Honest business with honest prices. They replaced my 2000 Camry whole timing belt kit because I had an oil leak and now it's not leaking anymore. Listen to the mechanic here. If they bring up other concerns that they find, do not ignore them.

Had a wonderful experience. Amazing customer service. Not only did my initial problem get resolved, the owner stayed after hours to make some minor fixes I had failed to mention to him previously. He even made some extra fixes in front of me of things I wasn't aware of such as missing bolts, ties, and even improvised a latch for me to use for my arm that holds up the hood as mine was missing. I could tell he takes much pride in his work as he wanted me to leave in the best situation possible. It was extremely affordable! I plan to return when the need arises and also start bringing my wife's car to him as well. Thank you!

Very grateful that I stopped by this shop. The owner was professional, fair and knowledgeable. Took in my Honda Accord for a check engine light. Loch, the owner, quickly identified the issue and explained in detail, what was happening. Will DEFINITELY do business here from now on. It s tough finding great mechanics! You can tell that they are fair and experienced. 5 stars for sure.

I ve been taking all of our cars (4 of them) to Den s Auto for years. Loch worked on all of them including rebuilding the engine on my son s Subaru. I have referred a lot of friends to him as well. They are all very happy with the work he does. We have been to a lot of mechanics over the years and he is by far the absolute best. Friendly, fair and honest. How often do you find THAT in a repair shop!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I needed an immediate auto repair and was so happy when I received an appointment the same day.Loch explained everything to me in great detail and gave me a fair price. He did not attempt to upsell in any way.The diagnostic was correct and the repair has resolved the problem. My car is running great.I found the entire process to be a positive experience. I appreciated the time Loch spent explaining everything to me and keeping the price fair.This was the first time I've used Den's Auto Repair and it was the best service I've ever received.I will definitely return to Den's Auto Repair for future auto maintenance and repair.

I ve been coming to dance for over 25 years and before that my mother-in-law came to him for years before that. Lock is a great person, he s honest, knows what he s doing, and always gives you a fair price. I feel safe that lock never inflated prices or suggests work that is not needed. I highly recommend Loch to anyone needed anything from an oil change to major automobile repair.

This afternoon my van wouldn't start and I was stuck at the doctor's office. I used the AAA app to request a tow and selected the nearest AAA Approved shop... Den's Auto Repair. Loch (the owner) welcomed me with open arms as the tow truck started unloading. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Four hours later, I was driving home all fixed up. I'm very happy that I found my new auto repair shop.

I've been from Florida to California and all around and I have only met two honest, talented, and great mechanics and this man Loch is one of them. Our U joint went bad and he replaced both and fixed up a piece an old mechanic didn't finish. I love that he doesn't beat around the bush, try to sell me anything, or anything extra. He was straight to the point and explained everything thoroughly and showed us what was wrong before continuing. He got us in and out in a single day and even stayed late to get us finished as we are travelling in our van and don't have anywhere else to stay.I highly recommend him!!

These days it s hard to find a mechanic who is thorough, honest and trustworthy. Loch is a man who knows what he s talking about and won t rip you off, don t let the area or location make you think he s not great. A friend needed help with a car and we went there and he asked questions that seemed unnecessary but weren t and he gave additional advice that wouldn t make him money. Mechanics like him are very hard to come by. So blessed to know him.

My car s battery died at the gas station across the street, the owner (forgive me I don t remember his name) let me tow my car over and helped me replace my battery! I really appreciate that he helped me in a last minute situation he was really nice and a great mechanic. Whomever stated Loch @ Den's have a bad attitude, must have had one coming. Loch displayed excellent customer service and patience. I walked in with a messed up knee and he escorted me to the office and provided me a chair and a fan Thanks Loch! I sure appreciated your help with fixing my car on the spot.

I have a Toyota Scion and I had it repaired here, Loch the mechanic handled everything sooooo PROFESSIONAL!!! Each time he started repair he sent photos and asked permission to move forward.He is TRULY an AWESOME mechanic, I feel BLESSED to have my care cares for at this business. My Subaru threw the fan belt on the crosstown and I landed in downtown Stockton at this great business. An emergency repair along with pointing out some small issues and an oil change at a very reasonable price. I wish he was in Napa. Love my mechanic. Loch always tries to save you money. He will tell you if something needs/doesn't need/is even worth fixing.Also, if you're buying a new vehicle with your income tax return, take it to Loch at Den's Auto and have it inspected to make sure it's .I definitely recommend going to Den's Auto.

Great customer service. Loch, the owner, spent a good deal of time explaining the condition of my car. All his recommendations were approved with a family member who is a mechanic. An honest mechanic is hard to find. I'd trust them in the future.

Discovered this shop on my way north to Sacramento when my transmission went out.Best place I could have stumbled upon.Loch, the owner, was informative and patient explaining the issue and all potential solutions, as well as future auto maintenance suggestions. Very knowledgeable, fair, and great with updating throughout the repair.

This shop is a total ripoff. I brought my corolla in because it ran rough and could not pass smog. They gave me a $300 oil change after 2 days and still did not fix the problem. I had a high school auto shop student check it out and he found a leaky intake manifold gasket and fixed it in 30 minutes.

Very unknowledgeable and more like a scam then anything else. He want you to leave a deposit before he even looks at your car or give you a price quote. His deposit was $500 that he just made up over the phone. That's how he keeps your money.Very unhelpful and with the attitude that he don't care.. Thank you to guy i spoke to name Lock.. Loch at Dens Auto is the best! He is always there when I need him. And his pricing is great. Would and will recommend him to friends and family in the future to anyone aho is looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic.

Took my dad's old pickup here when the radiator cracked. Got a quote, got fixed in a day, total cost was within the original quote range. Shop is clean. Manager (owner?) Loch is knowledgeable. I have confidence that I can go back here and not be taken for a ride.

I was trying to see what their pricing was to get my AC fixed, guy on the phone told me he can't be wasting time with me to give me an estimate because he's there to work and make money.....ummmm isn't part of your WORK to speak to the customer and explain cost to even get the job? Or you're just there to get over on female customers without explaining price first? Yeah, definitely won't be taking my car here.

If you want to be beat or cheated out of your hard earned cash, go somewhere else but if you want good service Den's Auto Repair is the place. Lah is very honest, direct, fair and reasonable.I trust his work and I highly recommend this shop to anyone. I truly trust his repair service with my Acura TL.A very SATISFIED customer

Very honest and helpful. I called regarding a pre-buy inspection and they warned me of issues with the model and gave me some really good advice (even before I brought in the car and paid them). Really appreciate it and would recommend!
