We were all set to move 5 truckloads into our new storage but when we arrived the elevator was down. We had no options as we had to find a unit to make this work. Karen worked with us and offered a ground level unit at a lower price to accommodate us.Very thankful she was there!

Manager Karen Bueno has been nothing short of amazing, getting us not one or two but three 10 x10 spaces right next to each other. She worked hard to get us the carts we needed for our movers and was available and present when we moved in. She keeps the facility very clean with well maintained spaces, bathrooms that are immaculate and parking that is very close to the elevator though the elevator is a bit slow.Overall, the experience has exceeded our expectations and I would recommend the foothill location to anyone. A 10 out of 10!Mark Conn

I'm a long time, satisfied customer at Extra Space in Sunland. I've always felt confident that my things are safe and sound. However, it's time to reunite with my belongings. During this move out process I can't thank the manager, Karenn, enough for being so helpful- both administratively and logistically. She's a smart lady who has made my experience incredibly easy and seamless. Obviously, Extra Space hires the best!

I've been a loyal customer with extra space at this location since 2017, I would highly recommend them over shall we say any competitors that you may have tried, we moved out today and I was surprised to find that I was going to be charged for the 3 days that we took to move out, however the location manager was very nice in speaking to the corporate office and was able to arrange it so we were given a 3-day grace period to move out and we're not charged not only is this rare in a manager to take this kind of initiative but it is greatly appreciated in these hard times. I have spoken to this manager many times on the phone and she was always very friendly and helpful. I believe her name is Karen but I'm not sure, however, extra space storage should be very happy to have such a capable manager running their location. Hey corporate!! Give this girl a Christmas bonus, she's earned it.

I started renting back in June at a rate of $162 a month because I thought that was reasonable and I got a letter over the mail stating that on 1 January. I would need to pay $245 days because mine is a month month lease. We initially got it off an offer that they had on their website and you go look at their website and the exact same unit that I have. It s less than what I initially got it offered that s $152 a month for a 10 x 10, this is unreasonable. I know that economy is affecting everybody but they should know that there s a reason why customers put their stuff in there we don t have a place to store them in and it s not like I m not making payments I just think it s unreasonable that they re increasing it to a full price when they can increase it gradually

Great friendly service. The prices are unbeatable. Unfortunately lost the keys to my storage and Karen took great care of me. Cheaper and an easier process than I had imagined.

My experience at Extra Space has been so far above the norm in terms of taking the time to ensure I was following the agreement and how best to utilize the facilities and just general appreciation and customer care. And the unit was exactly as described. Thanks Karen!

Karen is the best property manager there is. She is on top of her game, always friendly and polite. She always is on the side and the interest of the customer. She was of tremendous help when we needed to transfer the storage lease to my client.I would recommend Extra Space Storage especially where Karen is available. At the Sunland-Tujunga location on foothill Blvd right across from Starbucks.Thank you,Josef

Karen was very helpful. As a loyal customer who has automatic payment for her unit for several years, I sincerely hope you will honor my request of staying with my monthly cost of $533.47 unit instead of raising the price by $92 as a market value price increase. I always pay on time and am a senior on fixed income.Thank you for your consideration.

My experience with Extra Space has been a real pleasure. I like the email updates and auto pay the facility is very clean and well lit. The personal are very helpful and nice i would certainly recomend Karen. I was surprice how nice it is.

We ve been long term customers since 2017 . we have moved out however we went over our due date by 3days , we were informed that we would be charged for these days. i dont feel this is right considering how long we were loyal customers. I feel we should be given the 3 days as a grace period. Thank you

The manager Karen is nice and helpful. I know that the monthly rent for the unit is not in her control but I think it s ridiculous that they want to raise the rent every like 3 months.

Been here three years. No problems. Nice and clean facility. Hated parking. Staff is Friendly and a pleasure to work with. I'm gonna be here for another 3 years. Or until I no longer need a storage unit.
