Let me just say - I am absolutely THRILLED that I decided to go with this place....Price (my project manager), the receptionist, and the car cleaning crew all went above and beyond! Communication, speed, and quality work is a TEN!Full story - I was in a car accident and Geico asked if I wanted to use their recommendation and in years past I've always said no to my insurance's referrals because I thought they would try to fix my car on the cheap or something and I want it done right...but they told me they could get my car in and started in a few hours and that sounded appealing so I decided to try their recommendation this time....and I have to say that I was very wrong with this assumption that they wouldn't do quality work because WOW - this was SO much better than I've ever experienced!Price was my contact person and he was humorous and professional and very communicative and they have a text feature where they text you updates or let you ask questions any time - I loved that!Even the receptionist was super kind!I was even shocked and impressed that they detail cleaned my car inside and out - I wasn't expecting that AND the car cleaning staff found $20 when they cleaned my car and they left it in my cup holder!EXTREMELY IMPRESSED and I will be back and I'm telling all my friends :)

Great service. Fast and efficient. All staff (Ralph) is very friendly and knowledgeable. Kept me updated the whole time and helped me with my car rental before and after. Definitely recommend this locations.

I had impact in my rear side SUV and I went there to C&C auto-body my insurance suggested so I went there and it was horrible. The total nightmare. First time I went there to pick up my car after three months in a shop and I took a look at it and the paint was smeared still had a few scratches and bumps so talk to the manager and he said come back after three weeks, so I never received any kind of car whatsoever so I called back. My insurance made a huge complaint so the manager then called me back. He said bring back the vehicle So I brought the vehicle for the second time and they redid the whole job again so after one day I was driving it I noticed there was a crack in my front one windshield front window and I called the bodyshop, and they said that was already cracked when you came in and I told them no I wasn t anyway going back and forth with these people there scum. Save yourself. Don t go to this place. Give yourself a big favour.

I was recommended to this auto body shop by a coworker of mines. It was the best recommendation! The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, that set the tone for a great business. Price was extremely helpful getting my car fixed! I thought as a woman I would just get a call when my car was ready, but price updated me every Tuesday and Thursday, like clockwork!I really appreciate the professionalism and communication by Price!! He really went above and beyond! My car looks exceptional. I d give 10 starts if I could!Great office with great customer satisfaction!Will definitely recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is awesome and professional. Mark handled my car with attention and care. He even went the extra mile by replacing my car alarm battery. Very thoughtful for this busy mom of 6 here. Service from the service writer Price T. was great. Friendly and honest about the timeline provided. They even got my car out a couple days earlier than expected. I am glad I found this place.Most of the body shops I've talked to were very vague and dismissive about pricing and turnaround. But communication with this place was top notch.My car being damaged in a hit and run was a bummer, but at least getting the repair work done was easy thanks to Price and the people over at G & C Auto Body.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was completely devastated after hitting a huge pothole on CA-I5 causing damage to my tire, my wheel, my wheel house/wall, and my undercarriage. My car has run flats (meaning no spare) so I continued to get off the freeway. Not only was I devastated because this is the second time I was unable to avoid a pothole in a month and my second tire replacement in a month, the damage caused by going 65 vs 25 on the street was excessive. Not only am I frustrated with our road conditions, I'm fearful of driving now. My insurance referred me to G&C Auto Body; I had to trust that they would treat me well since I knew my insurance was unlikely to send me to BMW for my repairs.Mark Zulueta with G&C Auto Body was professional, kind, compassionate, and welcoming from the very first meet and greet. He reassured me that my dream car would be brought back to original state and would keep me updated. He walked me through the process to decrease my anxiety while also decreasing my feelings of devastation with the whole situation. As G&C worked on my convertible, I was made aware of the progress to reduce my worries of anticipation. Mark's professionalism and demeanor made this process smooth and encouraging. Thank you G&C Auto Body for an incredible experience and thank you Mark Zulueta for the professional handholding! Everything went great. Until I got my vehicle back. My dash cam and my mount was missing. They did replace it along with the memory card. But the fact that I still had something taken from my vehicle defiantly doesn't want me going back again. If you go here ask for mark! He was the person assisting me for the repairs on my vehicle! He took the time to walk me through all of the repairs being done on my vehicle. I dropped off my car on a Monday and was told it would be ready for pick up Friday and it was. When i picked up my car i was extremely satisfied since my car basically looked brand new and in better condition than it came in. Overall I m extremely satisfied with the service mark provided and if i were to need anything going forward, i will come here and ask for him!

I recently had my vehicle repaired at the Stockton location where I had dealt with Brian who is no longer there I believe from what I heard from. Your NEW manager named Jean, i recently left a servey for letting them know how horrible of a job they did and Jean reached out to me and asked me questions I told him he even came to my work site and seen the work and agreed that the job was unprofessional, took some pictures said he was going to gets some parts ordered and then never heard from him straight ghosted makes it even worse I work with one of his family members that he pointed out lol. I would never recommend any one to come here please just go to a real brand name body shop they took advantage of my wife and took the money losers!!!

A few months ago, I went to what I thought was Mid Cal Auto Body. I was sad to learn that the owner, Gerald Young had passed away. We had used Mid Cal for many repairs, and their service and work were always of the highest quality. I also learned that G&C, a much larger company has taken over this family business.I had gone there because the paint on the spoiler on our Honda Accord had completely deteriorated. I was helped by a friendly employee. He checked out the spoiler, and he gave me an oral estimate and the manager s business card. Unfortunately, he also told me that they were inundated with work and advised me to check back in a couple of months. I agreed.A few days ago, I did call G&C and described the above. The friendly person who answered my call asked me to hold while she talked to the manager. She returned and stated that G&C does not work on aftermarket items. The spoiler, an option, was installed by Honda when we purchased the car. I was frustrated, as we had been driving the car for months with this grungy-looking spoiler.After the call ended, I thought further and called back to ask to talk to the manager. The person who answered stated that the manager was on another line and that he would get back to me. That was many days ago. I have heard nothing. We now plan to find another auto body shop with a service level equivalent to Mid Cal.

I was hit on the backside door of the drivers side and the drivers door and needed service. My insurance referred me to this shop since I'm still unfamiliar with the Stockton area and it was my first time needing autobody service since moving here. The location of this place was a bit hidden and the area of the neighborhood was questionable but the inside definitely made up for it. It was spacious with comfortable couches for waiting and looked welcoming. Mark was friendly, professional and communicative. The entire staff that I saw in the lobby while waiting were all friendly and seemed pretty chill. I didn't have to wait around long because there were only a few customers that passed by. It took about 2 weeks to get my car back, but I received an update thru text about a week after it was in the shop. The staff was also very efficient and professional with the phone calls my whole experience with this shop, which I appreciated. When I went to pick up my car, it looked like the doors were never hit and the area worked on looked brand new. They even readjusted my bumpers that were falling apart. The price is reasonable for the service provided. I definitely recommend this place for anyone needing service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My goodness! If I could double the stars I would! This shop is amazing! From the second you walk in the service is above whats expected.They will keep you updated on what's going on with your vehicle, as well and leave it just as it was (if not better) than the way you drove in. Kudos to all of you .Thank you Mark, for helping me out throughout the whole process! Didn't catch her name but the gal who sits at the desk right as you walk in, so friendly . I believe Shy is the other gentleman's name, thank you for allowing me to gather some belongings after the truck was brought in. As well as Bryan, always so courteous and helpful over the phone !!!!
