My wife and I just bought a car! They actually I told them I wanted to buy their Chrysler 300, but had no way to get there. They sent an Uber to bring us to the Dealership in Sunland, we are in Upland free of charge. We bought our car and we are happy. Good Service

I purchased this 02 Toyota Highlander from these guys over 6 months ago, w 135k miles on it. The car looked and drove great - on a weekend they lat me test drive it and have my friend do an inspection, no problem. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and even took a good amount off the final price - when they knew they didn't need to. To this day this car has run like a dream machine. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

Absolutely avoid this place, they sold me a car which turned out to have major ECM issues, clunk and leaking CV boots. After driving their cars the car I chose the one with least problems or so I had thought when I purchased it. They are a sham of a dealership and the chances of you getting a car with no major issues is very low. I am learning from making the mistake of trusting them

I was looking for a car online, and came across a beautiful Audi, so I came in and spoke with Aren. He was very helpful, and did his best to make sure that I got the car that I wanted, and I did. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great priced car. The staff is friendly and they don t try to rip you off. They re straight up, and want their customers happy, and I m definitely one of them. I love my car!

Run! Do not spend your money with these con artists! They will get you approved because they know their cars are junk. I got a car from them that had less than 50k miles on it. Had to spend over $2k in repairs in the first 4months of leasing the vehicle.

Just bought a used Honda Fit from this dealership and had a great experience overall. The staff were friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented, and not pushy. They also worked with me to negotiate a deal within my budget. They were perfectly happy to let me get the vehicle checked out by an independent mechanic to make sure the car was in good working order before I purchased it, which gave me confidence in the purchase and peace of mind. This was all important to me, because this is actually the first car I have ever purchased. If they have a car you like, I would recommend working with them!

Stay away from Car Fluent Inc. Save your money and go anywhere else.This dealership sold me an absolute lemon and I had a harrowing experience after buying a Kia Rio from them. Car developed major issues in engine just after three months of purchase and costed me thousands of dollars to fix it. This was after they assured me that it was a great car with all the inspections done. Who knows they may have even fudged smog test and odo readings.They would cheat you for all their worth and lie at any scale to get your money. Avoid at any cost.

I'm really happy with the car I got from Carfluent. The purchasing process was easy and straightforward. There wasn't any sales pressure, not a log of haggling, and they handled all the dmv/registration stuff. They encouraged me to sit in the car and take it for a solo test drive. With their permission (even encouragement), I took it to a local mechanic to get it inspected.The mechanic said it had new tires and brakes and was good on oil and otherwise seemed fine -- he tested out all the buttons and stuff. One window button didn't work, and Carfluent agreed to fix it when I told them about it. The brakes, as it turned out, needed replacement. Occasionally, they would grind metal against metal. A couple days after purchase, I had the front brakes replaced and the car has been running beautifully ever since. I don't know why the mechanic didn't catch that in the inspection, but that's another review. The car still needed a lot less work than I was expecting a newly purchased 12-year old used car to need.Carfluent has been great to me. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!!They sold us a lemon that needed repairs from the time we drove off the lot . We ve replaced alternator, Battery, AC Compressor now the transmission goes and catalytic converter mess up and their so called extended warranty they sold us won t cover any of it . Basically we re left with a piece of junk that doesn t run after owning for 8 months . We also found out our vehicle has had the odometer rolled back 5 times before we purchased it !

Do not buy a car here they do not do professional inspections on the cars they purchase. I got a car from here and it only lasted 53 days and to make matters worse is the warranty company they offer here is by far the worst warranty company ever which is GWC they will just decline your claim and give you the run around and blame the failure on a part that is not covered on the warranty. So my advice is to steer clear of this place they will sale you a piece of junk and give you the worst warranty company GWC. And believe me it's not worth it at all you will be out of alot of money. JUST GO TO A MORE REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP AND YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF.

Arien, was very nice and pleasant, very friendly place, no pressure, Ruben got us out fast and quickly and Finance was very easy and fast. Love my car, bought a 2008 mercedes benz E350..

Make them take a video of every piece of the car actually working before you bother come looking at it. But I went there the other day and basically they tried to charge me 20% over a reasonable price for a car that was actually broken. Lame right?

I blame the dealership for this bad review I'm supposed to be leaving a positive review but I'm disappointed in the vehicle that they sold me they're avoiding on fixing it (from the first week that I got the car it's been giving me different problems)
