Came here to have my Tesla repaired after someone T-boned it. The shop was actually recommend by the local Tesla service centers and worked with my insurance. I am so happy I did. The car looks good as new and the work was completed ahead of schedule. I worked with Ernesto and he was absolutely fantastic! They were on top of all communications and gave regular updates via text. I never had to wonder what was going on with the car. If any of my cars ever need body work done I know B2 would be my first choice. Thanks!

Went to this place after my door got messed up (always remember to set your parking brake folks). Took 3 weeks for a repair I was told would only take 1, and at some point during reinstallation of my bumper, my front decal fell off.I was told they would call me to replace the decal once a new one arrived, but that call never came. I decided not to leave a review since they at least detailed the car to make up for it.However, from then on I noticed a light thunk/knock coming from the front left side of the car every time I pulled out of my driveway, but procrastinated on addressing it for a few months.Now, a friend of mine generously took a look, and found a loose socket from a socket wrench sitting in the engine compartment. They removed it and the noise stopped.If I didn't have such wonderful friends, I would have had to go to another shop to get this diagnosed, and likely had to have paid to solve this preventable nothingburger of an issue.

highly recommend this body shop!! Took my vehicle for some accident repairs and my insurance estimated about 4-6 weeks to be fixed. They finished the repairs in 3 weeks And left it like new again! Not only did they help through the inevitable but were helpful to the point making sure my car and well being was cared for. After getting rear ended, took my car here thanks to a couple of recommendations and their incredible staff was eager and helpful to get me started. They handled with the communication between the insurance and so forth so I wouldn't have to.My car looks just like the day I pulled it out of the lot. The whole staff did and anawesome job. Once they completed the vehicle the job, they not only cleaned the area worked on but detailed the entire vehicle unlike a couple of other places I've taken my cars to. Most definitely the place I will recommend and hope not to go again but if needed, will be taking it there without thought.

UPDATE:Updating my review because I was contacted by the new management at B2 who did her utmost to rectify the situation that Mario left behind when he left the company.Karen was incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding and took care of the parts of my car that needed to be replaced. She was clear and consistent with communication and easy to get ahold of which was much appreciated. She also threw in a free detailing for the trouble and my car was beautiful when I got it back.Thank you Karen and Rodriguez for fixing this situation. Your customer service doesn t go unnoticed. -Previous ReviewIncredibly disappointed. Took my car in to get fixed after a tree branch fell on top of it last year, they had my car for longer than anticipated. Said they booked me a rental car, we went to pick it up and no reservation was made. Incredibly infuriating! Then, was told that one of the parts was in back order and I could get a refund for it (about an $80 value) or wait until the part came in and they d call me and fix it quickly. I decided to get it fully fixed, but months past and I heard nothing. The shop will not return my calls or emails in regards to this issue, so I ve had no choice but to post this review and warn others of my experience. Highly disappointed and will not be returning.

Got my vehicle repaired at B2 perfection after I had a parking lot accident. The car had minor scratches and dents. The service folks were very professional and friendly and were approachable all the time. The repairs were done very well and the car looks like a brand new car. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking to get the car repaired

These guys really go to bat for you against the insurance companies. My situation took more than a month to resolve but they were patient through the paper work and ultimately delivered a really great job on the car itself. Couldn't have been happier with the result.

After my previous comment, they reached out pretty fast and explained the reason for the delay of the estimates (which I believe is the truth). They also tried to accommodate the repair asap and the repair result is pretty good. During the repair period, they updated the status from time to time, which is good.So my suggestion is, pls always give timely update, so that customers know their case is being handled, and the reason for the delay. Please also reply to the message and phone call in time.-----------------------------------------------------------It's very friendly and efficient for the first time. However, once you confirmed you are going to take your car there, and want them to do another separate estimate, it takes > 2 weeks and the estimate still hasn't been sent to the insurance company... I'm kinda confused why the rate is so high.Also it's very tiring to communicate with the body shop. I texted the estimator and they rarely replied. I called the shop directly and waited for >20min to get a reply. They promised to submit an estimate by some time, but it's never fulfilled. I'm still waiting for the estimate.FYI, my car is a Tesla.I'm happy to update my comment if someone in charge of the shop can address this problem asap.

