Absolutely stunned with the level of service I received from Lou and his guys. They were able to diagnose and fix my 428i after the jokers over at Stress Free Auto couldn't figure it out.Lou treated me so well and gave me a lot of great tips for the care of my car going into the next few years. I even told him I like to drive to LA and Vegas so he even gave me some tips for that too!Like I said I've never been treated so well in any kind of business, restaurants hotels airlines you name it. Tony and Bros set the bar extremely high. I will for sure be back and for sure recommend all my friends and family to then because I know they will be treated as well as I did.

I brought my GTI to fix an engine light and address a problem with the engine not running well when cold. The team made a quick assessment and gave me a few options, emphasizing the desire to not oversell their services. In the end we decided to replace the faulty intake manifold and take the opportunity to clean the intake runners. The results are stunning, the engine in my 110k miles GTI runs much smoother now. Overall I'm very pleased with the service and will be going back for any other work on my German cars.

8/2022 Update:At this point I've used Tony & Brothers for oil changes, tire rotations, a wheel bearing replacement, and a DSG flush. I'm still very happy with their work.------------------------------------Original Post:I've had three interactions with Tony & Brothers. All were very positive.1. I called them out of the blue to ask for advice when buying a used Volkswagen Golf. They were generous with their time and very knowledgeable of things to look out for.2. I called them for quotes of various services for my car. They provided detailed breakdowns of parts & labor. The prices were very good compared to other German-specialty shops and about 60% of dealership pricing.3. I brought my car in for a service last week. The pricing matched the over-the-phone quotes. Service was friendly & courteous. They again demonstrated deep knowledge of the car and provided advice for how to get the best performance & life out of my vehicle.I would highly recommend this shop.

This is the place for your Mercedes Sprinter van needs. It s not a Sprinter specific shop but that doesn t matter in this case because they re familiar and I had a much better experience here than places that claim to be Sprinter experts. Easy five stars

Lou and Alex are professional and helpful. They are both enthusiastic about cars so you can trust them. They also give honest advice on service and tune-up. Definitely recommend this place for regular service and light tuning.I have my wheels aligned on their brand new Hunter machine. The first time I went, they did not have their own machine so they sent it to their neighbor Godinez Tires. The alignment results have not been improved and I complained. Lou responded quickly and kindly allowed me to go back again when their new Hunter machine has arrived. The second time there, Alex aligned all four wheels perfectly and fixed the pulling issue. I am very happy about the end result.Their new alignment machine is brand new and in a very good condition. Both Alex and Lou are knowledgeable about wheel alignment, cannot ask for more.

Regrettably, my experience at this repair shop was quite deceptive. They entice you with smooth words to get a $300 undercarriage wash at a designated place. This is just the beginning of the deception. As they work on your car, mysteriously, parts that shouldn't break down start to fail.Their approach is incredibly tactful, creating an illusion of choice without pushing you to make instant decisions. They have an undeniable skill with words, making everything sound so plausible that it's easy to get swept up. However, once you're confronted with an exorbitantly high bill and you start reflecting on your decades of experiences with different repair shops, you realize you've been had.To add insult to injury, I later discovered that their labor charge is over $200, while the labor charge at a BMW dealership is just over $150. This left a bitter taste in my mouth.I'm certain many newcomers won't even realize they've been swindled. Such is the world we live in; skilled manipulators can gain a 4.9 review score by consistently tricking unsuspecting customers. Of course, I wouldn't rule out the possibility that their high ratings might be orchestrated by professional review companies. Folks, be vigilant and remember, not everything that glitters is gold.

Tony and Bros is a great repair shop. They discuss your car problems with you, listen to your symptoms and possible issues. Then they suggest repair options, and take a one step at a time approach instead of proposing to do everything all at once.

I did oil change with basic inspection for my Audi Q5. Costed me $130. Overall mechanic was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was answering all the questions I had and gave advices about maintenance.Mostly I will be coming here only in future. Very reliable in terms of pricing and customer service.

Lou is a great mechanic who is clearly passionate, friendly, and very knowledgeable about German cars. The shop is honest and only recommends work that is absolutely necessary. Lou and his team are passionate, communicative and honest about the work they do. I brought in my 2001 911 to their shop with a number of issues that I had introduced while working on it myself, and they educated me on the dos and donts. I ended up learning a lot after talking to Lou and realized how detailed oriented they are about their work.They are also fair about their pricing and only recommend the needed work and components. They've earned my future business 100%

