My lawyer recommended this body shop after my Tesla Model 3 was rear ended. They did a great job and repairing and perfectly paint matching the new bumper to the original color. THEY DETAILED AND POLISHED THE WHOLE CAR AND CLEANED AND WIPED DOWN THE INTERIOR!!!!!Staff is very friendly and polite. Great shop. Would recommend to everyone

Don't come here and SAVE YOURSELF.This is the Worst shop to bring your car to get it fixed. I had a brand new car that was in an accident and body was damaged. Looking at the reviews which I now know are fake, I took it to Raul (Owner) and was quoted a month to repair. What was supposed to be fixed in a month as quoted by Raul, ended up more than 2 months with no updates on what was going on with the repairs, parts, service etc. I had to walk in every time to get an update, since they won't answer the phone or come to the phone, no messages, nothing.They kept giving stupid excuses, we were busy, we are out, we are in a class. Upon checking with state licensing there license was expired too. When finally I got to pickup my car, I noticed body panel misaligned, color not matching, and parking sensors falling off and when asked he said it'll take a week to fix. I took my car to another shop as I can't trust him based on his previous work performance.I'm taking them to court for all the trouble, extra rental car costs, no communicating, misleading & mis representation. Stay away from these Crooks.

I recommend everyone to excellent auto body and frame. They are very professional. They fix my Honda Accord 22. Very nice. I brought two or three cars a fifteen years ago and I liked the way he s working and mr Rauel and his office staff and technicians are friendly.

I don t know how this place has a ton of good reviews all of a sudden, it must be family and friends because my car has been here SINCE APRIL!! Reading the reviews that say they ve had great communication with this place is HILARIOUS, because I can t get Raul to answer any of my calls. I have to call State Farm and ask them to call him to get any type of update on my car. He lied about it taking so long because he couldn t get a certain part, then I found the part THAT SAME DAY, within 30 minutes and he still took 4 days to go pick it up. He just wasn t looking or working on my car. Then I find out that he took my car to CHASE. He told my insurance that he was going to have an update about an ETA on the following Monday, that was two Monday s ago and he doesn t answer my calls. I really cannot wait to get my car so I never have to deal with this shop again. GIVE ME MY CAR BACK IF YOU DON T KNOW HOW TO FIX IT!!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

This body shop is the best body shop I ve worked with. My moms car was in an accident and needed repairs asap. Liz and Raul were able to get my car in drivable condition in less than a week for a very reasonable cost! They were super responsive and straight forward throughout the whole process which made this experience entirely stress free! Amazing service and one of the most affordable quotes I got in town. I got a dent taken out and they painted it. I l brought my car in on Feb 28 and it was ready to get picked up by by March 7th. This place is fantastic! If you re looking to get anything on your car fixed, I highly recommend excelente body shop. They were fast and efficient. Their pricing is super affordable, and their work was excellent! My car looked brand new after I got it fixed. I had absolutely no problems. Edit: I recently brought my daughters car and let me tell you NEVER AGAIN! Raul took 2.5 months to fix. My daughter & I both tried getting a hold of owner to which he ignored most calls & texts. Did very sloppy unprofessional work. The accident part is not fully fixed correctly. To top things off the body shop created new damages that were not there. Finally pick up car July 21st, few days later (our mistake) we took car back for new damages caused by shop. He told my daughter will be done within an hour or next day. We get no updates, called & text with no replies. State Farm called and no respond. My daughter goes in and of course he's not there. So I went 08/08 to pick up car. He states he's waiting on parts. Absolutely not! No reason to not be replying to calls and texts. Absolutely unprofessional!!! Toys left in car when we have nolittle ones. Car was 1st giving with a full tank that came back empty. Years ago I'd say this is the shop to come to. Now I'm wonder how he's even in business. Do not come here.Wonderful service, timely, great job on my truck leaving it brand new. Raul & his wife are amazing professional people! I have been coming here for over 5 years and will continue doing so.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After a theft that occurred to my tires and rims, I immediately had State Farm work with Raul and Excelente Auto to handle the replacements and repairs needed.My car was literally on bricks all day, and the moment Raul could get his team out to me they installed 4 spares and towed me to their shop.The entire time they worked seamlessley with my insurance (State Farm) to make sure everything was handled.Anytime there s a delay in parts or something needed an explanation on time, Raul and his staff was always available!!!Literally saved my life with this experience, thank you Raul!!!Services: Tires, Electrical, Auto tire replacement

Like Raul states the best decision after a collision I had gave up hope regarding my car insurance because every shop I would go too pretty much gave me the run around since my insurance had already made me a repair estimate so low. I got referred to Raul and he took over and dealt directly with the insurance. It took awhile to finally get a response from my insurance but that s because they were being stubborn. Raul did not budge and helped me out on every step of the process! I would definitely recommend him to anyone that s going through trouble. You will not regret it!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I chose Excelente to do the repairs on my vehicle, after recommendations from several people. It was important for me to go with an auto body shop that I knew would ensure that my camaro was in excellent care! I did anticipate that my vehicle would be completed sooner, but I also took into consideration that there were a lot of repairs necessary in order to get my vehicle to my level of satisfaction! Raul was very thorough when answering my many questions.
