After telling me they had boxes for my personal items that they would need to move, I asked them to please put the items in a box and place it on the bed and this is what they did, after telling me they would. Everything was thrown on the floor including work papers, scale tickets and such. The spray bottle top became loose after being knocked around, it spilt its contents all over my personal items, ruining a lot of my stuff. This is how it was left.As I had already left the area a few weeks prior and another one of our drivers , who had also broken down and needed a way home, picked up my truck for me. He couldn t believe how my truck looked and was really happy his was not being repaired there. In my 24 years of owning trucks, I have never had one of them treated with such disgusting disrespect!!!

Went to get parts, manual was the only parts guy behind counter, while there was a line out the door, parts manager Justin just sat in office and did nothing to help Manuel get customers out the door, Manuel was very helpful and super nice even being overwhelmed with customers.

Warning warning warning don t waste your money to buy a truck from Western Truck Center, Sacramento and Stockton location they are a scam they are taking your Money and selling you a completely junk truck don t trust them they said they have warranty but they don tthey are lying to you . When they repair it for you they charge you three times more than other places and they keep your track for more than one month they make your track dirty and Gracie I have a very bad experience . Please don t buy or repair your truck there with them .

Very very disappointed . I must have spent 15 to 20k on our truck for the same problem . If Volvo cannot fix it what else is expected ?? Every time I went there they said this might be the problem that might be the problem all in a span of two month . Must have gone there four times every time they made a huge bill . They replaced the EGR which is bad again . I stopped going to them because they always make a huge bill and never fix the problem . Please stay away people .

I recently bought a 2012 Mack sleeper, I stopped in to ask if the MP7 could be up rated to 400hp and how much to set the top speed to 75mph. Checking my vin number, they will let me know about the rate increase. Went to the parts counter looking for some adapters to make installing an aftermarket radio easier (Alas, no). Top notch help from both service & parts.

Coordinated with Mr. Brian 3 days ago. When on my way from Sac towards Stockton for the appt, notified him as well. But still he stepped out towards Livermore, when I arrived and entered the office today. Unfair and rude

I usually just stop here for parts. Parts dept is awesome.Today I had a coolant leak and they were able to fit me in an already tight schedule. I appreciate that they went above and beyond and helped me out.

I dropped off my truck last week to check the engine light. The truck is still under warranty and all it needed was software update and they charged my $700 for software update when the truck is still under warranty. This place is a rip off. At one time they charge me $1800 to replace the alternator. I don't recommend this shop even if your truck is under warranty.

They are all thieves just taking your money and doing nothing, they charged $1000 for just diagnosing something in my truck which took them less than an hour but they charged me for 4 hours they didn t put any parts or doing anything.

2021This is an update to my review from 2 years ago. And I'm doing it because over 1,000 people have seen my review. Purchase experience from 2 years ago was not good. So it's still attached to the end of this post.However because they're one of the few places that will work on Hino trucks I need to go back there for service. Their service is amazing I have taken my trucks there many times and I would keep going back to them. The service department is the reason why my review has improved.I've never bought a truck from them or tried to buy a truck from them again so I don't know if they're sales department has improved.2019Went to buy a truck, nobody could help me. In their defense, it was on the 24th of December. So I left my number and called and left a message. No return phone call. I bought a truck, from the other guys.

Fast and friendly staff. Always helpful and professional. Only place to go for your Volvo and Mack truck needs. If they don't have it, they can always get it the next day.

Had a really experience with the service department. Especially Paul is one of the nicest guy in service department. My trucks came into the shop quite few times. Paul handle it really well and out from the shop quickly. Thanks to the Paul.

Excellent job on installing my front axle DONVEL system (controllable air bags) for added stability. Western Truck Ctr worked with me on this OEM install - quality work and worked with my schedule. Really happy to find people I can depend on. Eric and Bill were easy to work with.
