Came in after multiple people couldn t find the problem to my car. They gave me a great inspection of my car and then fixed my car s problem. Definitely come in , great customer service and even better car service. Great prices as well

I recently had my car serviced at De Anza Auto Repair and I was extremely impressed with their honesty and fair pricing. The customer service was phenomenal, with the staff being friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me in detail and even gave me some tips on how to better maintain my car. Overall, I highly recommend De Anza Auto Repair for their exceptional service and great prices.

April was very helpful to my daughter and her Porsche, Boxster. So, when my Prius had problems, I knew who to turn to. It turned out to be a serious problem (head gasket) and both April and Mo's brother John were sensitive to the many issues a retired older person on a fixed income has. They still provided excellent service, treated me with respect and worked with me to find a mix of what I could afford, without compromising the necessary repairs. I felt like I had gained family by the time I got my car back. So, when our Lexus had problems and left me stranded in Auburn, California, I knew who to call -- April worked with me to get the engine codes, run them through her mechanics, determine where I could go locally to find out if it was safe to drive it home and April kept checking up on me -- her last call was well after their closing hours when I had been cleared and was driving it back to their shop. I feel like they really care about people they are not just fixing cars. I am a customer here for life.

John and April and the Staff . Where very Pleasant to Do Business with. I Came in there in a Emergency . Because of my right Window wouldn't Roll Up. And they Took me in Right away. Being Iam from Out of Town. That's The Best Service I could have Got on short Notice. And They Also fixed My Head Lamp. I Couldn't be Happier. They Deserve a 10 star Rating. I will definitely let all my Friends and family know about this Place. My Son and Grand Kids. Live in the Area. And I will definitely. Go there for all my Auto Repair Needs. Thank you and God Bless.

The best place for my vintage MustangI can't even begin to tell you how much I love De Anza Auto Repair. From the moment I showed up with my vintage Mustang, I just knew I was in good hands. Mo and April, the owners, along with their team, really went above and beyond to make sure I got the best possible service and honest advice.My Mustang had been breaking down all the time, and my wife thought it was nothing but a piece of junk. I used to take it to another shop that would charge me a fortune, only for it to break down again within two weeks. That's when I decided to give De Anza Auto Repair a try. I'd heard good things about them, and their packed parking lot seemed like a pretty good sign.Once they had a look at my car, they didn't just find one issue but a whole bunch of problems. And even though I don't know much about cars, they took the time to walk me through everything, explaining which repairs were really important and which ones I could take or leave. They were super supportive and didn't try to push me into anything.Now, when I got my car back and it broke down again, I thought, "Oh no, not this again." But Mo, the owner, stepped up and made things right. They found out that the carburetor needed to be rebuilt, which would have cost me $2,000. This was a separate issue and not something they did, but they didn't charge me a dime since I'd "already paid a lot for the other repairs." I couldn't believe how kind they were.And you know what else? They even gave me a Honda Accord to use while my Mustang was in the shop, all because I mentioned my wife was racking up Uber bills.They treated my wife and I like we were old friends. It made me feel safe and welcome, and I knew right away that Mo and April were good people I could trust with my car and my wallet.So, if you need auto repairs and you want a place that'll treat you like family, you've got to check out De Anza Auto Repair. They're the real deal.And the best part? The mustang is running like a champ again.

A honest and reasonable small shop in mountain view/Sunnyvale. They fixed my junction block in the same day and checked my battery as a courtesy. Definitely recommend these guys all day

I ran into some issues with my engine and I wanted my car to get looked at a someone who knows what their doing for an honest answer. Mo and team delivered and not only got my car quickly diagnosed and running back to top performance, they also helped install an intercooler I bought so I can get cooler air inlet temps heading into the summer!Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Auto brake replacement

I came in for a oil change and tire rotation on my Jeep JK right before a 3,000 mile road trip from the Bay Area to Zion, UT, Boulder Colorado, Jackson, Wyoming.I've been to a few shops around the bay over the years Mo and his staff at De Anza Auto are the only ones I trust. They found an issue with my brake/rotor(caused by a previous repair not done by De Anza Auto) and because of my trip I was prepared to have them replace all brakes and rotors.Instead of making me spend money on all of that they were able to resurface the single rotor and brake.Having that inspection before any off roading trip definitely puts my mind at ease and I can enjoy my trip more.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

I came here to get my headlights repaired, and from the very beginning April and the rest of the team were extremely friendly and transparent, and throughout the process they walked me through what they had found and what all the different potential options were. My repairs ended up being quite complicated, due to some custom work that I had previously had done on my car, but they were very quick to diagnose each issue and propose solutions. The pricing was also very fair/transparent, and they didn't try to add in any questionable charges or anything like that. I had a really great experience here and will definitely be back the next time I need any work done on my car!Service: General repairs & maintenance

De Anza Auto Repair is AWESOME!! I was referred here by a friend and am so glad I checked it out. They fixed all of the issues my car was having in a timely manor and were great with communication on what was wrong with my vehicle. With the full inspection they gave me, I have not had problems with my car in now over a year after my first visit.Mo and April (they run the place) were very friendly and approachable. They gave me a better deal than any of the other quotes that I got from competitors in the area. I will definitely be coming back!

