I had my windshield replaced and only took less than an hour! The men did a really great job installing the windshield. No dents of any kind (which was one of my concerns because some shops can be careless) but not Mc Sparren they took good care of my car. They have good prices and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. I Will be coming back for future window replacements. (Hopefully not too soon lol)Service: Auto windshield repair

Staff was kind and efficient, work was done quickly and well. Windshield replacement, so fairly simple, but will definitely be taking our other vehicle there as well. Also, they have older model vehicle glass available, which a few other places I called said they couldn't get.

The delayed the install saying scratched glass at the end of the day which made it another day. Job was done and no issues..the tech also always answered when I called. Thats a good thing. All and all. It was a little on the pricer side. But the work was done and no issues. I would do buisness with them again

I absolutely love the customer service here! 10 out of 10 recommend. They did an amazing job replacing my driver side window. The lady at the front desk is amazing. Thank you guys keep up the great work

They attempted to fix a problem created by another shop. They did replace the glass, but had issues with calibration. Rather than take a lot of time, sent to dealer. Original shop that damaged the radar/camera paid for it.

I work for a school district. One of my guys blasted the window out of a teacher's truck while weed eating. I called MC Sparren and they were out within 2 hours to deal with this situation. I felt terrible about the window as I explained it was a teacher, a wonderfully involved teacher, and I didn't want to inconvenience her in the least. MC Sparren was there for me. That's the story, they are at the top of my list. On a side note, they didn't punish me with charges simply because of quick timeliness. They just handled it.

went here to get my windshield checked why the edges have that yellowish bubbles forming up. The staff that checked it really explained in great detail the cause of it and that I should not worry. He also advised me not to change until there is damage done to my windshield. Honest worker not trying to sell you anything. Will come here for future repairs and will recommend it to people that I know.

Excellent customer service, best rates for replacing windshield ($100 less than 2 other quotes). Scheduled me for replacement same day and even though I didn't use their mobile service the fee was cheaper than everyone else.McSparren went over and above replacing my windshield and I didn't even realize it for two days. I was driving to work and notice they even re-installed my FasTrak Pass for bridge tolls to the new windshield with velcro and remembered my oil change sticker as well. Very nice job and one great company to do business with. Thank You guys for a fair price and great service...you have a customer for life. A++++

I was driving to work one day and had my window half way down. Unfortunately, a rock hit the passenger side front window and chipped the top. Safelight said it was too large to repair. I took my 2017 Ford Fiesta to two other locations. McSparren gave me the least expensive quote. They said it would take about an hour to replace the window. In reality, it look about 35 minutes. Great price, great service. Highly recommended. Plus, the lady at the front desk (I think her name is Kendra) is HOT.

I used Mc Sparren to install a windshield on a 2004 Infiniti G35 coupe. They showed up to my job on time prepared and I believe where completed within a hour. Now problems with the installation good quality work.
