Love this place, visited it a year ago for some dirt bikes and have been back several times for help, service, advice. Bailey has sold us a total of 6 bikes now and we couldn't be happier. Matt in parts is always kind and willing to help. They are very knowledgeable and don't mind sharing their secrets to either maintenance or where to ride. Highly recommend!

Came in during the week just to look around and was treated with great customer service. It wasn t too busy and we were asked multiple times if we needed help or had any questions. We didn t make any purchases, but 5 stars for great customer service and ensuring us they were available to answer any questions we might have had!

Deplorable customer service. I was belittled by service department and lied to. I asked them to correct an issue with a tire they installed incorrectly and after a debate with service clerk and his "manager" I was told tire was installed based off previous tires position and that tech was going off of that. I accepted this because I didn't know any better. Turns out. I looked at photos of my bike plus I still happened to have my old tire. I determined based off this evidence that Albert had lied. I will definitely not be going back to Stockton powersports (SHY) and will upload a couple videos on youtube that show how the issue escalates. Please see photos below for now. I will update Google review when videos are up. Meanwhile please look at Yelp. Very similar experience I had has been felt by many others. Dont know how Google reflects otherwise. Please notice that tire tread of old tire is in correct position.

Great dealership! I just picked up a 2023 Yamaha TW200 which are extremely hard to find and the entire experience was GREAT! Bailey Cook was my salesperson, he was very knowledgeable and made the process really smooth. The whole team did well, the sales team, bike prep team, they all helped in some way. Thanks again!

The tire change service is the most expensive vs other shops in the area. On top of the service charge for mounting and balancing your wheel they charge you extra for the weights! The last time I got my unmounted wheel tire changed it was almost $60 they charged me for weight but didn't remove the 5 old weights opposite side of the new 7 weights they added

Cool store but the customer service is garbage. We just bought 2 dirt bikes and wanted to gear up. The associates were not educated about the gear they were selling. We'd ask for winter riding goves and were told they don't exist, if gear came in other sizes and women's body armor. We were told "I don't know. " no body made any effort. We wanted to buy helmets, shirts, pants armor with a fist full of cash. Nobody wanted to a sale.

Kept deposit, will be seeking legal action , poor business ethics. Spoke to your salesperson prior to this review. Also what deal are you taking about , never stepped inside your dealership. Never was a accounting issue your salesperson stated you guys keep deposits with any type of disclosures.

I had a really good experience considering this is the first time I had to put a bike I owned in the shop for anything other than routine maintenance. It all started one day as I was riding and my bike died on me. I m new to the area so I looked online and SHY popped up. Had the bike towed there to see if I could have it repaired. They called me and let me know what the issue was. After that was repaired, the system was overcharging and my regulator needed replacing. They gave me good timeframes on when I could expect it to be done. After everything was completed, it was around 3 weeks or so. April in the service department is awesome and has a great attitude. I went through periods of frustration only because I am impatient. She always gave me detailed updates and put me at ease. I never felt as if I was being pacified or brushed off. I will definitely go back for all my motorcycle needs.

This place is pretty bad i wouldnt take anything to them. And on top of that They like to steal parts from theyre customers. We took in our Honda Atv only to get it back . Not only working WORSE then before. But im also 100% positive they Stole our original Shifter to the honda bike. This is terrible service . we come to get our things fixed not stripped for parts. i am not the only one as well there is numerous reviews talking about missing parts that the customer knew they had when first coming in. They had told us that our part had been bent in the shop when moving the vehicle. but im 100% sure they took the 12m Bolt out and replaced my Shifter with another. theres no way that it had gotten bent . ive owned this bike over 8 years . rolled it and all and never once did it bend in any way. im sure my part was replaced.

I went in for a part and the employees were rude. They could barely even greet you when you walk in the door and some of the parts I have are after market so the guy wouldn't help me because I didn't have the numbers for it. I gave him the VIN number of the bike which he could look up in the system. The manager is very nice so if anyone has any problems, instead of walking out (cause that's what I was about to do) go talk to him about it. If I had a business, I would not be allowing my employees to treat customers like this.

Very reasonable sales person. Rico helped me. I asked for an offer and was accepted without no hassles. He did not play no game and was very honest to me. By far the best experience at a dealership so far. Had a very easy and pleasant time. Thank you Rico for your excellent sales and customer service.

The customer service is second to none. Their whole team is great! Service department does great work, the parts counter employees are always great and they also have a great sales team. 10 out of 10. I always try to get people to go here instead of other dealerships

I took my 2000 Honda Rancher ATV to have the valves adjusted on 9/13/16. There was a tapping noise. A couple of days later the service manager, Robert Lynch, called me and told me there was no oil going to the top end. He told me it would require 6 hours or $510 for him to tell me how much it would cost. I asked for worst case scenario. He couldn't tell me. He refused to tell me how the parts would be. This ATV has a value of maybe $1200. I was trying to make a decision if it was worth putting money into it. Mr. Lynch would only say he didn't know and it could be upwards of $3000. How can he tell me $3000 if he doesn't know how much the parts are?? I guarantee if you pay $510, you are committed to the entire job, and he knows that, so then the total will be extremely high. He told me this is normal standard operating procedure. I decided not to get if fixed through Stockton Honda. On 9/17/15 I went to pick it up. I paid him for 2/3 of an hour or $56.10. I went to my pickup and waited about 15 minutes. He walked out and said they needed to put back together some of the exterior parts. He then told me I would have to wait about an hour. Let me get this straight, I paid for 2/3 of an hour labor, but Robert needed 1 hour to reassemble it. He then proceed to snap at me: "You should have called!" I think he was just mad I decided not to get it fixed through him. Be careful with this service manager, usually if you can't get straight answers, there is a problem.

The owner and Marty seem to be good guys. Its the young kid that has a punk attitude no customer service skills. Wanted to buy a bike but after dealing with the youngster pretty much wanted to just get out of there before I snapped. When I'm going in there to spend 5 to 10 thousand dollars I would expect a little more respect even if I had changed my mind on what bike I wanted.

Was skeptical at first. Had a 2011 Concours 14 in for my 15k maintenance got it back tool it out for a spin lost a lot of power. Took the bike back they fixed the problem immediately. Turns out the guy i got the bike from put some after market exhaust which required some sort of regulator on it. Long story short bike runs better then it did before I took it to them. Professional and recommended.