I scratched my partner s car and EJ quickly helped remedy the issue and now it looks like nothing ever happened!! The office is clean and a very comfortable place to relax if you have to wait. Please, do your due diligent first before bringing your car to get it work on at this place. I don t normally would give bad reviews because I believe that business needs our support.However, I didn t even have an ok experience having my car fixed here.The work was done since 2017, it has lifetime of guarantee on the service that they work on.I needed to have the car replace both front and back of the bumper. They were hurrying to get the parts installed without even finishing the details of the back bumper.I ended up having to go back to the rental car the same day to rent the car again. In the meantime, it took them 2 more days to rework on it.1 year later, the left side of the bumper popped out in alignment. Brought the car back 2 more times for them to fix it. Drove the car for 2 days and this happened, the bumper popped out of alignment even worsened than before I brought the car in.Please, enlighten me if this is the way they claimed their business name as.

WOW! I have never had a better customer service experience in my life!! I had a large scratch across the entire rear passenger side door of car, and got an estimate from Ernesto who was so kind and professional (which is NOT something I can say about people at other body shops in the area from whom I also got estimates). Ernesto was super communicative and kept me completely informed at every step of the process. His attention to detail is unparalleled! He texted me pictures of the car as it was being repaired and called to keep me updated about a slight delay when the paint color wasn t matching quite right. However, he told me they were going to redo it to make sure it looked as seamless as possible, and it ended up looking AMAZING!! We closely inspected it upon pick up and genuinely could not tell the huge scratch and dent had ever been there. Additionally, they washed and detailed my car before returning it to me!! I was truly in awe with how unbelievable this company is. I cannot recommend them enough!

Brought my car in for some body work in December. They did a great job but I noticed some very minor issues about 4 months later. Karen and the wonderful staff here took my car in again with no hesitation and fixed everything to brand new quality free of charge. I came here a week ago to do a clay bar treatment on my 2014 white Honda Accord coupe, and I am so pleasantly surprised that for 150$ total, I could get such a beautiful finish!Most places said their going price range for clay bar treatment went passed 280$, which was too deterring for me to pay with good conscience for five years. But the final straw in deciding to get my car detailed was a small paint chip on my front bumper. I couldn't stand looking at it, so I finally did some searching for an auto body shop nearby that was reasonably within my price range. I'm so glad I found B2 Auto!Everything from the moment they picked up the phone, to the final moment of giving me the receipt was professional, attentive, and easy. Tristan came outside to assess my car condition: I had that one blasted paint chip, one scratched patch on the very bottom of the front bumper (not easy to see, but still a scratch on my pride from a couple years ago), some surface scratches on the body, and some scrapes across the aluminium of the wheels. I keep my car in good condition, but novice mistakes from five years ago always haunted me.Tristan was honest in telling me what they can and can't fix: the left rear wheel aluminium was beyond what they could do without replacing it, but everything else could be fixed. He was friendly, even though I nearly gouged his eye out with my umbrella out in the rain and wind (I'm really sorry).Well, I'm so happy to say that those blemishes are no more! Victor took my car, and detailed it beautifully! It looks brand new! Before I brought it in, it still had that new car look to it, but after he worked on it, it looks like an on-floor model for a sparkly car show.Like I said, it was raining that day, so I couldn't take a picture of my freshly clay bar treated coupe on the spot, but now that the weather is nice, I finally found somewhere to take `em.

I have taken 3 of my cars to B2 over a period of several years and never have been disappointed. They are courteous, professional, and their work is superb. I got an estimate within an hour or calling the shop and they took care of almost all the discussions with my insurance company. Communication was very good and prices were fair. Hopefully, I will not have to visit B2 again, but if I do it will be without hesitation. The name may be B2, but the service is A-1.

Awesome Job. Max kept in touch with me through the process. Keep in mind that there is a lot of back orders from Tesla so extra wait time is common especially coming out of Covid. Overall, the experience with B2 perfection is phenomenal. Will be sending other friends to this shop if they own a Tesla Model 3 or Y.

