I love my car They did a wonderful job You know how you walk away from your car. If you don't look back, that means you don't love your car. After Maaco painted my car. I look back all the time.

The service was horrible. And the job that was done on my father's van is so bad. Their is over spary in alot of area's and their is a dent that they just ignored and when i asked her about she replied with an additude oh well we can't fix them all and. The back bumber has a bunch of marks that are visable. And not to mention how rude and childish the owner was to me. This is the job that was done.

March 2019 These guys went way beyond what I asked for. Top quality service, products and price. I would recommend stockton office to anyone. Great experience , James Brown was awesome , he made it easy and fun . Love my new paint job looks beautiful and it was less than 2 weeks. Yes I recommend this place and ask for James Brown..again thank you Maaco job well done

I came to this location from 100 miles away due to the the great reviews. Back in late 2020 I brought my pickup to get fully painted. Awesome paint job for the price! In September 2022 brought my pickup again to redo the hood due to a big rock chip. They did a great job matching my prior Macao paint color which was my main concern. Both turnaround were less than expected which is a plus! Highly recommend this location.Service: Painting

I paid a chunk of money for what I was told was the best work they offered and was also told it will take two to three weeks. Well here we are five weeks later after calling I was told they had to repaint parts of the truck due to imperfections caused by them. Finally at the end of the five week mark they said the truck was finally done so I went to get my truck. There was imperfections everywhere. Dirt under the paint and clear coat. Black marks from hoses that would not rub off. The whole driver side is textured like an orange peel. When confronted about the bad quality of work I was told if I wanted the best work done I should have said so. They said most customers are okay with the imperfections. They were also paid to restore the headlight which they did not. They want another thousand dollars to fix all the imperfections they caused which is ridiculous. They see a kid that doesn't know much about paint and their trying to get over.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Omg! James the Manager and his team was Amazing! They painted my 2011 prius and it is gorgeous. I am so grateful and Thankful for their beautiful paint job. The price was very reasonable. James is my dude. He straight forward honest guy. I can talk to him straight up. You get what you pay for and they give options on what you want to spend. You want to go cheap or you want to go all out that's on you. Great turn around time. Way faster than any other body shops I dealt with in the past. Got 2 of my Mustangs done there recently and they came out nice.

It was not what I was expecting from the manager. I just want to get 2 parts on my 2002 year old truck. I was given a written "of over $3800 for 5 panels on my truck. Not the whole truck not even half a truck. My final estimate was $2500. And 2 or 3 week to get it done. My estimate describes my trucks to paint parts that I did not need or Was not interested in being painted at the time. Very simple job seem to be extremely complicated all of a sudden. There is no Dent removal involved. Just paint and clear Coat on 2 panels from sun faded. The hood and the roof. It seems to me I offer the most expensive paint package for just 2 panels Strange. And a lot of extra work that was unnecessary and not asked for. I'm gonna call back and see if I can get an adjustment.

We had our old 86 Bronco painted here and it was very reasonable pricing, exceptional paint job done with professional expertise. These guys know their stuff. Our Bronco looks as good as new. The color is very beautiful. We are getting a lot of admirations from family and friends. I highly recommend this Maaco. We were referred by a very trustworthy person and he proved true. Wow I can't tell you how happy I am with the amazing paint job that was done there was a little hiccup along the way of a miscommunication but the owner Chris took care of everything made it right!! He went above and beyond rectify the situation and make sure that I was. So I can't tell you enough how I would recommend this place they're down by there word with their warranty and I will definitely be coming back. Plus the dude in the office he's super cool laid-back chill nice to talk to overall cool people over there I would do business with them again no questions asked

Legit paint and body shop. They went over the entire process and did not disappoint. I had my c10 in 2 yrs ago and it still kills. Paint looks great and i have referred alot of hot rod folks. The booth painter went out of his way to show me the colors in the sun and shade. The staff is always professional and respectful. They return my vehicle prepped and on time. Great job guys.

