I love this location only because the staff is amazing plus management Clarence is DA BEST!!! He is knowledgeable, detailed, smart, and kind to ALL his customers. I always feel confident that my baby car is well taken care of by Oil Changers 1240 W El Camino Real . Thank you Their prices are reasonable for a longer investment. You won t regret it

DO NOT GO THERE FOR OIL CHANGE. My car engine damaged right after the oil change from this place. They didn't tight the oil cap and oil spill out from the top. I called them try to resolve the problem but they didn't agree to pay for the repair. I paid towing fees and about to pay for engine replacement myself. Worst experience ever. I show them the proof oil mark everywhere right under the hood.

These guys were so helpful! Educated me about my car and were able to look up the history before I owned it to help me plan how to care for it going forward! Clarence, the manager was particularly helpful as we talked about the shop I take my car to and what they ve done since I ve owned it.

These guys are top notch! They went above and beyond to ensure this visit was the best yet, adding air to my tires, checking all the lights, giving me tips on next steps for maintenance, like my air filter will soon need to be replaced. I will be back and would recommend this place to anyone.

Find some other places.price $126 for prius oil change full synthetic is a lot . Already 20 dollars expensive than jeffy lube.new customers discount and online coupons are scams

The previous company at this location was terrible.The guys running the shop now are very friendly and they go above and beyond.Tip your service provides. I m sure they prefer cash, but you can tip with your credit card too.

If you care for your car, DON'T BRING IT HERE.Last week brought my car there for an oil chance. I have been coming to this place for years, this was the first time I went there with my new car. Changed the oil on a Thursday. On a Monday, my check engine light went on. I brought to my dealership where they told me my oil filter wasn't sealed properly which caused a leak and low levels of oil on the engine. Thankfully, I was at home when this happened and I did not drive a mile otherwise it could have ruined my engine and cost me a fortune. Still the dealership charged me $230 for it.As soon as I left the dealer, I went back with all the detailed paperwork and the receipt of both the poor oil change performed, and the dealer bill.The manager was extremely rude, and did not want to refund me for the service the dealership did because "I did not bring the car there first." Think about it: If your check engine light goes on, would you bring to 10 minute oil change to check it, or the Dealership that is authorized to do the work? A legit mechanic or an Oil change center? Seems like a no brainer for me. Oh, also, I did not know the problem was caused by low level oils, otherwise I'd have considered that.After I mentioned I did not want to get my lawyer involved, the manager very rudely told me to take my all my paperwork and do whatever I wanted with it, or he could give me a refund for the oil change. Trying to cut my loses, I accepted it. But I still will pursue legal action. These people are SCAMMERS and don't care for you or your vehicle. They perform a TERRIBLE SERVICE and take NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR IT.

Brought my car here because the dealership didn t have appointments available. Charged about the same as the dealership for an oil change except they offer to top off your fluid and a few other extras which they did not do and they also gave me some random dipstick that doesn t seal correctly. Will not be returning. Rather pay a little bit more at the dealership but leave with my original car parts.

This place has gotten better over time. Brought wife's car here in a pinch, and the professionalism and not trying to upsell me on unnecessary stuff was a great experience. Now it's my go to for both cars. Clean, fast, professional.

They are both dishonest and incompetent. After an oil change they forgot to close the panel under my car. The plate fell on the ground while I was driving on a highway. It sounded really scary and I had to call AAA and cancel my plans for the evening. I went back next day and they pretended to fix it, but I looked under the car and the plate is still tied with a ziptie and missing some of the screws/bolts! They offered me $10 off next visit for my troubles. Laughable...Besides that, during the oil change a new guy tried to give me a $10 "discount" on a $45 cabin air filter.
