Marco took car off my battery, got me in and out! I didn t have to pay any extra money, my battery was covered under warranty. He really made the whole experience amazing, fast and I would recommend anyone to come here!! Thank you

I just got done and all I can say is they earned my business. Elli, the service manager has been at this location for 15 years. He is professional, honest, knows what he's doing and straight forward with the facts and friendly. I will be taking all my vehicles to him from this point on. They do everything he told me. Save yourself some headaches and go to Smog Tech. You won't feel like you are getting the runaround or taken to the cleaners. Fair price and fast service without an appointment. I decided to call before I went over I spoke with Andrew who quoted a price.. When I arrived I was greeted outside, I was in and out had my thermostat replaced took a little over two hours they were quite busy. I paid what I was quoted. My car is running perfect. Friendly staff but not overly friendly I felt respected. Thank you so much for your same day repair service.

Andrew has been extremely helpful with assisting with my car that I purchased. He shows genuine concern and understands that costumers need their car back. He goes above and beyond and that is something I truly appreciate. You don t get that kind of service at any other auto car care. I will be coming here from now on for future car service.

These guys are awesome! They are fast, professional, HONEST, and there to help. They do amazing work and they facility is neat and tidy. They got me in and out and even came to me in thet waiting room to let me know how much the cost was and to sign paperwork. the service they provided and with the speed of that service and I would def recommend them to anyone looking for a smog, or any work they do there. They are not here to rip you off, and they truly do want to help. I can't thank you guys enough for the hard work and the fact they were so respectful and kind.Service: Smog certification

Id say this is the #1 spot in Stockton. Andrew is super cool, and was so nice talking to my husband and I. I haven't found a legit cool place like this that treated you almost like family since the bay area. They are beyond respectful and really go out of their way to help you out & Keith did a great job on my headlights. We will forever do business with them while we live out here. Thank you guys so much! If i could give 100 stars i would!

Jeff the alignment technician is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend getting your alignments done here. My second time bringing Jeff a vehicle as well as others times to get smogs.This shop is my go to

Heli is an Awesome guy!Last minute on a Holiday, I called them and they fit me in, changed my oil and cleared all codes in minutes. Best experience and service that I've had in a Long time. Definitely recommend them and I will be returning soon.

Went to recharge my freon and was told it would be 200 after seeing it advertised 29.99. I was told my car was hooked up and could not cancel the service. The tech Mark with light blue eyes told us the car had a leak. And would be an additional charge for repair. After waiting and hour and thirty five minutes and asking more than one person the status of my service I asked to have my car removed from the machine. I was then told they had not serviced my car. In the hour that I waited I was told by another patron that she too was advised that she had a leak and would be paying additional fees for repair. I asked for my paper work and left. On my way down the street my car started blowing air like the heater was on. Prior to arriving to this shop my car was decent and cool when using the ac and and wanting to get ahead of the heat I went in for service. I returned to the shop and asked for Mark? And was promptly told he's not employee there. In the same breath Mark appears and tells me about all the services he's provided today and had no issue with. Mark then tells me he's not an employee and only helps out. We'll I'm paying for a service you did not complete I drive away and my car is worse than when I arrived initially and you have the mind to tell me you are not an employee for a company that I paid to care for my car. You had my keys to my vehicle given to you buy this companvy I entrusted to provide a service they could not complete? I would be careful leaving you car to be serviced at this site.

This place is fast and efficient, but on two different occasions after I called to find out how much for smog, they tacked on ten dollars to send the certificate to the state. Knowing this, I specifically asked (when I was bringing my second vehicle there) where they're ANY other charges and Ali says no just $29.99. Well... They charged me $39.99 again. When I was paying I let the guy at the counter know that this had happened twice and Ali should really tell customers about the ten dollar charge. It's just a good business practice. I recommend this place, but I tell people it's ten bucks more than the special price quoted on the phone and to be aware.

It was a good and fast customer service. Price for the alignment was perfect. They were able to take walkins and pretty quick as well.Thanks to Heli and other person who did alignment.

Outstanding location and service! Very quick with the Smog and very friendly and knowledgable about potential issues with my vehicle. Definitely went above and beyond with customer service! Highly recommend as they can also diagnose and repair issues on the spot! Definitely worth visiting for a Smog or for mechanic needs!

Made appointment and they never showed. Never answered calls or text. Wasted 2 and a half hours of my day and couldn't get my car until Monday. Ruined my entire Sunday off.Had to arrange a ride to work and I commute. This is unacceptable!If something comes up and arises especially if it's a personal or family emergency that's completely understandable but you have to answer your phone or texts and let the customer know what is going on.Should have gotten a DISCOUNT!