When your beautiful car gets banged up, it is very upsetting. I checked out 4 auto body shops and all were scary, dumpy buildings, with junk/damaged cars all around and the people were generally not very nice. I found B2 Perfection on YELP and was amazed by the huge number of reviews and a 5 Star rating so I immediately drove over to check them up. What a breath of fresh air. Pleasant, treed parking area. Big, clean repair building. And when I walked in to the attractive office (with fish tank) a got such a good vibe. Mario met me and felt my pain for my car damage. He gave me a very good quote indicating they would get the car fixed and painted in 3 days. All the other shops needed 4 days. When you pay to rent a car, that makes a difference and I wanted my car fixed as soon as possible. The car was ready on time and wow! What beautiful work they did. The paint totally matched the rest of the car. And for no charge they fixed my bumper and detailed my whole car. It looked brand new again!!! It was an excellent experience with B2Perfection. I visited multiple places to get the quote for my Hyundai bumper repair service but find B2Perfection as the best, both in terms of price and quality work. I worked with Ernesto on estimate and Victor on taking care of rest of the work, and both were just awesome, along with the backend repairs work team. Please continue doing this great work and keep serving the folks in the best possible way, since they really need them during the time when they are already going through the tough phase due to collusion or any other unhappening to their car. My Mercedes Benz front bumper was damaged and needs to be replaced. I searched online and found a couple of Auto Repair Body Shops near me. According to the review I selected a couple of Bodyshops and went there to get an estimate. I didn't do online estimate because I want to see the Auto repair shop and show the car to the estimate.My criterias of selecting an auto repair body shop are: Good customer feedback and reviews, repair European cars, use Mercedes Benz parts, cost of repair, and the repair can be done in a timely manner. In order to know whether they use Mercedes Benz parts, I went to my car maintenance dealership at Mercedes Benz of Stevens Creek to get the parts numbers with the price.After going to a couple of Auto repair shops, I finally selected B2 Perfection Auto Body. It meets my criterias. The cost of repair is reasonable, especially the estimator Victor Delgado. He is honest and professional. He communicated clearly with me about what will do for the repair and the timeline. The written estimate shows they use Mercedes Benz parts.I am very happy my car was fixed within a week as Victor promised. They did a great good job in replacing the bumper. The color is matching and the car looks like a new car again.After I picked up my car and drove it home, I found the left side lights, front and rear are always on even I turned off the engine. At the time is about 5 pm, I immediately called the office of B2 Perfection because I was worried the car's battery would run out. In a few minutes, Victor who was off work at the time called me back and Facetime with me to tell me how to turn the Headlight switch from P position to Auto position. Followed his instruction the problem was solved.I really appreciated Victor's immediate help.So this is an Auto Repair shop you can trust.Service: Body & Trim

Through no fault of my own, this was my 2nd time visiting B2. The first time a driver unexpectedly made a right turn into my drivers side. There was significant damage to the fender and door. Tristan worked with my insurance, updating me on the process the whole way and it was all taken care and repaired in no time. The second time being when someone borrowed my car and left a lovely scratch and dent on the driver's side door after gently hugging a pole in my parking garage. Victor's customer service was also stellar. The workmanship and paint job were perfection both times, perfectly blended as if nothing had ever happened. An added bonus they guarantee their work for the lifetime you own the car. This shop gives me a feeling of a small place, listening and providing personalized service to its customers. I have been here a couple of times and every time I noticed that they wanted to do the best for me and for my car and not what's best for them. They didn't provide any sells pitch or solutions that would cater to their sells; but they tell what will save me money and get the best thing done for the car. Their work was great too when needed. I highly recommend B2 Perfection at this location.

The experience was *perfect* -- the quote was accurate, the paint job perfect, the communication process was awesome, and when a small interior piece was missing, they just ordered a new replacement part and put it in free of charge. Mario and his team left me extremely satisfied with the auto body repairs done on my vehicle. I was rear ended and the rear windshield and trunk needed to be repaired. I was worried about the paint matching considering my vehicle is 2013 and was nervous the paint was not going to match. B2 Perfection got original parts from the same make dealership so everything looked exactly the same from the original. They even matched my tint very accurately to the rest of the car. Mario communicated with me throughout the process and made me feel my car was being very well taken care of! The office staff, like Courtney, were also very welcoming and friendly. I also had a hitch and bike rack that were damaged from the accident and Mario made it a seamlessly easy process for me! I sent him the invoices and he took care of it. I couldn t have asked for a better experience given the circumstance! I truly appreciate the work B2, Mario and his team did for my vehicle.Service: Body & Trim
