Tony & his team are truly the BEST! These guys know what they are doing, and are fair on pricing. They have been working on my car since 2020 and have never let me down. My 2015 Audi would not have made it this far with all the miles I've put on her, if it weren't for Tony. I highly recommend this shop to all my European car loving enthusiastics!

Desperate & disillusioned in the deathly heat of the Valley....I was kindly assisted by the lovely folks at this VW parts shopAlas, they didn't have my Porsche part, even though many Audi & VW parts are interchangeable.I had to snap photos of their clean, super cool, yet modest design in the coolness of their lobby.I had a ball shooting the $#!� with the office lady, who ultimately located my part online.That part is now snug in our engine :)Thanks for all the help!Your kindness and assistance was appreciated!

Definitely the best Audi VW shop in LA. I have been here many times to tune and fix up my s4. Tony is super knowledgeable and knows everything you need to know about these cars. The prices are amazing and their work are just so far ahead of other shops. 10 out of 10 recommend.

The team at WCAVWD are super friendly knowledgeable, and honest!Tony has years of experience with Audi and VW vehicles. He will always take the time to explain the services that are required and will never try to sell you more than you need to keep your vehicle running safe and reliable!Liz at the main office always does an outstanding job with ensuring that I get scheduled in a timely manner. If I have any questions or concerns, she will make sure that they are relayed to Tony and that I receive an answer the same day!Glad I found this shop for vehicle s maintenance!

Possibly the best Audi/VW shop in LA. They are super knowledgeable and down to Earth people. Tony is the best. If it wasn't for him, my A4 would've been at Keyes Audi service 24/7.

Great mechanic on staff, I was able to deal with Tony in regards to a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle I was interested in. This is my first time working with him and he completely went out of his way to do the inspection for me at the dealership and saved me from a big problem I would have been in if I would have purchased that vehicle and discussed what I should be looking for in that type of vehicle. Big thanks to him and his expertise.

Saved my little B7 Audi A4 Avant S-Line for a SUPER price.my engine blew, and not only did he throw me a great deal for towing the car, but also an amazing deal for installing a refurbished engine.I still am amazed a year later at the way I was treated with honor, respect, and a great value.Would recommend.

The kid with the beard, shades, & a hat has the worst attitude & acts as if the shop doesn t need or want your business. They will disrespect & belittle you if you show that you do know about auto repair7/21 Update: The kid has obviously had issues with other customers apparently (per their reply) a bit embarrassing they don t remember which customers they disrespected. Beware of this shop!!

Great place with knowledgeable people that will help you get the right part with the right priceI called and asked for an ABS module for my 2009 Jetta and the sales representative decoded my cars VIN number and told me that the part number I was looking for was wrong and wouldn't fit my carShe gave me the correct part number and unfortunately for me they didn't have same part number but after the right information my search for the part was way easier.Thanks a lot for your help

Price quoted went up 300%, then sold wrong part after giving my vin#, would not exchange or even partial refund. Will shop elsewhere next time. Didnt apreciate the insults from tony
