Never come to this location. This guy name Carlos will scam you!! Don't trust this place... He said they put new tires but when my husband saw it.. It didn't look new and the tires went flat the next day. And they said there prorating but they're actually charging more... Be careful!!

Excellent service and quick. Honestly was no hassle the price I saw online at checkout was the price I paid in store in person. Was the cheapest set of 4 new tires with installation I found in town. Unrelated I found tires for $60 for another one of my vehicles brand new here online. I'll be bringing my business here personally was an A+ experience.

Fantastic service by this amazing store! Came in with a punctured tire and no questions asked they promptly began to work on my issue. Measured my thread gave me a quote for new tires and assured me I still had a while to go! Crew is filled with young professionals and is a very impressive store. I m in the automotive industry for years and I was very impressed by this crew!Thank you guys I ll be back for new tires soon!

Outstanding performance from the staff to the customers.From a long time customer to a longer maybe permanent customer, I am always amazed about the quality and care they provide.Coming here years after years to change out my tires really put my worries away. The price may be not there to give you oomph for what you bought. But there is always help when needed. From low pricing tires to high ones they have deals on hand to help.The service is great, but be prepared to wait a bit from 45 minutes to an hour and a half depending on the in flow of customers.I would recommend coming here for repairs if anything goes on with your tires, they're always willing to give out the best.Thanks for the service!

This place is awesome!! Josh & Katherine took care of us, we were expecting to pay a lot but were able to get things done at an unbelievable price. I will be back American tires is where it s at!!! Plus great warranty options

Terrible service was there to get new tires which I got but my vehicle was damaged. I am someone who hand washes my car and takes note of the condition of my car. Told the assistant manager left for about an hour he denied the damage but stated he would file a claim and there would be a follow up within 48 hours have not heard from them since.

Got a low pressure warning on a trip. Josh quickly found the puncture, patched it (no plugs at DT) and had us on our way. Been doing business with DT for 45 years for this reason.

Just found out they put my lugs on backwards. Last time they touched it was earlier this year. Been driving like it since i found out today. Very bad service.

Always friendly staff and fast service. Best prices on tires as well. I bought my tires here 2 years ago. Also had them install spacers. I come back once a year to get them rotated and balanced. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Worst America s tire in Stockton on hammer lane. I Went in today for a tire rotation and was told it was going to take less then 1 hour. I ended up staying there for 2 hours. A few customers that came in after me was serviced with the same service I had before me and I asked if they had an appointment I was told by the other customer no they just walked in. I went in at 10:49am my car wasn t pulled in to be serviced until 12:06pm I didn t get into my car until 12:58pm. After waiting for over 2 hours I was told by their employee that I didn t put on my wheel lug nut on correctly and they had to brake one of my studs. They gave me a referral to get it fixed but their referral was full until next week. America s tire needed to train their employees to take responsibility for their mistakes and not push it on to their customers. Check your records Your company was the last to work on it so don t try to say I didn t put it on right and was your employees. I ve been to many of your tire shops from California, Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee this one on hammer lane is the worst one by far and I ll never go to again nor refer my families and friends.

Give these guys 4.8 stars because their service is great and they do a good job respecting your wheels and tires. Two of my wheels had a leak out of the valve stems and they took care of them quickly no hassle. I appreciate the good job and careful work. Would recommend.

Had the unfortunate luck of getting a tire issue this afternoon . Thank goodness American Tire Store was nearby. They promptly checked my car, assessed the damage & helped to have the tire I needed ordered to a location near my house. Big shout out to Kyle who professionally handled my situation & kept me informed. Much appreciated

Best tire place around they have taken care of all of my vehicles for years I've never had any issues their prices may be a little high but it's worth it. You're paying for a piece of mind hey covered my tires anytime they go flat.

Good deals and customer service. Of course, prices are up due to inflation, I wish they'd bring back free water and coffee. The wait time was reasonable.

This is the BEST location ever!! (E. Hammer Lane).We have been loyal customers for years and tonight while leaving a nearby fast food restaurant we drove over a nail and a razor blade. Tire pressure went from a perfect 36 to 22 in about .5 seconds. We immediately pulled in and they had no problems helping us out. Replaced the tire and all for super cheap since we buy the extended coverage when we replace them.Sounds like a typical story right?! THEY WERE CLOSED!! Yes, it s a Friday night at 6:30pm and they were about to leave for the evening. The manager said no problem and the techs went straight to work. When realizing it was more than a plug job and the whole thing needed to be replaced they did not moan or groan they helped us out as if it were regular business hours. We could not thank them enough.We are in the process of moving across town and I don t care what shop will be closest to our new home, this place will forever be our location to do business.Thanks again!!!

I had an excellent experience here! The store is clean, all employees wore masks, and everyone I encountered was very friendly. I had to last minute search for a place to fix a nail in my tire in the middle of my work day. The manager, James, was incredibly accommodating. The service was fast (the employees are very hard working and were literally running around to help people quickly!). They have incredibly fair prices, and do not even charge for a plug. The process was smooth and quick. This is a great place and I would trust them with any of my car needs in the future!

I had a nail or screw in my tire. Drove in on a Saturday morning. Arrived about 5 minutes after they opened. Of course there were several other customers in front me. They're always busy.They checked me in which took about 10 minutes since there customers ahead of me.They took my car in at about 9:15. They did the tire repair and the tire rotation by 9:45.Not bad at all since I didn't have an appointment. I was hoping for them to be done within two hours and they beat by 15 minutes. Watching the crew work they were all on the same page in staying synchronized.Good service and teamwork at this store.

They weren't very busy although everyone were busy working on cars continuously. I had an appointment for 4:15pm to have 2 tires replaced that I ordered a week ago. They finally pulled my truck in at 4:55 to start working on it. If you're going to accept appointments then make sure you work on those before you work on the walk in cars. That's why I only gave 3 stars.People are always nice here.

Got a nail in my tire, made an appointment online, came the next day to get repair work done, about an hour later repair was complete at NO charge. Gave me the nail. These guys are professional, recommend.
