Went in for a service to buff out a couple of superficial scratches on my brand new truck. Service department told me 1 day, and it ended up being 4 days. Got a text at 4:45pm Friday saying that the truck was ready. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my truck. On Friday, I asked the service department that I need to know by 2 PM, and they still didn t get back to me until almost 5 PM. Not satisfied with their service, they need to work better communicating with customers.

Just incredible the the customer service that I continue to get here! All of the employees are so focused on customer satisfaction! Service writer Ozzy, cashier Louise,and detailer Aaron are the employees that have helped me most! And all 3 of them are TOP NOTCH! I can even imagine taking our vehicle anywhere ele! Great team and Great service. The only complaint I have is that they tried to get me to get all four of my tires replaced even though i only needed one because they had "damaged fibers" even though i replaced the tires just a couple of months earlier. But overall a very good experience. Will definitely come back if I need repairs done.

Not satisfied at all , is everybody at work nowadays just for a paycheck. Cause if so who is doing the work on your Automobile. I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER RIGHT NOW. LUCKY , I HALF TO PRESS A STAR TO SUMIT THIS, BUT NO STARS FROM ME
