The staff is very knowledgeable. Ian is extremely helpful and the mechanics Bryan, Joe, Wyatt and Greg are fantastic. I will never take my VW anywhere else.

I took my Mercedes to this shop they changed me to look at my car kept my car for a few hours. I brought my car in because it was making noises when I drive the car literally sound like it was falling apart. They called me a few hours later telling me everything is fine. There s nothing wrong with my car, even though we still making that sound so I went to another mechanic they found the problem instantly they could hear me coming up the street they said because the noise was so loud they diagnosed my car fixed it. I m writing this review to let you guys know. Please do not take your car here they will take your money lie to you not look at your car and send you on your way and charge you almost $100 diagnostic price, total rip so disappointed that people can be so unprofessional and complete liars If I could give this a triple zero rating, I would beware!

Terrible company they kept my car for over a week and a half with no results then when i came to get it another part that ive never seen light up on my check engine light was on as if they remove the part they were arrogant from the beginning and reaked of entiled attitudes the real them common theives

Ian and team know their trade (German cars) well. I used them once in the past for repairs to a Boxster and plan to bring my vintage 928 their way soon.

I had an excellent service at Buckenham s, the staff are experienced and knowledgeable. I will continue to take my BMW there for any needed repairs and maintenance.

Everytime I come here I feel better. There's always some super expensive looking cars there so it seems scary for your wallet to take your vehicle in for repairs but these guys are great and will not do work or charge you for something that doesn't need to be done. I was convinced my 2011 335i needed new suspension or something due to an irritating bumpy ride.. Turned out the less than 1 week old tires I bought brand new had a flat spot on one of them. Saved a ton of money using the warranty rather than purchasing all new suspension parts... Taking my 2012 335i in today for some power steering work as these are the only mechanics in town that will be trusted with my baby!!!!

I love Buckenham's. I've come here for years and they've always been great! I tried PR's in Lodi once because they were closer and I will NEVER go there again. They charge you for stuff that is not on your estimate. Buckenham's has always been upfront and fair and they are well worth the drive for me. I will never consider anyone else

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fairly priced. As a woman who is knowledgeable about cars, I have always felt respected as a customer, unlike many other places I ve been.

Staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous..they were able to get parts for my bmw the next day and made repairs that same day. I'm now taking both my cars to Buckenham's for service and repairs!

Ok so long issue which I can break it down to a manageable short explained experience..went in for oil leak and had an extensive amount of work done the first time and was told it was pressure washed. Which was never done.Came back again for my car was bone dry after a month of driving. And they said the oil pan was leaking one of the first things to check wasn't checked. And was told I'd have to keep coming back if problem persist. Wow. No pressure drip down text option? No other option other than I gotta keep coming back and I had a sub frame bolt missing I bought from them to put on and to this day they won't call me back to install . These people will try to lengthen your service so you come back and bleed you dry. Go to EU tech in Sacramento. They are European trusted mechanics.

I have taken both of my mini cooper's here and as a single woman I can say without a dought this is a trustworthy place to have your car fixed, any woman would feel confident that she was being taken care of and not being taken advantage of because she is a woman.Great place to do business with!!

Although I don't live in Stockton nor do I live anywhere in that area but I stop by a couple of times and they look like they work on top notch cars and all the employees are ready to speak with you and fix your automobile so if you're ever in that area stop off at stugarts you will be satisfied and the prices our medium not to high not too low.
