Had a flat tire and was looking for options in Sunnyvale and called them to get a quote. Walked in on the same day and they quickly fixed it. The charges were nominal.

Husband and I had a bad flat tire over the weekend after a cross country trip and had to pop on our spare. We called City Tire & Auto Services shortly after they opened on Monday and asked if they would have availability to take a look at our tire to see if it was fixable. They were ready for us right away with no appointment necessary. When we took our tire out of the trunk we noticed on the back side of the rim there was a dent and we figured that must have caused the flat. The workers investigated further after filling the tire to hear the hiss and were able to find a sliver of metal barely visible that caused the flat deeming the tire unfixable.They offered us a used tire for $60 and swapped it out. They then noticed that tire had a bubble, showed us, and offered an even better used tire for us to have instead.We appreciated how kind, fast, and transparent the shop was. Amazing service with a smile and super friendly.

This place always comes through! I have been here a handful of times for new tires, alignment/rotation, repairing flats, and to have my vehicle looked at from time to time. Great leadership, helpful staff and fast service. Samir and his team are excellent!

Though I didn t purchase anything here in the end, I understand why this place s rating is this high. My tire pressure was low, and the guy here help me to find the nail. And he showed me the tire options he can offer. He said it s up to me to choose where I d like to buy the tire and did all these services for free. So even though I ended up buying my tire at official dealership, I d like to recommend this place to everyone and I ll definitely visit here again if run into other issue with my vehicle.

Got a nail in my brand new tire (1 month old), they fixed it in 30 mins. 1 week after the tire holds pressure as it should. 5 stars from me.

I needed a tire rotation and air inflation for my Tesla Model 3. The gentlemen squeezed me in, without an appointment, and promptly took care of my vehicle. I noticed the gentlemen working on the car was attentive to detail and took extra care to remove the Tesla wheel covers which are easy to damage if you don t know what you are doing. The service was great, and I didn t feel like I was being ripped off. I would totally come here again for tire service!

Saved me money! My dealership wanted to sell me on new tires ("4 for the price of 3" sale!). Brought car in to these guys - they inspected and said the tires were fine.When I'm ready for new tires, I'm coming back to City Tire because I know they're not going to try to sell me stuff I don't need.

This is the third time over the past 5-8 years I've used City Tire & Auto. Twice I had slow leaks repaired (different tires), and today I had a flat checked to determine if it was fixable or not (it wasn't). Each time I've called to see if they were available, been told to come over. Each time I had an "oh s#!t" moment as they were busy. No worries, every time my car was taken right in and the problem resolved promptly after I arrive. The cost has always been fair, less than I expected. I highly recommend them for quick service at a reasonable price.

only scammers work here, it is written outside that $ 39 is the promotional price for changing the oil in the engine, you come in and change the oil at the end, they tell you $ 75 or 80 What does it say As you can see in the photos it doesn't say it's synthetic oil or plain oil and then they just say you don't qualify for this promotion you have a different oil So if you respect yourself, never use this service center I will never use again I would rather pay a little more but I will know from the beginning how much I will pay and not a surprise for me

Ahmed is amazing. Had an issue with 1 tire, they sold me 1 tire at great price to help. In and out with discussion of tire in less than 30 min with no appointment! I'm definitely coming back when I need a full set. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

After moving back to Sunnyvale, my previous home, I learned this place as a new customer and went there 2 times for tire change, 1 time for oil change and today for car axle replacement. Samir is very courteous and understanding of each customer types, personal financial situation and doesn't cheat or take advantage of them. He does understand that one size doesn't fit all.I would recommend it to women specially who don't feel confident enough to handle car issues as singles. This is a really trustworthy and respectful business to rely on.

Found out I had a nail in the tire at around 5PM, right as I was about to embark on a weekend road trip. I went to a couple of place but was turned away being too late...At first City Tire also told me to come back the next morning. After hearing that I was about to hit the road, the owner took on the task to get me back on my trip. My sidewall was punctured, so it wasn't patchable.. I replaced my tire with a Used tire(the used tire had more tread life than that of my own)..PRICING WAS VERY FAIR, and service was quick and professional. They have the Road Force Balancing tool as well.I highly recommend this place. The owner is professional at his craft and has a good heart!

They replaced my car battery and were very accommodating. They worked so swiftly and got it all done. Price was reasonable as well. Highly recommend getting your car servicing and fixing done here.

11/18/22City tires are now my go to place for car service. Just had a couple of maintenance work and tyre change done with them. As always they went over and above and make you feel comfortable while explaining things very clearly. Unlike most places they don't try to rob you of your money. They provide reasonable price for a good service all while being customer friendly something you don't see in most places. They also don't make you change things just to get more money and suggests things which definitely needs work. Often they provide additional minor repair without charging you as well. I strongly recommend them.01/22/22Went there again for tyre rotation. As usual, friendly and quick response for a good price. Also they notified me of a bent on the rim and fixed it for free.01/15/22Had a patch on my tire. Very friendly service at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend this place.

Very responsive and clear communication over Google chat and was able to set up tire repair appt on the same day.My wife took the car in and she's very happy with the experience (despite the fact that the tire is not repairable.).We will definitely go back for future needs!

Sorry they are not honest. They said the tires which I was buying said had only 1000 miles on it so I when I checked the tire was literally almost finished so that was dishonesty and also wasted my 2 hours and my commute expense. Not only that I was giving them the same price that they posted online and yet they refused despite the inaccurate statement on the tires usage and then they blame me.Also you the owner knew he had bad tire but still insisted me to buy them which I explained I dont want to buy a tire which is end of life and he claimed to have only 1000 miles I don't know how he claimed but i checked and measured the tread depth and it had nothing left. They can't measure tire tread proper how can they give any financial advise and not only that they ask to inquire about donation why would someone come when you are utterly dishonest.Infact checking other reviews more users have reported the same behavior about the claiming less mileage for a finished tire. If they keep doing same practice they might go out of buisness!!

City Tires is a brand new store, this being its first Google review. What fresh air to finally find a great shop! I needed an impromptu flat fixed and was serviced right away by Samir the owner/lead operator. He would plug it but was honest about it being unsafe. We put on a brand new display tire at a generous price due to some discoloration. He took care to properly secure lugs, put exact air, and return my same valve caps.Came by a week later again without appointment to buy the sister tire. Samir helped right away and also performed the fastest alignment I've ever witnessed. I checked later, no cut corners. He's legit--we talked about his ethic and I left impressed. Already Samir runs a better business than 90% of his competitors, and his shop isn't even fully set up yet. If you have a bad service there, it's a bad egg, not him--TALK TO SAMIR, he wants people to leave happy with a perfect service. Let's not corrupt this guy's good work, we need good tire techs.

I was looking for a used Tesla tire. They offered one for $100 out of door price that is said to have more than 50% thread left. I checked out the tire and it is quite flat with less than 2000 miles left on it.

This shop is one of those places that prove you should always try to shop local and avoid the big national chains. The people here are very down to earth and the prices are very competitive. They may not have a fancy waiting room like some of the bigger guys but the environment is very welcoming and I would gladly recommend them to my friends and family.
