If you're looking for a shop with knowledgeable and honest mechanics with affordable prices, look no further, this is the place to go!I didn't even make an appointment and I was in and out in no time. The place is kind of hidden, it's in the center NEXT to the CVS and Grocery outlet.

When I arrive here, he acted like he didn t know if he worked here or not super rude not helpful going to a different shop

Bill Parks Auto is the only place I take my vehicles. My parents always used this shop, so my family has been coming here for at least 20 years. They are mechanics you can trust to give you an honest evaluation and perform the job correctly. The same mechanics have been there for the duration of my time as a customer, and they know me by name; in a city this large, I appreciate that. I appreciate all the work they have done thus far to keep my vehicle running great. I will continue to bring my business here. Fantastic service! Give them a try.

Oddly enough their quote was quite a bit higher than my local mechanic, however I don't know if the parts were apple's to apple's. I checked with them because I was out of town. I give them 5 stars because they are definitely a good shop and they did a catalytic converter on my family van that died on a vacation trip and the pricing was reasonable. And they handled it quickly.

Me & my dad always bring our car here for any kind of repair (except the one that only the car dealers can fix ). They charge fairly if you re gonna ask me. Front office reps. are all cool & friendly unlike other shops.-CHAD-

Bill parks auto is a tremendous car repair facility. I have been a customer over 7 years and have never been disappointed. The service staff is extremely competent and the front office team of Mike and Singh are friendly and courteous at every visit. The prices are fully disclosed before they do any work and they willing to work with you on the cost. When you leave you know the repairs are complete and in cases of human error (which is possible in any business) they stand behind their work and are ready and willing to help make things right. I would never take my cars anywhere else.

Had a FANTASICALLY HORRIBLE run in with this place. Went to get my car inspected, they told me what was wrong. I told them not to do any work on the vehicle. I come to pick up my vehicle after inspection and find out they serviced it. And, they want to charge me obviously. I asked them if they record their phone conversations, person says yes. I say please open up the phone conversation, he says yes I write it all down. Uhhhhhh.....?. Clearly incapable of communicating in a professional manner. These individuals need to work on their communication skills before entering the professional workplace. I will never be returning here for a service to my vehicle ever again. And, I hope that nobody does.I would like to thank them however, for inspiring me to download an app to record my phone calls.Thanks Bill Park's!!!!!!

The only place to really get an honest answer about a question or problem you may have woth your car. Phil is just plain good people, plus Mike and Singh are always a hoot to talk to when walking in. They provide a very convenient shuttle service (helmed by the awesome Junior) should you need to leave your vehicle with them for a bit. Love this shop and the guys working here!!!

Terrible customer service. Specifically with one mechanic there, Singh. My friend went in to get her car fixed and she was milked for $1400 for repairs. A month later the issue returned.She goes back to get her car fixed and complain and she had Singh all over her. Asking her if she still loved them and so on while touching her and hugging her. Completely unprofessional.She asked me to come by with her this time and when We walked in I saw him eyeing her like a side of meat from behind the desk. We got her keys and we say our goodbyes and when I m about to pull out and leave I see Singh walk up to her from the garage while she s in her car and getting ready to leave. He goes up to her open door and prevents her from leaving. I had to come back and get her out of there. What s worse is when I was talking to her and getting her out of this sticky situation he was hovering around the area to see if I was sticking around and if he had a chance to accost her again.DON T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!Ladies, be especially careful if you do have your car being fixed at this business. Never go alone.

No stars would be more like it for this place.My husband sent in his truck to be fixed. They gave it back and all the wiring was wrong and something suddenly appeared to be wrong with the transmission. We took it back to them and they had the truck over 3 weeks and nobody called us for any update.I finally got fed up and decided to stop by and our truck was siting in their parking lot!!! When I went inside to ask about the truck one of the mechanics had no clue what was wrong with our truck.(3 weeks had passed by this point). He directed me to speak to the older man with white hair. When I asked him about our truck he didn't even look at me in the face. All he said was something was wrong with the Solenoid and after three weeks of having our vehicle he told me they don't fix that.I was so dumbfounded by his response,they are an auto mechanic shop and they cant fix a Solenoid...I understand if they can't do the job they could of called and let us know. We were struggling for more than a month with one vehicle and nothing was ever fixed or at least a phone call so we could take it somewhere else.VERY UNPROFFESIONAL,WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.TAKE YOUR VECHILES SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Went in to ask questions about their services. Got to the front desk, the guy was on the phone. He made eye contact with me. Then he adverted his gaze and turn his back on me. Didn't even acknowledge that I was there. I stood there for 10 min while his back still turned, talking and laughing on the phone. So I left.

I love Bill Parks Auto repair shop. I took my car there to repair and they did a great job. They were very professional and funny as well. I strongly recommend them. Very fast too.

Best mechanic in Stockton. Great customer service! These guys don't mess around, they are straight forward and very fair. They even have a shuttle service.

OK LIKE REALLY 125$ PER HOUR OK. LOL THEN THEY RUN THIER "OWN" DIAGNOSTIC TEST. MY HUSBAND SAYS FIX EVERYTHING THATS WRONG.... CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON ASAP..... HE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING.... YOU HAVE THEM IN THE FRONT SAY THIS AND SAY THAT LIKE IF YOUR REALLY CONCERNED ADDING TO THE CONCERN. I HAVE A FAMILY AREN'T THEY WORTH A SAFE CAR? YOU DIDN'T TELL US WHAT THE ISSUE WAS SO WHY SEND US ON OUR WAY?? I BET YOU CAN GO TO SLEEP SOUNDLY BECAUSE YOU HAVE GOTTEN AWAY WITH A BUNCH OF UNHONESTY FOR SO LONG ITS A SHAME . IM IN MY EARLY 20'S I THOUGHT I CAN TRUST THIS SHOP BECAUSE OF ANOTHER MECHANIC RECOMMENDATION. DONT COME UNLESS YOU WANT TO SEE GUYS ACTING LIKE THEY ARE FIXING YOUR CAR AND BE CHARGED FOR IT......

I went in with a oil leak. And came out with a coolant leak , hmm coincidence or sabotage ??? . I'm not taking my car back to them ever again.