Ive been here a few times for various repairs. Honest, hard working staff and affordable prices. They tend to be busy and underestimate how long they'll need your car so I'd recommend seeing them at a time you won't need your car for atleast a day or two.

Don't waste your time in this place. You will suffer from miscommunication, wrong ETAs, and finally a high repair cost.I sent my car to fix rodent damage. The manager did not mention that the car is worth totaling. Instead, 7 months were wasted with infinite waiting time.Some examples of my experience:- Initial inspection took 5 days!- Just sending information to the insurance adjuster took one month! Instead of them apologizing for the delay, they bragged about their good work.- You have to call them multiple times and their usual response is that they will call you back but almost 99% of time, they won't.- I saw many cases of other customers complaining about bad service- There is a lack of transparency: I asked why a long wait. They said because of a lack of supplies. I asked where they ordered the parts. Toyota Sunnyvale. I called Toyota Sunnyvale and they denied any orders from them. I got back to them and they said, yeah maybe some other Toyota! I asked them why not total loss the car. They said it because it is less than 80% of the car price. Finally, I saw a bill that was 120% of the car price!- After 6 months, when I got back my car, many things were wrong. The manager told me there will be a delay in getting the car back because they want to do final testing. The sad fact is that after all those final tests, I got a car with 1 clear OBD error (yes! I did not trust them and tested the car with my own OBD). After two weeks of waiting for them to call back and fix the minor issues, I had to call them and go to the shop, and even then they said it is not ready while the car was there ready to pick up. The guy just did not have the patience to check the car.- Expect to be on hold over the phone for 20+ minutes because sometimes they just prefer you to wait until you give up.

I got an oil change at De Anza Auto Repair and the service was amazing. The price is reasonable because they charge around the same price as other places, my convectional oil change subtotaled to be $88. I want to definitely come back here for my next oil change (and for other repairs too) because I was very impressed with their complimentary Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection since they actually took the time to inspect (unlike many other places I ve gone to) and also provided pictures of what might need to be worked on soon.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

My experience with De Anza has been just what you would expect from a family-owned shop. They were very communicative throughout. Provided services such as a loaner car and did a really clean job repairing the dent in my car for close to half the price a nearby auto body shop was asking. Thomas at De Anza was always very courteous and understanding and would go above and beyond in a couple of different ways. One example was when I left my clicker in my car before dropping it off. He promptly recovered it even though my car was transported elsewhere. I also requested that repairs be completed by a certain day because I would need my car for a trip and they fulfilled my request. Mo, the owner and person evaluating my repairs, was kind and quick on his feet to figure out what would need to be done and about how much the repair would cost.Would recommend for car troubles.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting

During the most recent wind storm, the rain cover I'd been using to protect from the rain caught on both my front & back license plates. The back had ripped off completely and the front was hanging on by a thread. I was running an errand in the neighborhood and saw De Anza's and stopped by without an appointment. They took care of it immediately for a super reasonable price. They were friendly and conscientious and made sure to get my approval before doing anything. Mo and his wife run a great business. We were looking at buying a car from a private party in the area, so we had De Anza do a safety inspection. Thanks to their inspection, we found multiple issues with the car that the owners hadn t disclosed to us. De Anza fit us in right away and we could see updates on the progress of their inspection throughout. I really appreciated their honesty and communication!

Mo is a kind, friendly, diligent, efficient and knowledgeable auto repair technician. He fixed my usb car charger very quickly. He and his team also went out their way to help fix my trunk which was not opening. They are the most honest and kindest auto repair shop around. I went in for an inspection and when I enter the office I was greeted by a nice man who I assume was the manager. He was nice and friendly with me and explained the possibilities of the car issues. I had a nice experience at De Anza! I came here for a pre purchase inspection for a car. They were extremely professional and provided me with an inspection document with photos and explanations of what needed to happen on the car. April, who ran the front desk, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped explain the different aspects of the repairs to me. They seemed honest and thorough and I would come back here for repairs!