I took my car there August 24, 2021 was supposed to have my car painted within 14 days. 23 days later had to call back and request my car back because I was leaving the state not knowing that they would ve had my car as long as they did. I Paid $3150. The trim that they said they spray paint it it s got fingerprints and things all over and never clean that off very very unprofessional paint job is nice but no attention to detailServices: Painting, Body & Trim

First of all let me just say I have had several cars painted at maaco over the years and I have been happy with previous jobs. This time I was absolutely appalled not only at the work that was done to my vehicle but the damage that they caused and the price they had the nerve to try to charge me. It took 10 days to get my car back which was not bad but the night before I picked it up I went there and previewed the color that they had sprayed it. I Spoke to a man in the office who told me they had to sand it a second time after spraying it because it bubbled up. So they were going to have to paint it again. So the Thursday that it was ready I showed up and lo and behold the car is a completely different color than what I had chose. they tried to make it right with me in the office, I'll give them credit for that. They took $200 off of the $1300 I was originally quoted because the color was not right. For a $699 paint job as they advertised. Anyhow as I go to drive the car down the street I realize that my dash lights are on. Now never have I ever had any dash lights come on nor were they on when I drove it there. I Pulled over to the side of the road because it was saying that my door was ajar but everything was closed. When I get home I pop open the trunk and notice that all the plastic pieces that hold everything in place had been pulled out and just left in my trunk. Which is confusing as heck because it didn't require for them to take any piece off for them to paint my car. I got the cheap paint service so why are you disconnecting things inside of my car? So now I'm riding around in a car that is a completely different color from what I picked. My dash lights are on. The inside of my trunk is broke. And upon further inspection I realized there are bubbles all throughout the paint. Thank you maaco I know you're under New Management but that is the last time I ever do business with you. You're lucky I don't sue your butt or maybe i should.Service: Body & Trim

Despite the ad, luring people in for a $599 paint job...Estimate: $1350 completed in 7-1 daysReality: $2000 done in 28 days!Keep in mind this is a soft tip Jeep with very little surface to be painted.Also found out my friend had the same experience with his truck! The estimate was exceeded and it took him 3.5 weeks to get it back!Service: Painting

Not your typical maaco we strive for customer satisfaction but in my experience you just can't please certain people. We offer the best prices in the industry and we repair exactly what you want fixed and remember you get what you pay for. So if you bring in a dented up Toyota Corolla and don't want to fix the dents then you're gonna get back a shiny dented up Toyota Corolla not a new off the showroom floor lexus

Very disturbing on the damage they did to my car while doing a paint job.Lost my car symbol, broke my door lock switch, lost my rugs, busted my speaker, put a gash in my door panel, didn't take out all the small dents I had marked to remove, and did not seal back my spoilers on around my car.Took them two months to call my car back in to fix the issues., And then they kept my car five days before they started, and only fixed three of the problems, that could have only taken a couple of hours to finish. I don't recommend anyone to go there.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I just got my 1996 Jaguar XJS back from Maaco of Stockton, I had it painted here a year ago and have been bragging about their work every since then, well I was recently rear ended and need some body work done and some paint fixed due to the accident. All I can say is I will never take my car anywhere else, the quality of service is awesome, the prices reasonable and on top of that I had my car back in a week. So I will just keep on bragging, giving my recommendations and sending people their way. My Car now looks newer than when it when in, show room quality. If I could give more than five stars I would. Thanks again.

Alright...for people looking to get their car painted, and wanting to know Maaco and their way of doing things. It's basically a franchise, and privately own ,but will need to stick and follow certain standard base on "maaco" rules, so customer service and quality and experience will.be base on a location basis. So let me tell you JT was very accommodating to my best friend Jeremy and I. We needed a quote for his infinite g35 not only is he informative, he is also very transparent gave us all the ways, or option to save money on labor. If that's not customer service. I don't know what is. He even took his time to give us a tour of the shop and samples of cars they have have already painted. Mind you this is already after hours. He really took his time , and made sure we were taken care.of.I highly recommend this particular location check out "JT". He pioneered customer service in the valley!.

The employees at Maaco are very courteous and experienced. My car was in an accident and had front end damage. I was going to sell it after the damage was fixed. But they did such a beautiful job on the restoration and the paint matched beautifuly. They gave me a back a brand new car. I choose not to buy a new car after all. I would definately recommend this shop.

My car looks great now. Before the paint was peeling off all over the car and the headlights looked like milk was covering them. Maaco made the car look new. Fast, friendly service. I have already recommended Maaco Stockton to friends and family.

Took my jaguar to be painted and original had a agreement to mask and paint.once I pointed out all the NOT RESPONSIBLES IN THIER DISCLOSURE. The manager cancel the agreement.
