I would definitely suggest a manager checks up on the employee who is working at 4:25 a.m. on September 12th! Employee drives a white vehicle. She is extremely rude and extremely unhelpful !somebody with this type of attitude should not be working in a customer service establishment. Her attitude / demeanor was noticed immediately upon arrival to the establishment. Again I was just simply suggest a plain clothes manager whom she does not know come to the store for an item to observe how she is towards customers!

This has got to be the worst gas station in town, in terms of customer service. First thing I noticed while in line was the disrespectful manner of one of the cashiers behavior with the customers in front of me. She got mouthy with one lady over something. The customer just walked out of the store and left her items at the register. Making the customer repeatedly attempt to pay for their merchandise. Then when I got to the register, she told me that I didn't have enough money on my card. I just checked my balance beforehand. She lied to me as if she thought it was funny. I just left the store and took my bus. Took my business elsewhere.

I think I just had one of the most unnecessary and rudest experiences at Chevron and in Stockton as a whole. First of all, the young woman had on her headphones while she feverishly performed an activity with a scanning gun. I gently tapped the window to get her attention. She ignored it for about a minute and then came to the window with the most "STANK" attitude. I opted to just get the cigarettes I was sent for instead of fill my tank. I decided I would much rather bring my business to the Chevron on West Lane and Morada, at least there I won't be treated like the scourge of the earth simply for patronizing a business after midnight.While I am happy to see one of my people is working hard to support themselves, sister girl needs a serious attitude adjustment in the form of a pink slip. Maybe she was having a bad day? Or maybe she realizes that this may be the extent of her career choices given that she may not have the sunniest disposition needed for customer service jobs. Hey if she wants to be the queen/boss that she may think she is I fully support that. It just means that she may need to start her own business and do that instead of distributing unnecessary hostility on people who just want a fast friendly transaction, not unsolicited and sophomoric hostility. I mean I have seen better behavior among the teenagers at my high school. What an embarrassment for all.

i only use chevron gas in my car so I am only comparing this to other chevrons. This one has plenty of pumping stations, I have never had the pumps run slow due to dirty filters and never have had a problem with paying or the staff. 3 stars is only because I have medical issues that require me to use the restroom fairly often and the restrooms have been very dirty just about every time I've been there. Besides the restrooms, it is a decent gas station and has a fairly large selection of snacks and goodies.

Everytime I have to go there, my card never works outside so I end up having to in only to have to stand in an outrageous line that moves ridiculously slow. They usually only have one employee actually working the register. Other workers if they are even there see the line and how frustrated people are and still just do nothing and stand around. Last time i literally was in there for over 20 minutes. I used to love this chevron but now I seriously do everything I possibly can to avoid going there.

This is the BEST Chevron in town. They follow the rules and laws by checking I.D. So many people complain about it but I mean c'mon. It's as simple as pulling a card out of your wallet. It's the law so just do it. It's not their fault! Always clean and the CSR's are super funny. I especially like the one with the beautiful brown eyes and gorgeous smile and jet black hair. OMG, I'd go there all the time if I could. Excellent store and the employee's do whatever they can to be of help and assistance.

By far the WORST customer service of any place of business I ve ever been to. By far. Unless you don t have to go inside and speak to anyone, DO NOT GO here or the attitude and rudeness you will receive will ruin your whole mood.

why does CHEVRON take $100.00 off our debit cards to pump gas ? If we aren't pumping $100.00 worth of gas why are they taking it off our debit cards? why does it take more than 4 days to put that money back on card ?i got things to do with my money !!!!!

It's a really bad service That's why I'm stopping going to the Chevron all my friends and family There's a African American Girl. So this Chevron is gonna lose at least $3500 a month cause of that girl

The Worse Chevron Ive ever been to! They always ask you to show Id for any and everything, even when you've been there more than 3 times per day! They Talk too much and very Slow!!!

Just went in for gas and snacks for my son and had the worst experience ever because I spent 50 for gas and snacks and didnt have anything but 100 bill I get yelled at and asked to leave because I asked not to be rude and needs to have better costumer service like I did something wrong not once did I raise my voice or disrespect the 2 girls to deserve that kind of service let alone my son to experience it so thank you Pam and Cindy

I haven't really had any issues with this Chevron, but I also haven't had any overly positive experiences either. I give it a 4 because I get what I need, whenever I need it.

Tried to get a case of beer and I showed them My ID and they told me it was illegal to sell beer...I m just dumbfounded when she told me that because I have been coming there for a while to get beer.
