I had an appointment scheduled for Monday, but because I didn't respond to their phone calls by the previous Thursday, they went ahead and canceled my appointment without any prior warning.Not everyone likes to talk over phone calls, offering SMS or email confirmations would be much much more convenient for your customers!

Tried to walk in for an estimate, 0 people in the lobby was immediately asked if I had an appointment, explained that I had at another body shop but they turned me away for arbitrary reasons and I wanted to do business with them instead, they told me no.Okay, off I go somewhere else then.
