Honest repair shop with good prices. They always gave me good advice even when it wasn't in their financial interest to do so, since they know that long-term, giving good advice to customers keeps them coming back. I originally came to them to replace my Subaru's brake pads, since they gave me the lowest quote when I called around to several different shops (and the final price I paid matched the quote as well). I always go to them for oil changes as well, since their prices are competitive with Jiffy Lube for a full synthetic oil change, and they always let me know if they see any issues.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Highly recommended, honest family business, such excellent work, much wow!The AC in my Honda Accord 2018 suddenly stopped working for some reason. Since it's still under warranty, I took it to the Honda dealership and they quoted me $550 just for inspection (!?). I have heard good things about Made in Japan so I decided to take it here instead. The folks are extremely kind, helpful and communicative. They took in my car and got it done on the same day!My AC was fixed, air filters were replaced and tire pressure was filled for almost half of the cost from the dealership! My frugal self is beyond happy lolIt's not easy to find an honest business who cares about your car and provides such excellent service at a fair price. Thank you and hope you guys keep up the good work :)

I stumbled upon this place while I was searching for quotes for minor cosmetic damage to my car. Nikki and Shawn gave the cheapest quote and best service. My partner and I have been regulars at this place for inspection, oil change, regular maintenance, and recently a tire change. They also dropped me to work when I leave my car in the morning. Thanks for the great service Shawn and Nikki.

A great shop that makes you feel like a valued customer. Everyone that I have spoken to on the phone, and in person, are very kind, and listen and write down the customers reported issues in detail.I came in for an oil change, walked in and out with a smile and appreciation of their service.They gave an honest attempt to reproduce my reported issue and tried having two mechanics take a try at it. Mine was very unique and required some specific steps and conditions for some burning smell to produce. Even I couldn't reproduce it, but they said to bring it by again if I can't get some more reproducible steps.Price is clear and I appreciate the usage of quality and genuine parts.Luckily for me, it's local and walkable distance.They offer transport service to/from the shop, which is very kind and out of the way of them to ensure customer satisfaction.Hope this review offers confidence and assurance for anyone looking for a mechanic shop.

I've worked on cars a great deal. I know more than enough to do most of my own work. But 21st century cars need diagnostic units which I do not have.Made in Japan did very little work to my car...checked the oil, adjusted the valves, changed spark plugs. But it all went bad when they said my air conditioning needed recharging and my windshield wiper sprayer needed a new motor. Both of them were working fine. The sprayer was just out of fluid. But I let their lie slide just so that they would focus on the real problems. They did not. They replaced a few insignificant parts and then charged me $1200 ! And whenever I spoke with the guy he always gave me the feeling he was a leech looking for his next victim.Also, initially he said they would do an evaluation for $169 then call me. They did not. When I dropped by to see them the repair was already into $400. Then I said I wanted to cap the repair job at $1000 and they should call me if it goes above this...They did not. And to finish the story...My problem still exists. They wont do anything more unless I pay them more money. It's a total scam. They are looking for victims to leech off of. I would not recommmend them at all. Go elsewhere.

Cant say enough about my experience here.1) They're HONEST2) Did great work3) Fair Price4) Went above and beyondI came in knowing something with my car was wrong. It was quickly diagnosed as a suspension issue. I think the difference here is they actually drive in the car to see whats going on not just look at it. Then test drive it after to make sure its fixed. The most incredible part is that they had the car finished in 1 day. Usually a mechanic would take a week to do a job like this. I thought the price was very reasonable and im pretty frugal. When i got the car back he had fixed more than I paid him to do AND my car was washed... I wouldnt come in expecting that on your car but it just shows the level of care they have for the cars they work on. Driving my car now feels like a night and day difference. It's like its brand new again. I will be referring everyone to this mechanic.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Mohsen and his team are the most honest mechanics with whom I've ever worked. He diagnoses the problem down to the root cause so you aren't wasting time fixing symptoms. Great service AND I really appreciate the drop off/pick up service they offer. They'll come get me from work when my car is ready. VERY convenient.

I noticed some strange noises coming from my jeep a couple weeks ago and I decided to take it in to have it assessed. Following a quick inspection shortly after I brought it in, I was informed about what was happening and which parts would need to be replaced. I appreciated the transparency and advice given when picking which parts to buy. My car was ready to go early the next day.Arshan and the team were very helpful, responsive and professional. I would highly recommend this family-run shop to anyone in the area.With the recent outbreak of COVID-19, I was not in the slightest worried as everyone in the shop wore masks and kept a good distance.

Just took my car for an oil change today, and I got premium quality oil for an extremely cheap price in comparison to other service centers that offer cheap quality oil for much higher prices.On top of this, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and completed the oil change very quickly. I was in and out in no time!I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

They know mechanics here. My car was towed in and I thought (due to comments made at the old shop I took it to) my car was on its last gasp. My car now runs the best it has since it was first driven! Mosen is the ultimate professional and very informative when describing the work that needs to be done. Awesome place.

Went in for a suspension diagnosis but the owner was careless, they didn't even remove undercarriage to exam parts in detail at all. They concluded that my steering pump is leaking and quoted me almost $1000 to fix it.However, when I went to Mercedes and they told me it was in fact a drain plug that didn't tight up properly.They also want me to pay $400 to fix door noise by replacing the hinge which in fact only costs $50 on market. They made up the story telling me the door has to be disassembled.They have zero experience in German cars and all they do is trying to get your $.Do not come here!

Service was quick and convenient, but unfortunately the mechanic did the old "bait and switch" on pricing. He quoted me $450 over the phone, then it become $600 when I arrived with the car, and it was $800 when I went to pick it up. Of course he had reasons why he had "made a mistake" on all his previous estimates.

This is my go to auto shop, been with the MIJ family for years. They handle all car makes and pretty much any job you need. They also have honest and decent pricing compared to warranty places. Mohsen, May God rest his soul, took care of me and my mom for the past 10 years.Now his children are handling what he left behind and they are amazing at it. I take my 2003 BMW here whenever I need service . They fixed my clutch , alternator , battery , water pump and I always take my car here for regular service . Mohsen always explains to me what s happening to the car and how it can be fixed so it s nice being able to be told what s going on . I also love that they give rides with their pick up and drop off shuttle service , saves me a big hassle from ordering an uber or Lyft!

Mosen took time to return my call on a Sunday when the shop was closed, and was very helpful in arranging to fix my bad alternator first thing Monday morning. Greatly appreciated as I had an important job interview to make on Tuesday!