It was great !!!! Andrew is the best I've has as far as mechanics working on my vehicle. They have my business and anyone that needs mechanical work I will refer them to Andrew and the smog Tech Team.

scam! ripped me off. I highly advise no one go here. I'm surprised people still do and that there still open. they get you with coupons online and up sell you and try to charge you for stuff that isn't even broke. me and a couple friends are paying and creating ads all online and Facebook and locally to shut them down. we also are reporting them. we already shut down another auto repair place in Sacramento for ripping people off too. cant wait to shut them down.

We went there for smog check and he showed us a form that said pass on it and there was a couple of items texted on the bottom of sheet he said he could run a full diagnostic on it for $90 more and that he would need to keep it overnight. Because he was so busy he wouldn t be able to get to it until that evening or next morning. We literally left for 5 mins and was told by a relative that they were sketchy so we turned around and went to pick it back up and they were gone in my car. WTH it took them 15 mins to come back I don t know where they went or what they were up to. But never go there. I won t go there again.Service: Smog certification

It's a small place with not much parking or space to maneuver to park. Very busy because you can get your tags here too. When they have them that is. We've been here 3 times in a row since January to get card smoged, but they were out of tags each time. Workers aren't very friendly, but they are efficient. You can usually get in and out in a half an hour or so even when it's busy.

DO NOT GO HERE! This is a scam shop that will take advantage of you. My car stopped turning on one day so i took it here. They diagnosed the problem saying it was the fuel injector, so i purchased a new one ($160) and brought it to them to change. They told me they would call back once the job was complete. 2 weeks went by and i never recieved a call. So i went in to see what was going on. My car was in the back of the shop covered in cobwebs, it looked like they didnt do anything to it. When i spoke to the guy at the front desk he said there was an additional problem besides my injector. But i told him i just wanted my car back because they never kept in contact with me and they didnt even fix my car. The mechanic told me i wouldnt get my car unless i paid him for his services (diagnosing the car). We argued for awhile and after paying him and getting my car back i realized they never changed my injector. The problem wasnt my fuel injector at all, i was a young 19 year old who didnt know alot about cars and these people took advantage of that. Do yourself a favor and dont go here.

Charged me $74.50 even though I had a coupon for $31 just to tell me it didn't pass. A retake would have have just as pricey. At least they told me what was wrong with it without charging me. I came to find out it was two simple fixes and they could have passed it just as easily. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! I recommend Golden State Smog on California street. Way better service and cheaper. Plus no charge for retake!

This is the worst experience ever I should of known not to come to this place after all the cars and all people that were there complaining about them having to come back, this guy told me had spent about 800 and his problem was still not fixed, well my problem was I actually went to get my ac fixed paid for diagnostic and they did like two of them and the wait time was about almost 5 hours to tell me they had to get a belt that everything else was working fine. when I left after they out the belt added the free on and all the other stuff the ac was working fine used for two days in those two days I noticed a Boise but I wasn't sure if it was for my Ac or it was my car. Well I didn't think much of it didn't think it was from the AC, then left to Mexico wen I go back to work on my lunch time I noticed the ac wasn't working so I go after work and as they are looking at my truck they said it might be the compressor and that I had to pay after they already had told me nothing else was wrong with it when I left the first time. This fake blue eyed fat wana b Pauly d lol alike interrupted my conversation with the guy that was helping me and was being rude, and had the audacity to ask if I actually like working for free when I clearly spent my money there and had paid for services. Like who ask that when u spent money too bad I don't have the reciept they gave me because they just started adding more things and ended up paying more than wat was told at the beginning of getting my truck serviced. I payed all of that money for someone rude to talk back to u me like that and nothing to be fixed because the AC does no longer work in my car. Mind u I was there with my two kids for a long time and also gone be riding in a truck with no access until I pay for someone else to do the services as they just wanna get people for more money.

Dishonest owner/operators... liars... shady... typical stockton trash, closed 2 hours early without notice. Lied over the phone. Do not honor sale prices advertised and false advertising... I will be reporting to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission), Attorney General and Dept of Consumer Affairs... they need to learn their lesson. You can't lie and pull fast one on consumers like this. Wasted my time and gas and money. Business and Professions Code 17500 BPC is a California statute that prohibits false or deceptive advertising to consumers about the nature of a product or service. This covers false or misleading statements in print, digital, or any other advertising media. A conviction is a misdemeanor that carries a maximum sentence of up to 6 months in jail and a fine of up to $2500.00.

I bought a Groupon for this place because I needed a star certified smog station, when we got there and after purchasing the Groupon we where told they where NOT star certified and we needed to take our car elsewhere. The banner is no longer on the front of the building like it is in all of the online photos of this business.
