I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Jiffy lube off of west lane. They took the drastic step of removing the entire skid plate to perform an oil change on a standard Tacoma TRD Pro, which has a dedicated oil change access panel in the center of the plate. This vehicle was purchased from the dealer like this, and I have never encountered such a problem at any other oil change business in the past. I'm concerned about their competence in basic oil change procedures when they couldn't handle it on a completely stock Tacoma.

For not having an appointment, the service went quickly. The manager (I didn't catch her name) was super organized and quick. She did an awesome job and was very friendly. And Antonio who was working on my car did an excellent job explaining what he was doing and was very kind and personable. I would definitely recommend this store to friends and family.

Austin, David and Xavier were incredibly upbeat and professional and I can say with all honesty that I have never had a better car care experience. I was especially impressed by how well they worked as a team. Absolutely top-notch customer service. We will be Jiffylube customers for life after today!!!

I used to drive to the Tracy Jiffy Lube but since I moved to Stockton I decided to try this Jiffy Lube. The technician checked all my air filters and changed the oil all synthetic oil , vacuumed the inside of my car and cleaned the windows, also checked my tire pressure and topped off my fluids. the price was 116 dollars because of the Synthetic oil but I went to their site and downloaded a 25 dollar off coupon and got it done for 90 dollars. Before your next schedule oil change you can go back and your oil topped off and your tire pressure checked. So I highly recommend jiffy Lube, I was very impressed with the professionalism of their auto technicians.

Just finished with my oil change and Alex and the guys were great! Fast, knowledgeable and friendly ~ and I even got a $12 discount with my oil change using the online coupons from the website! Highly recommended!

I've been taking vehicles to this station for around a year. Not sure how many manager switchovers have occurred in that time. They had a solid one that turned out great service. Then it was a bit hit n miss in the "exemplary" level of service. Recently it's been back to that top notch Jiffy service. it!

My first time coming here, and Antonio, super professional, Annette, extremely professional, really appreciate their honesty, their kindness, and will be returning with my daughters vehicle with my wife's vehicle. I will Let my friends know it's not easy, finding some people that you can trust but I would say come here because they will be honest with you They will move as quickly as possible to take care of you. I'm really appreciative that I found a new home just to take care of my vehicle thank you.

I am very happy with the customer service the manager Annette and her crew provide everytime I come to their shop. Annette has always gone up and above to provide great customer service. Annette does a great job making sure crew is servicing customers as quick as possible.

This is my favorite location for jiffy lube! Why? Because they are always courteous they are prompt they explain things. I appreciate them very much even though they ve had different managers the workers have remained consistent in their customer Service! Thank you, Jiffy Lube

I had 2 issues. The first is that it is entirely useless to use the Jiffylube website to get an estimate of your cost prior to going. Even the staff onsite says the website is useless. The difference between the estimated cost and the actual cost was over $60.00. My second issue is that my service checklist shows some simple things that it says were completed, such as washing exterior windows and vacuuming floors. I was in the vehicle the entire time and those things were not done. Now, if I can't count on you to be honest about the little things like that, how do I know that all the important things were done? Trust is important. Not honoring the estimated costs per the website and then the lying on the service record receipt made this an unsavory experience.

Worse experience ever I got to the place at 1:30pm today 11/27/2023 for a oil change. I ask to the guy that was working there that how long was the wait time he said 40min so we waited. And they put my car inside at 3:00 pm I ask if my car was ready and they told me that they haven't even touched it. They put my car back in the line. Jiffy lube is racist because we are Hispanic and the other customers where white so the employees where only helping white people.

The girl that ring me up at the end did not notify me where my keys were, did not print me out the sticker for my next oil change and refused to print it out. I witnessed she gave everything to the previous customers. It felt she didn t care about what I asked for while other people she did. Mechanic notified me where my keys were.

Not going here again they messed up my oil cap and lied about my car leaking oil when it never leaked before and blamed it on another mechanic shame on you!

The Service Advisor, Jacob, was very knowledgeable and allowed me to receive services on my vehicle, which prior Jiffy Lube employees said couldn't be done. He also didn't try to upsell me or rush me into replacing a part that still had some life left.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Got an oil change, and also a radiator flush. Michael had great customer service. Very friendly. Jacob took great care of my car. Explained everything thoroughly so I understood exactly what the radiator flush was for and what it did. I was treated with the upmost respect from Jacob and his crew.The bathroom was also very clean and well kept compared to some other places I have been to.Service: Oil change

New resident in Stockton, needed my oil change first time that I ever had to do it (just because my husband usually does it) but went in with my son, they guys were very polite and helpful. Told me and showed me what my car needed and at a good price. Can t beat that for an oil change and two filters were changed. Very satisfied customer.Service: Oil change

I can't say enough about this jiffy lube on west lane in stockton. Stockton is not a town I go to very often because of the violence in that town. We happened to go there and tried out the Jiffy lube on west lane. We first went there about 8 weeks ago and had our oil changed on our 2021 trailblazer. The manager Mr. Vaughan was very pleasant. So was his staff. The bathrooms were very clean. Something that means a lot to me is a clean bathroom and it was very clean. They were all on their game. On tuesday of this week we took our second vehicle in and we were greeted with the same smiles and and great service. There waiting room was clean and inviting and they offered complimentary coffee and water while you wait. Bathrooms were still as clean as the first time we visited this location. I watched as the manager greeted each customer and held the door open for each one as they went inside. He also apologized for any wait and explained they were a little short handed. They were so in tuned to the job at hand each one of them worked together and we never noticed any extra time being taken. They were very professional. Just went this morning (08/14/2021) right at opening to get my oil changed. Have never used an oil change service as I'm used to servicing my own, but after moving into a new place and not having my old tools decided to take the risk. Plus, getting to the oil filter on a 2005 frontier is pretty terrible if you have big hands.Quick, professional, and courteous. No upsells, just let them know what I needed and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. They also checked tire pressure, fluids, and cleaned my windshield. Truck is running just fine. Great place and will always recommend and go back from now on. Opted to use their oil and filter and the price was definitely worth it for the time and convenience. If you know what you need, want a pain free experience, and great service with respect to your time and money - this is the place to go.Edit: Went for routine service (05/21/22) and they made sure to make me aware with how little my truck had been driven that I didn't need a service. Same level of service and professionalism, thanks again gents.For reference, vehicle I took was a 2005 Nissan Frontier.Service: Oil change

Usually jiffy lube is amazing, their setup to do so, they make their own products so there is good consistency, and bulk quantity discounts for them. 5 stars.This jiffy lube, The oil comes from the basement, and they yell out used to get it, it definitely didn t look yellow it looked black.They spray blue die and water into top of window washing fluid. Maybe it s concentrated cleaner?Other jiffy lubes never did this. And their synthetic oil sure didn t look black are they really selling water and used oil for 95$I don t think they installed the filter properly? Or reset the car this time.These are serious questions about what s really going on at 4715 West Ln, Stockton, CA 95210, but I had to leave rather quickly because I was there for an hour and had other stuff going on.Service: Oil change

Went in for an OIL Change ... Staff were Very Friendly and Attentive but Slooow. I was advised they were short handed. Due to that it took 2 1/2 x's as long to get an oil change...Inspite of the longer than normal wait , Staff made sure I was confortable and aware of Coffee and Rest room facilities. My Vehicle was given a thorough going over for all fluid and safety checks less mats and windows due to severe inclimate weather here would have been pointless...Overall Happy with the Service at this point , including the MILITARY Discount..
