Within minutes of us arriving on the lot, Brian Buckley greeted us, he was very patient with us as we walked around looking at different models explaining the different features of each model. We finally selected a 2024 Elantra Sel. Once our test drive was complete he directed us to Sal Onate in finances who was able to get us a great deal. To make a long story short we drove home in a new car. Thank you Brian and Sal for a great experience.Dennis Lopez

My experience on both days I came into the dealership was amazing. Brian greeted me and my family on the first day with an amazing energy, we looked at some vehicles and he knew what he was talking about while also explaining it in a gentle way for me to understand.On the following day I worked with Xavier. His enthusiasm and candor was amazing!While I was signing the papers to buy my very first brand new car - he entertained and comforted my family.I was fortunate to work with Sal the finance person. I had several questions about the Leasing experience and everything that comes with it - instead of shutting them down he was open and honest and encouraged me to ask any other questions I had. He made me feel 10x more confident in my decision.Everyone I worked with was a delight and I greatly appreciate everyone at the Stockton Hyundai!One of the main reasons why this experience has been a five-star experience is that I did not feel like a dollar sign. They did not push me to make a decision, they worked with me and my budget, and they treated my family with grace.

I had an appointment for a check transmission fault. Under warranty. Waited almost 5 hrs. Until I said no more. Either you give me my vehicle or give me a rental. They bring my vehicle out and did not find anything.No explanation for this code.Very unpleasant experience.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Stockton Hyundai. Started with crunching the numbers with the sales manager Chris Troxel before we got to the dealership. When we arrived Stephen greeted us. Stephen was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I ve never had a salesperson be so thorough when explaining all of the bells and whistles of the vehicle. Finished with Sal the finance person and he also was so pleasant and thorough. We got a Hybrid Tucson. Highly recommend Stockton Hyundai

Called them up to inquire about a new vehicle and they were amazing from start to finish! Went in and met with them and made the sales process super fast! Was in and out in a couple hours max! Also, no haggling needed since they agreed to a fair price I wanted. Gr8 bunch of people of there! And Brian was awesome

Bailey and Oscar were great to deal with and are both stellar with customers! Booked an appt for an oil change and when I got there was able to get a recall item fixed. Oscar was very transparent about the time it would take to get it done. When they gave me my car, initially I thought everything was done but something told me to check on the recall issue and it wasn't fixed. So I u-turned around and pulled in and informed Oscar. He was great about taking it back and getting it repaired ASAP! The videos they send you on the car's inspection and their suggestions NEVER FEEL LIKE AN UP SALE just an FYI. Bailey was great to deal with and very patient for getting the appointment set in the first place! Even with shuttle service no longer being offered and not being able to get the car washed (the washer-thingy broke) it was still very great service. And I really did appreciate the transparency about length of time it would take to take care of everything and the no pressure environment and that there were no scare tactics regarding their observations and suggestions!

Sales people are all super nice and helpful!Service department is not, something was wrong with my car. They kept my car two days didn t find the issue I had gotten on video, didn t want to even see my video. I needed a loaner to get to work, they refused. Sent me home saying come back Tuesday, my car is brand new it shouldn t be messed up! I went to the Tracy location Monday and dropped it off at 8 they were SUPER nice and helpful, by 10:30 my car was fixed and was so shocked at my experience with how the people treated me at the Stockton location. I will continue to go to Tracy and try to avoid Stockton at all costs.

I towed my 2012 Hyundai in for repairs after 250k miles. I met salesman Xavier and he showed me some cars. I chose a 2021 Hyundai Sonata Limited very clean. He and Sal(finance) made my purchase so simple and I truly can recommend this dealership to anyone. Keep up the great work guys!

Have not experienced the sales side, but for service it has been a great dealership. They stay up to date on recalls and service needs for vehicles. Always got my Ioniq 5 EV serviced here and appointments are always available and have not had delays in service. They do early drop and after hour pick up as well which is quite convenient. Overall has been a great experience with them!

We recently bought a Tucson- the experience was very pleasant. We had a lot of questions, and Oliver, our salesman, was great at explaining things, cordial through the bargaining process, and we never felt any pressure to make a decision. We are very happy with our purchase, and would happily recommend Stockton Hyundai to anyone who asked.

I will keep this as factual and concise as possible. Below are 4 red flags that will be keeping me from purchasing another Hyundai vehicle or recommending them.My Hyundai Accent got broken into and I had to have some work done.1. My advisor from Hyundai gave my insurance company an estimate of the work needed. In addition, he recommended I get my brakes changed. I declined this service, had my brakes inspected at two other brake shops and both let me know I in fact do not need my brakes changed.2. My insurance agent called me to discuss everything and let me know he would call Hyundai to pay for the holdover time my vehicle would be sitting in the shop. I proceeded to call my advisor to discuss a few things and I informed him that my agent would call him to pay for the vehicle holdover time. My advisor says to me "since you are having the work done here I normally wouldn't charge you, but since they want to pay me, I will take my money and run". I left it at that.3. My original and agreed upon estimate was around $4,000. Upon coming into the dealership to pay for the repairs, it was now $4100 because they missed something.4. I received my car and as it rained the next day, I found the windshield wiper shift handle was not working properly. I took the vehicle in and they let me know it would be an additional $500.00 to fix this. My advisor said to me, "This repair wasn't approved by the insurance company". This repair was never presented on the original estimate nor documented anywhere. My windshield wipers were working before this and I believe when they completed the work, they must have messed this up. And instead of looking into it, he simply ran the numbers and gave me a price. I left and did not complete this repair.That is 4 red flags why I will not be purchasing or recommending the Hyundai company.