Came in to check the engine light and get a second opinion about a repair recommended by the dealership for my VW Golf. They were quick with the assessment, provided a very reasonable quote and had both issues fixed in a day. Why do I keep going to Tony & Brothers for my car s service?Here is a typical situation, my 2004 XC70 Volvo was long overdue for an oil change, what triggered the February 27 appointment is that I heard noises which I thought were coming from the brake.Unfortunately the warning lights for the brake to be replaced stop working years ago, hence me being on alert for any signs of brake troubles.Drop off the car on Sunday afternoon using their key mail box, for OIL SERVICE, Check brakes and Head lights adjustment.Before making the appointment, I had talked with Lou, he knew my concern about the brake and smile about the Head Lights that I had replaced myself (DIY) and had one pointing to the sky.On Monday afternoon when I pick up the car, I was ready for a BIG invoice with new brake pads + rotors resurfaced and whatever they add.NOPE! The Brakes Pads are just fine, sure they will need to be replace at some point, don t know the noise you heard but wasn t the typical squeaky one.Adjusted the TWO lights one pointing down and the other UP!Charging you only for the OIL Service, but please do it according Volvo s recommendations.Thank you, I will come againService: General repairs & maintenance

Tony & Brothers always has prompt service, and does a fantastic job of explaining to me exactly what is wrong with my car, what they are doing, and why. Lou is extremely helpful, as is the rest of the staff. They are also all very friendly. I love taking my car to Tony & Brothers, and trust their opinion. They also do their best to save me money and the number of times I have to go. They definitely know German cars. Highly recommend.

First visit to Tony & Brothers today for oil and filter change. Great service. Worked with Lou to schedule such that I could "wait", so avoided the pickup/drop-off hassle. Took a walk to Starbucks and back, and the car was just coming off the rack when I returned. Lou verified that the "Status" reflected correct oil level, and after paying (much less than at BMW service center) I was off. Highly recommend them.Service: Oil change

I brought my Audi here to have preventative maintenance performed for a common problem. The work was quite involved, replacing components in the inner V of the engine and additional servicing. Both Lou and Alex were understanding of what needed to be done and had it done in a day. Upon picking up my car they even taken their time to show the component prone to failure and also notify me of a prior component replacement that I wasn't aware of as I purchased my vehicle used. They did a great job!Since then I've had my transmission serviced and other general maintenance done; and they are more than happy to answer any questions or concerns I've had about my car.I highly recommend this place for any work on German cars. Very knowledgeable and friendly owners.

I am a regular customer of Tony & Brothers for my 2001 Porsche Boxster. They have been extremely reliable and trustworthy.Recently, they quoted a medium size repair for a diagnosis / repair for a valve replacement near the Engine. Turns out that the problem was milder (vacuum tubes), and they called me to let me know the good news. I was amazed at the honesty, and Alex's comment was, "We try to treat customers like we want to be treated".Highly recommend this place!

Alex and Lou are great. Had them fix the cracked tail lamp and replace brake pad and rotor on my 2018 Audi Q7. Fast service and fair pricing and they are very knowledgeable and friendly and easy to work with. Great experience. My audi had a broken exhaust weld that was hanging down. Googled this place, called, they said they could take a look at it even though they were busy. Lou was able to fix the problem quickly, at a very reasonable labor price. Was impressed as this was during thanksgiving week when everyones busy. Was able to get the car in and out with no issues. Highly recommend!

Alex and Lou will recommend required maintenance as needed only when I had the 40K scheduled maintenance. Very professional and honest. I was contacted after the vehicle was initially inspected and was informed exactly the list of repairs so there was no surprises. I went to tony & bros after a frustrating experience with a local dealer based out of Mountain View. I was a bit apprehensive as I had never been there before and they are not a "dealer". Let me just come out and say they are better than any "dealer" I have been to!! And this is not an exaggeration.Alex at Tony & Bros was extremely patient, diligent, and unassuming in welcoming me, listening to me, diagnosing the issue and giving me a very accurate estimate of time and money. The work was done as promised and the delay in pickup of the car was on my side.Alex put it best - They may not give you a bottle of water, or a ride home, but their service in every aspect (courteousness, professionalism, work, and costs) beats the "dealer" by miles and miles.For the rest of the miles my BMW will be driven Alex and Tony and Bros have a lifetime customer! These guys know their stuff! They expertly serviced the engine and transmission in my classic car and got it working much better than several other repair attempts by other specialty shops. I've found them to be honest and dependable, with fair estimates and affordable service. I highly recommend Tony & Bros for all your auto repair needs.

Very pleasant and highly competent guys. They neither replace parts unnecessarily nor try to turn them into unnecessary repairs. Was there with my '04 Audi A6 two times for different issues and they were both times able to fix it very fast for a reasonable price. The last time, it took Alex just 2 minutes to find the cause for a weird noise coming from the steering. Definitely a recommendation to keep your german car up and running.

Lou and Alex have done an excellent job on my car. They worked on my car in a timely manner and solved a problem other mechanics couldn't find. Lou is very knowledgeable, friendly and you can see he knows what he is doing. They gave me advice on how to get the best performance with my car as well. Excellent job!
