Great customer service. Parts counter has knowledgeable people who are pleasant to deal with. The service manager is sharp and helpful. Righetti's is definitely an asset to the local Cummins community.

Amazing service!!!! Family business that is extremely knowledgable in machine work, engine repair and excellent parts service.Inventory is up to date, most dealerships didn't have the parts I was searching for. Customer services is top notch, cant say enough good things.

They have great people and great service willing to help you as a customer the you as a customer wouldn't expect from anywhere else. Example, I was looking for a part that I couldn't find anywhere, they went all out of their way to find something close or similar to work on the machine I was working on. If they didn't have it, they would make it. Note: the machine I was working on isn't in the trucking industry and far from it. I had a great experience shopping there and would recommend them to anyone. They were willing to help out with the price of the product.

Purchased thousands of dollars in parts from this company as they are the closest cummins dealer. But they refused to help answer some questions with the motor. Great at accepting your money but not much else.

I needed oil cooler I called them to ask price I know they have great price compare to all these dealers in this area and keep it out for me for me I ll come it was on Saturday I got there he had everything everything ready including all gaskets just paid and got out.....I forgot his name they really knowledgeable people with Cummins....Keep up the great work.