My family had a great experience buying a car at Stockton Hyundai. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional, especially Stephen, Chris, and Sal. We were not pressured in any way, and all of our questions were answered. We felt great about the deal we made. I highly recommend this dealership. We appreciated their attentiveness, especially for such a busy day as Black Friday.

Stockton Hyundai is a fine place to find a car. Staff very welcoming. Prices are competitive and will deal in good faith. Oliver McKay was great. If any downside it s the time it takes to finalize all the paperwork. That s true of any dealership. DOH!

The best of the best. Xavier, Alex, and Alejandra made it work. I live in Sacramento, and they delivered the car with no questions. Love the ioniq 5 SEL ... Best lease option... Plus, unlike other dealerships they have the best prices in California.. no forced (it's already installed LoJack)... They advertise without any optional products so you know you're getting the best value.. I highly recommend them

I am impressed with Stockton Hyundai. I've had less fortunate experiences with other Hyundai service departments but Stockton Hyundai was fast, same day service and when I went to pick up my car it was clean because they washed it! They also texted me a video so I could see my my air filter condition, oil level, tire tread condition and fluid levels. Great service and I will only be going to them from now on :)

Service advisor was very friendly. Look a little longer than anticipated but it happens. I liked the video of the tech going over the things he was inspecting. First time I have seen that. Need to get more comfortable chairs !!

Fast and friendly. I was greeted right away and check-in was easy. Oscar did a great job helping me with my oil change appointment. He also sent me a video of the inspection report. I recommend this place!

Very very good experience. The assistant manager Jay was so easy and accommodating, patient and attentive, never making us feel pressured in any way. Very very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in, and after a speedy and non-pressured contract agreement, taught us about all of the bells and whistles and operating instructions. We were so pleasantly surprised, it was all so easy, and we were delivered exactly what we requested. Thank you Jay and all of Stockton Hyundai.

Great overall experience! I came in looking for a 2021 Hyundai Sonata SEL Plus because I couldn t find one in my area and let me tell you I left with a 2021 Hyundai Sonata SEL Plus and much more. I was assigned Gabe as my salesmen but he was anything but. He was very professional and courteous and took care of all of the questions that I had. He also made sure to acknowledge my fianc� and engage us both in conversation which I thought was an important touch to his customer service approach. I also was given a fair amount for my trade-in and Gabe helped me with that process as well. I was also helped by Salvador who is the finance manager there. I was already pre-approved but he explained to me certain questions that I had about the Carfax, the service contract and the star guard device that comes standard with the vehicle. I am still working with them on some particulars but all-in-all they were straight to the point and provided me with a no-nonsense approach, which I m sure everyone can appreciate. Together Gabe and Sal made the experience a smooth and pleasant one. I definitely recommend Hyundai of Stockton. Thank you guys.

I would give zero stars if I could. Do not ever go to this dealership for service/repair. My brand new Palisade was rear ended, causing damage to the muffler and entire back bumper. Because of it being only a few months old, and there being so many sensors in the area I wanted to have it repaired at the dealership, thinking they would be the best. Lesson learned, I will never again. They had my car for 6 weeks, it never felt like we were a priority. I never got any updates unless I called, and I never got calls when I was told that I would. Was put on hold for 20 minutes and the shop closed during that time. Terrible communication from start to finish. And delays in ordering parts were absolutely ridiculous. The bumper needed to be replaced and when it was sent out to be painted, the incorrect code was sent so it was painted the wrong color. It was repainted and finally got put on the car. When we got there to pick it up (after being promised over and over that it would be ready by 5:30pm) we get there and it is still up in the lifts. (Mind you they received the bumper at 10 am that day unless that was a lie) When we walked up it looked as if they were painting over chips in the paint so we wouldn't notice. The sensors are still not in correctly and there's chips all along the edges of the bumper. Absolutely infuriating. Now I have to bring it back to have the bumper re-done again. Seriously, I don't have one good thing to say about the Stockton Hyundai Service department.

I have gone in several times to get my car serviced (emergencies & non-emergencies) and continue to leave satisfied with my experience at Stockton Hyundai. They do a great job at keeping me updated about my car while it is being serviced. It is really easy to make appointments, since I have a busy work schedule. Wait time is reasonable, especially when they are busy. All the staff are kind and patient when providing information about services. Most recently, I went in for an oil change and received a walk through video of my vehicle inspection. I thought it was really cool and informative. I love that they provide that service for their customers!

I had Peter at Stockton Hyundai Service Center for my appointment. He went everything over with me. He assured me to take care my car and he did! He managed to give me $100 discount too. He had my car handwashed and the car looked amazing. I had a very pleasant experience with this service center. I would give 10/10 service rating for Peter. Have a great Thanksgiving!

I made an appointment online to do my mandatory maintenance for my Ioniq 5 Limited 2023. Arriving at the dealership, the process was simple thanks to Service Advisor Robert Collins. He was able to answer the questions/concerns I had while also giving me the rundown of what to expect. I appreciate his approach, knowledge, and promptness! He also had my car exterior cleaned, which was a nice surprise. I'll be back for my next mandatory maintenance and hope to work with him again.
