the courtesy, which he absolutely didn't have to! Amazing service and human touch! Thank you so much!
